Cant beat the beef and cheddar sandwich and curly fries. The employees at this particular Arbys are some of the most pleasant fast food service professionals Ive met. Anytime I go into this Arbys I leave smiling just from the interaction with the staff. Thats not common with a lot of fast food chains around the area. And of course, the curly fries are unbeatable.

The manager at the store on Broadway in Tyler, Texas is the best manager i have ever encountered. He was so courteous and helpful, had the best attitude and they were so fast with my order that i had to compliment him. i dont usually do surveys or reviews but he went overboard to make sure my order was correct and helped me with my order for my dog. He deserves a raise and promotion. Id hang onto him because he is awesome. Thank you

I waited 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru before I could place my order. The place was not busy either. Service was rude as well. And the food was trash it was stale and had an off taste and was cold not even the drinks tasted right. Slow service... The place was not that busy, but everyone there was waiting on food. Dirty. Every table and seat has been used and was dirty/sticky. Small portions. I was so looking forward to trying the new burger. What a mess. Greasy, nasty sauce, over cooked (unlike the hard to find menu board), and didnt come close to tasting like a burger. Ill keep from getting into the nasty pieces of fries. I took 6 minutes to TRY and commented on the suggested commentform, but I got nowhere with that unless site.

I pulled into Arby s at 12:20 and didn t receive my food until 1:08. When I got to the speaker to order my food, they ignored me and finally come on to tell me they will get to me when they can . After they took my order I had to wait even longer at the window. My order was wrong, smashed, cold, and sauce literally all over the wrapper and seeping into the bag. It looked like they smeared sauce on the wrapper and then made the chicken wrap. I have never experienced anything like this. I will not be back and would recommend new workers/management.

Sat at the window for atleast 5-7 minutes before anyone came to the window and said or did anything. When the person finally got to the window they spoke so low and couldnt understand. I went to ask them a question and they slammed the window shut. When I did finally get my food and could ask my question they just said yes and that was it. Not going back there. Rude employees and my food was all messed up in the bag. Meaning they didnt care about putting your food in the bag.

Please do not go by advertised pictures of any sandwich. The Brisket sandwich has 2 slices of meat total. Picture showed about 10 slices piles at least 1 inch..lol!! This was my second visit. Which was a lot better than my first. The food is always good. However, the first time the inside made me gringe look like mold on the walls and wallpaper falling down was very unpleasant to see while eating. Now its all fixed, and the dining room looks great. I would have given them 5 stars but i was dissappointed with the Chicken Wraps Wrap. The guy behind the counter was very pleasant. Their Chicken Wraps are usually VERY GOOD!!! However, on this afternoon, everything was good but the wrap itself. It was hard and obviously old. It wasnt soft and chewy like they usually are. They shoulda used a fresh wrap.

Absolutely a poor excuse for any Arbys location! Service is horrible beyond recognition, and the food is even worse! The past three times we visited this location, we received old greasy fries and the roast beef was barely warm and dry. We informed and showed the staff and they said that they didnt see a problem! Guess they are intentionally blind!?!? The wait time to order and to receive your food is terrible and the employees dont know their own menu and products and very often, you will end up with the wrong order! Have not been to Arbys in over 30 years. I went back to try it after hearing about it lately. After 30 years I have to say, I havent missed anything. It wasnt great then and it isnt great now. Our order was cold and incomplete. I keep telling people that the sandwiches are more than 5 a piece now and no one believes me. They dont understand why you would pay 5 for such a small sandwich. A/C leak on the way to bathroom. I didnt bother checking the bathroom because if it is dirty in the dining area, that place will be a nightmare.

This is not the location to come to. Inside is falling apart, busted window with shattered plexiglass, peeling wallpaper, and multiple roof tiles replaced with bright white replacements because of roof leaks. Service is sloppy and oblivious. Walked up to order to see a burger guy behind the counter trying to wiggle a sandwich back together because it had fallen apart. They forgot an order of fries, my burger was missing ingredients, burger bun was obviously old, and the beefs quality had definitely deteriorated since covid-19. Food all took on a plasticy nature. I dont know about arbys as a whole, but Id definitely not come to the broadway location here in Tyler.

My husband and I went yesterday June 22nd 2023. We ordered the classic roast beef and the steak house burger. He asked no pickles on the burger. They took forever and the workers were doing nothing. Messed up our food my classic sandwich was thrown together I couldnt even hold it. I took it up there and the manager was mad and rude. We wanted our money back. As I looked around as the workers done nothing everything back in the kitchen was disgusting. Old food and trash under everything fryers counters. The tables were all dirty and filthy under them. One worker a female started to tlk rudely to my husband as he told her slamming the doors on drink station was not necessary. It also was nasty. The tea containers hadnt been cleaned . The condiments were nasty as well. We will never go back and they should be shutdown. Health dept needs to go there.

I m sorry that I have to say this about our only Arby s in Tyler, but on June 19th we drove thru and ordered a simple roast beef slider and Turkey slider with Jalapeños and we had to repeat the order several times and then we Did Not get the jalapeños on either one! I m very disappointed with the service there that day. Also one other time I ordered a Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich and they only put very little chicken salad on it. That sandwich is way too high to not get what you ask for. I ve never had to make a complaint anywhere else so I m very sad that I ve had to say this! I will not be back. I will travel to the one in Van, Texas before I come back to this one. I hope y all can rectify the problem before you lose more people eating there.

That is, until we got our order and there was barely any meat on the sandwich BATHROOMS WERE UNUSABLE, DISGUSTING, in every imaginable way. None of the condiments were stocked, including napkins. To me, the whole point of an Arbys sandwich is to cover it in Arbys sauce and horsey sauce. I cant do that if your workers continuously dont add packages of sauces to my order. Besides that, when I order extra cheese sauce and pay for it, I expect it to be included in my bag of food. But nope yet again, theres no cheese sauce but yall definitely took my money off of my card so its definitely been paid for. Husband wanted to try the rib sandwich. Honestly, it was dryer than a desert in the middle of summer. Was supposed to have barbecue sauce on it but I think they might have only added to drops maybe three because it was a really dry sandwich. My gyro had maybe two tablespoons of meat on it. A bunch of sauce, a little bit of lettuce and onion. Literally the amount of meat I got on my gyro could have fit on about a quarter of the pita bread that they gave me.

This is the 4th time in the last 2 months that we have come by this location and they are closed. Lights on inside, all doors locked, no one working the drive thru. The signs on the doors say they are open 10am-10pm 7 days a week, no other signs explaining why they would be closed. This is why businesses dont last, people get tired of driving out of their way to a business that is closed for no valid reason. Google says their hours are the same as whats posted on the doors. The sandwich was messy. The wrap was sloppy and the jalapeno poppers and fries were overcooked and cold. I definitely will not recommend or return. We were the only ones there in the drive thru and the store parking lot was empty. That should have told us something. But fresh food was what we were expecting and it was far from it

Just a warning to anyone trying to get some lunch delivered, I dont recommend ordering online or via Uber Eats. Tried twice now over the course of a week and had the same results: my order wasnt there or made, store didnt contact me either time, phone was busy for over an hour, and I had to jump through hoops to get a refund and missed lunch.

Tasted great and loved my shake as well hate that they made the cups smaller for a larger price smh only bad thing I can say is 1 sandwiches was made sloppy and I waited on fresh chicken nuggets to be made but they gave me cold fries so I went back to get fresh ones which wasnt fresh at all but they was warm and better than the 1st ones so thats why 4 stars
