Ordered the stir fry noodles with chicken. Neither the chicken nor the noodles had any flavor whatsoever. I had to douse the entire dish in extra soy sauce just to make it edible. Hospital cafeterias have more flavor. Needless to say, won t be back.

When I saw fresh hand pulled noodles and Ramen, I figured it may not be authentic Japanese ramen, and I was right. It is more Chinese food, but thats OK. No, where on their menu do they list their soups as Ramen. I got the spicy noodle #2, which was made with Ramen style noodles, thick and chewy, which I really liked. The broth was beefy and spicy bit not spicy for me, which is probably good for others. It came with a 1/2 fully cooked egg, carrots, a mushroom, and really soft brisket meat. It was not ramen, but it was still very good for me. I also got some beef and broccoli to go, and that was really good. Prices are very good, and the food quality was great for me, I would definitely come back again.

My husband grabbed me some food to go after his meal with a friend. He told them no onion because I have an allergy. The first thing I see when I get home and open my fried rice is a chunk of onion. The seasame chicken I got had many pieces on green onion in it. Its very disappointing to be excited for a meal and not be able to eat it at all.

First time ordering and I was craving Hibachi very much. So I ordered for delivery and received the worst Hibachi that I have ever tried to eat. I have loved Hibachi for many, many years and was excited to find it offered in Temple. The food received was totally tasteless and definitely not Hibachi! It was so bad most of it went in the trash. This place would have been a quintessential Asian restaurant if the unfriendly waiter was a little old Asian lady, however it was a 20 something kid. The food was decent but all of our groups dishes came out sporadically so others had to wait longer than some. One person asked the cheerful waiter about ramen who proceeded to point to the menu for that. What ordered definitely was not ramen, just a plate of noodles. Sesame chicken was more ginger-ish than sesame, broccoli was cold. Overall not impressed, but mainly due to service.

Solid little place. Lacks veggies. Broth is on the ok side. But friendly, easy to get what you want type place. I eat the pho here, dont eat the other dishes an expect 4 star, probably closer to 2.5 to 3 for everything else. Appetizers are good but a bit pricey. Buns are 5 star, but its hard to mess those up imo. Everytime I go Im treated like I dont belong. Dropping stars.

I ordered online through ubereats. I ordered my steak medium well this steak is not medium well it is well done. Its chewy and taste old as though they had already cook the steak and we cooked it when I ordered. The food is not fresh and neither is the rice. I really wanted to like this place but turns out I dont. Placed a to go order earlier this evening. I ordered fried cheese wontons, orange chicken, spring rolls , and stir fried sliced noodles. The noodles were just thick and gummy, almost too doughy? I just couldnt eat it. A few bites and that was all I could do. I did like the wontons but not the red sauce, maybe its a sweet n sour sauce? That was so gross. The orange chicken wasnt all that either. What a waste. Just a disappointment when you try somewhere and dont like it then you are out the money and dinner.

Well well well..I came here solely for their spring rolls. Worst decision ever! I ignorantly ordered 3 rolls upon my seating. Thats how much I love spring rolls. Unfortunately, these were a huge let down. As if they were previously frozen, the center was gooey. That is disgusting! The sweet & sour sauce was...not the best. Granted, the server brought out 2 spring rolls on 3 separate plates. I consolidates them to 1 plate. I asked for my check immediately after that consolidation. After a few moments of trying to get his attention, and after eating ONE spring roll...I asked for them to be removed off of the check. At least 2 of the 3 orders. The server would not oblige. I did not eat them. So just a waste of money. Inspired by Thai cuisine, I tried their spring rolls. 0/10 recommend. I did try Ramen for the first time..not so bad.

Never order King Noodle through Uber especially with a driver named Millissa you will not get you order and you will be out lots of money. It was a horrid experience. The King Noodle in Temple has the best hibachi lunch in the area. There were 5 of us dining together, and everyone ordered a different entrée. I must admit, I was rather disappointed.I had been looking forward to some delicious Chinese cuisine all day. The smell of soy sauce and ginger wafted through the air as I entered the restaurant, my stomach growling in anticipation.However, when the food finally arrived, I was appalled by what I saw on my plate. Instead of chow mein or sweet and sour pork, I found myself staring at a platter of what seemed to be... dog meat.I was absolutely horrified to see dog meat presented before me as food. The taste was no different than any other meat dish but something about it made me feel queasy and disgusted.Despite my disgust and horror at the thought of consuming dog meat, I found myself somewhat enjoying the dish. The flavors were complex, blending spices and meat taste quite well. However, this only served to intensify my moral conflict.As I continued eating, I couldnt shake off the disturbing images of the dogs being prepared in the open kitchen. The Chinese people, seemingly oblivious to my discomfort, carried on their cooking process with professional ease. I ended up paying for the meal and leaving, to be honest I might come back!

Never eaten in but ordered out several times- VERY quick VERY high quality food. Usually get ramen bowl (found my favorite is crispy pork with a side of the hot chili sauce) , pan seared or steamed shrimp dumplings, and the hibachi. The hibachi meal I got was smaller than most hibachi portions for the price, however the quality of the steak and shrimp were far superior to the other hibachi place in town so hands down I will take the freshness and quality of Noodle King over the quantity of the other guy . Ive been here a few times now and each time the food is amazing, presentation is spectacular making it even more appetizing. My waiter made and has made my experience here less than pleasant, I was made to feel rushed and not welcomed. He constantly was reaching across and in front of me, even when I was eating. Upon going to pay for things I had requested a new dish because I was still hungry so he snatched the previous ticket out of our hands and replaced it with a new one, my order was to be separate. Overall this place isnt bad I just hope you will get a waiter that doesnt make your experience feel rushed and unwelcoming.

Bad customer service and bad soup. Went in and ordered a chicken and veggie noodle soup. It tasted like water and had no flavor. When I had asked if I could please get something else because it didn t taste very good, I was told that I could not send it back. One dish of the three we order was not good. It had no taste hardly any seasoning just all around was not good. We asked if we could exchange it and the manager came out and said no, but insisted we still had to pay for the dish. We explained how it had no flavor tasted really watery even look kinda clear. I even mentioned how more than one of the party also tried it and agreed it had no taste and she said that we dont know good taste and that we could add stuff and pointed to the condiments. Then went on the say that of course the party agreed it wasnt good becuase we are family and arent gonna disagree. We asked if we could exchange or take it off the bill as we didnt want to pay for a meal we didnt eat. She said no we have to pay for it and then said she was gonna call the police on us? I guess she took us saying we didnt want to pay for a dish we didnt eat as we arent paying for anything. Which is not at all our intention. We waited 20 minutes for nothing. Paid for the meal that was not touched and no police ever showed. Hopefully she didnt waste their time over nothing. I was absolutely stunned at the stuff she was saying to me and my parents when all we wanted was to exchange the dish.

The food here is good most of the time, my only issue is that the chicken that is used for the plate such as general tsos chicken or sesame chicken etc, does come off a tad bit overcooked. I LOVE this noodle place! I used to get the veggie or steak noodles almost daily before moving out of state. Now I can t find anything comparable and I wish I could have the noodles shipped to me!

Nice little place everything was served warm the pork buns were the best. My biggest pet peeve in the experience was the general so chicken. It didn t taste spicy at all and it was very weird texture so I cut into a piece, it wasn t cooked all the way through. Didn t even want to fight with the staff so we just paid and left. It was a little disappointing. If I go back I ll just get the pork buns and eggrolls.

we get the chicken noodle soup. if you have never tried it i give it a 10+++. it has mushrooms and grilled chicken. hand made noodles that are out of this world. they give the broth separate. its way more than you can eat in one meal. if you do take out i suggest you keep left overs by pouring the rest of the broth over and eat next day. it is even better. the broth turns dark from the grilled chicken and absorbs all those flavors. omg!!!

Very good food and good service! Anything grilled was fantastic, anything breaded was way to heavy. Pork steamed dumplings were fantastic! Veggies down perfectly. Definitely a new favorite spot!

We eat lots of Asian food in Austin where we live...most of it relatively mediocre. We were passing thru Temple hungry and Google found this restaurant for us. It had decent reviews so we stopped. So very glad we did! I dont believe I have ever actually had an Asian meal I enjoyed quite so much. First word - fresh. I like noodles so I ordered the beef noodle soup. It was perfection (not easily done because usually one or more components are over- or under-cooked). My boyfriend had General Tsos Chicken (his go-to dish) and I was practically drooling when he was served it looked so tasty (and it was). Service was great and we will return...

Went to King Noodle for the first time today. Ordered egg rolls, Edamame, Sesame Chicken with fried rice, Stir fried noodle with Chicken as a take out order. Told the young lady at the register this was my first time trying their restaurant. She answered my questions, showed me pictures of the different chicken dishes they have. She even reminded me to give her the coupon I had in my hand. Restaurant was very clean and pleasant. I will be back. Customer service was great and the food was delicious and I probably have enough for the rest of today and tomorrow. The greatest find was THEY HAVE DUCK SAUCE. YAY DOUBLE 5 STARS. GREAT EXPERIENCE

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I ordered the beef and broccoli and It had a horrible after taste. All I wanted was to replace it with a cheaper dish or a refund. The manager would not give me a refund or replace my beef and broccoli because she said they cooked it and theyre not going to throw it away. It was the worst customer service Ive experienced in a restaurant. The food tasted like microwave Asian food, and the price was nowhere near worth the quality of the food. If you enjoy Asian food like my family does DO NOT GO HERE!!! It was a waste of money and time.

A comfortable experience but the echo makes it hard to hear. The food was good and noodles exceptionally good. The noodles are hand made on-site, we watched them make some. With just one visit, we had a good experience, this is not a Michelin star restaurant, however, you will be pleased. Convenient location, to eat before or after shopping at HEB.

Always a real treat, Very tasty,Very good. I never had the Egg rolls or Cheese won tongs. Both are excellent. I discovered the chili spice in the glass bowl with a spoon. Wow. Amazing. Just the right amount of heat and flavor.

Not big on ramen but I wanted to give this place a shot since I recently reviewed another ramen place. Great staff and service. Homemade noodles were a nice touch. Comparing this place to the other ramen spot, I would pick this spot as the better or the two. Cheaper prices and the portions were much better. More noodles, meat, and veggies. I would recommend this place.

Had a very enjoyable experience and meal at King Noodle Restaurant. Tried the Chia tea, they made some subtitutions for me so that I could have a brown gravy with my Kong Poa Beef. I had the fried rice. The egg Rolls were the best I have ever eaten in Temple. Large portions, had lenty to bring home to eat the following day. It was just as good then as it was the day it was ordered.

The food was good not great ,but very expensive for the portions, we tried 5 different dishes , the staff never came to ask if we need refills on our drinks or if we needed any thing .A cold environment. We wont go back .Customer Service is our thing and environment. For our Family or Friends outings. Not Friendly or even smiles on any of the Staff. Not worth the Hipe.

Ill start by saying that I had more food but I ate it so quickly I completely forgot to take pictures. The pricing for King Noodle is on par with other restaurants of its kind in the area but the quality and quantity is much better. I recently reviewed another noodle restaurant but will caution others to not go there and choose King Noodle instead. They make the noodles fresh and the takiyaki has amazing flavor. My 3 year old also loves the food there. I will admit that they may not look as fancy as other places at first glance but its the food that matters. The staff are friendly enough and make sure you have everything you need. The service is timely and you wont have to worry about the food not being worth the visit and price.

We tried this place during the middle of the pandemic, but we got it to go and it was newly opened. At the time, we werent that impressed. Since it had been a while since we tried it, our family of 6 decided to try it again but this time in person. It was a whole different experience this time. The noodles are made fresh (you can literally watch them make them from scratch). Our group had the following: Spicy Beef noodle soup, chicken noodle spup, stir-fried noodles w/ beef, steamed pork buns, and sesame chicken. Everything was great! All meats were tender, soups flavorful, and noodles were made to perfection. (We were only able to get pics of the chicken noodle and spicy beef soups.) Its very clean, and the service is good. We will be making this a regular place to eat.

Very disappointing. The fried pork dumpling had a filling can only be described as a tough and greasy chorizo-like link sausage. The chicken fried rice was not very flavorful and had peas and carrots that looked and tasted like they were from a frozen bag of old fashioned peas and carrots. They were the only vegetables except for some chopped onions. The chicken appeared to have been microwaved in thin strips w/o any seasoning - tasteless and tough. It may just be that I ordered the wrong things! They were making their own noodles, so that might be a better choice.
