Enshittification at its finest. For those of you who dont know, enshittification is the process of a products quality purposefully declining over time. Sometimes, its referred to as product decay or shrink-flation. I say purposefully, because more often than not, the corporate offices force their workers to do more with less. Where once IHOP has multiple flavors of syrup, it has now been reduced to only old-fashioned. Where their hot chocolate was served in bowl-like mugs, it is reduced to barely a 6-ounce mug. Where the breakfast crowd is taken care of by several employees, I can barely count the number of people who work here on one hand. None of this is the employees fault. That being said, i dont think Ill go there again.

It took over an hour to get our food (for 2 ppl) & they were not busy at all. Other tables that got there after us got their food before us. When we did, the sirloin tips were dripping with oil & they got the order wrong. Husbands fries were cold & the chicken biscuit was 100% RAW. We order off the All You Can Eat pancake menu & when we ordered flavored pancakes, we were not told they were not included so we were charged $15 for pancakes. We ordered refills that didn t come until we were done with our food. Not a pleasant morning. Had to convince hubby to give them a chance & I wish I would ve listen & gone somewhere else.

We went here on Sunday and the service was horrible. It took over 20 minutes just for someone to come and ask what we wanted to drink. People that came in after us got their food as we were getting our drinks. When we did get our food. No one checked on us or offered refills until we were done and asking for the check. The whole staff just seemed negative, hardly anyone was smiling. We normally go to the Conroe location and don t have these issues. Will not be going back.

These were, without a doubt, the worst scrambled eggs I have ever had. They tasted, looked, and had the consistency of powdered eggs. So I asked the waited why they served me powdered eggs... he said they put pancake mix in the eggs to make them fluffy ! Are you kidding me? You beat eggs to incorporate air to make eggs fluffy. I asked for different eggs, the next ones were just as bad. IHOP has gotten bad.

My daughter picked this restaurant for her 9th birthday last week and we were worried after looking at the reviews BUT it was amazing. Family of 6. Sat right away. Had C as our server and she took amazing care of us. My daughter and I are vegetarians and she accommodated stuff for us and they even have vegetarian breakfast sausage. Breakfast, lunch/dinner and dessert were all amazing!!!! We will be returning for sure!!! It also was not busy at all. Only 1 other table. I believe in making my own judgement on things and Im glad we did.

I recently visited IHOP while in town on business, right after Hurricane Beryl. Despite the challenges faced by the community, IHOP was able to open with a limited menu on their first day back. The staff was fantastic though limited in number, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We were weary travelers, and their ability to provide service under such conditions was greatly appreciated. Thank you, IHOP, for your dedication and for making our experience so positive during a difficult time.

My family and I decided to go eat at this IHOP, we regretted 100%. Horrible service and the atmosphere was very negative. When we walked in, there was a lady talking to the manager saying how she felt that IHOP was discriminating her for not taking her in, and pointing at us since we are Hispanic. The manager told the hostess to sit every single client that came through the doors, no matter what the waiters/waitress were saying. The manager said the waiter/waitress did not wanted to take any tables since they would not be making any money that day. Took over 20 minutes for the waitress to come over and take our order, all the employees were just standing around doing nothing. Again, horrible experience. Then it took another 40 minutes for our food to come out, and it was cold. Then my brother wanted more Pepsi and it took over 20 minutes to get it. We asked a waitress since ours was no where to be found, and she even complained. It was overall the worst experience ever. NEVER GOING BACK. It was $110 for a horrible service.

We waited 1 hour and 45 for our food and we ended up leaving. I would leave zero starts if possible. If you don t have the personnel needed to run your kitchen, don t open or restrict the number of tables. Nobody told us about the waiting time at front. We had to ask another server from another section for our server because she was nowhere to be seen. Other people s food who ordered after us came out before ours. The hostess rolled their eyes when we asked for a table of 5. We were seated in a room that was warm because the air was out, but there were open tables in a cooler room in the restaurant. It took at least 20 minutes for us to be greeted by our waitress to get our drink order. It was almost an hour after we arrived before we received our food and that was after we asked about it. Our waitress did not check on us much at all and several times we had to ask for more things other staff had to help. It was not busy in the restaurant at all either. We a part of two recently visited this IHOP location and had a deeply disappointing experience. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would, as they don t even deserve a one star. We arrived and waited 20 minutes in the lobby to be seated. Once seated we watched several groups who came after us being greeted and serviced first. When Erica finally came over to take our order, we waited an additional 30 minutes. After placing our order, we noticed that people who arrived after us were receiving their food and just about completing their meal while we continued to wait. After observing all of this in shock, we decided to leave due to the unacceptable delay. Erica, our waitress, didn t seem genuinely concerned about our situation and was more focused on helping others around us. Im incredibly disappointed in this IHOP experience. After years of visiting various IHOP locations, this is by far the worst experience Ive ever had.

The over medium eggs were more like over easy. Everything else was excellent. The service was very good but slow. I also am noticing that several places are calculating the tip choices with THE TAXES included, which makes the tip higher than the actual percentages. This has become a pet peeve of mine, I just figure it myself as normal.

TL:DR terrible service I can t believe how bad this place has turned out to be. In my many years of living here I have never had an issue with the service, but recently it has taken quite a fall from grace. From what I remember from a semi-recent visit, I had to ask for my server after being seated and waiting 20 minutes. Just recently the waiters and waitresses do not do their job, mostly just smoking and chatting amongst themselves. Food was okay but took forever to come out, and the server literally never came by to check in or give refills nor the check. Generally overall this is the worst ihop experience I have ever had and will not be coming back for quite awhile.

TLDR: Food was good, but a touch pricey for what we got. Overall, the food was good, just not $65 good. Our server was attentive, but the food was a bit slow. The restaurant was basically empty when we arrived at 11:30 A.M., and we still waited 20+ minutes for what was essentially bacon and eggs for 3 people. The food all came out hot, though, so I am assuming just a backup in the kitchen. The bourbon bbq bacon eggs Benedict is worth a try but a little on the salty side. The dazzleberry pancakes are dry but have a decent blue raspberry flavor. Avoid the frosting as it is sickly sweet and has an unpleasant texture(gritty and gooey). The country potatoes were very good and were definitely everyones favorite part of their meals aside from their bacon. The eggs were cooked pretty much perfectly. Poached, over medium, and over easy without any issues. Vegetarian options: There arent many, but they do offer some. Dietary restrictions: Most restrictions can be easily avoided given the build your own options available for several of the menu items. Parking: Plenty of parking on three sides of the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: Fully kid friendly establishment with menu items catered to children. Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible establishment with wheelchair accessible restrooms.

I ve been to this iHop multiple times and I ve never had an issue with service. Well today, my group and I walked in with a line already formed at the front, where no hostess was in sight. Waited there for about 10-15 minutes until someone came up to start to seat people. They said they didn t have a table for a group of 5, so we waited again for another 10-15 minutes. When finally seated, we waited 20 minutes waiting for someone to come over and greet us/take our drink order. No one ever came, even though tables that were seated after us already had their drinks & food, so we just got up and left. We understand it s Memorial Day and we re sure they had people call in, however communicate with your guests that you re shorthanded and will be with them shortly. Very disappointed.

Our service was horrible, no napkins and once asked they handed us 4 there were more then 4 of us., no refills, food was bland, cold, our server only came 1 time to ask how our food was and to top it all off we paid via IHOP app, so when we got up to leave the waitress ran over asking if we paid like we were about to dine and dash. This location really deserves a NO STAR review. Went to eat a late breakfast there on Sunday 3-10-24 after 1pm. The place was not that busy and the restaurant didn t look that clean. We were seated right away, but 15 minutes passed and no server ever came by to even offer water to drink. We decided to leave seeing that no one even acknowledge that we still had not been attended. As we were walking out and said why we were leaving, the host didn t try to fix the issue and a young lady server in a ponytail found it funny and just laughed as we exited the restaurant. Clearly this location is under staffed and POORLY staffed! Ratings will continue to suffer for good reason. Go eat somewhere else where your business will be appreciated!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Latrice was an absolute rude person. She threw the broom down as we walked in. Grabbed two menus and walked away without saying anything. After she yelled across the room table for two, I told her we were a table for three. She said Damn and rudely threw our utensils and menus on another table and walked away. 10 minutes later came and took our drink order. She walked to the back and proceeded to throw 3 cups in the sink and run hot water over them while dumping two pots of hot water in the same sink. No soap just water and then pulls the 3 cups out and started filling with ice. All while in my view of the sink. No my family did not put up with terrible behavior and unsanitary conditions. We left before she came back with the drinks. APPALLING!!!!

Unfortunately we picked a Saturday to visit and Im sure that added to the poor service. Im not sure how to evaluate. We are off the 55+ menu and that was pretty good. The food was good. But lets talk about the service. We were served, but it took a very long time and honestly in the beginning it was hard to know who was the server, who to pay etc. we watched a ton of people very frustrated by the way business was being ran. Probably because not enough employees. Perhaps a different day.

Attempted to dine in on a Wednesday around 1pm. No one in front. Finally when the host arrived, We were told we need to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Restaurant looked dirty, they were clearly understaffed. People kept coming in and they were all told there is a 10 minutes wait. Employees were slow, taking their time in doing anything. They were acting like restaurant was empty. Finally, after 30 minutes of waiting we had enough. Really bad service and arrogant employees. Nowadays, all restaurant workers expect big tips, but service went way down.

Need a whole new crew . The only people that acted like they new how a business was run were the men. The females were loud and cussed at each other . You know we can hear you ...right ? Just straight trash .. I got a spinach mushroom omelet ....tasted like they smothered it in butter. Completely defeated the purpose of getting something somewhat healthy. DISAPOINTED I spent my money here ....and time I should have just went home. .......EDIT / ADDON /......1/2/24.....I tried to give this place another chance cause. Its literally right across the street from my place . Walk in ....workers all loud ....peeking at us from the back like they wish we would leave ....finally get seated .....workers loud ....cussing at each other ....running in and out the door ways like kids .....had to have my eggs remade only to still be wrong .....the cook cant cook eggs at a breakfast place .....his one main job ......the server didnt even offer to take off the eggs ....so i paid for it to spare my other guests embarrassment....never again ....if i wanted to mess up my eggs i could just cook at hone .....but no ....Im at this place ....paying for them to do it ....this place is terrible

Shavana was absolutely amazing! We came in for New Years and she was so incredibly sweet! She created such a warm atmosphere and wished us a Happy New Years! Definitely will be coming back just for her kindness. The food was great and we tried the new Wonka items which is such a fun name and look! Definitely recommend this location.

Waited 20 mins for my food and food was served cold I had my toddler with me so I didn t even want to replace my food since we had already waited 20 plus minutes for our food. Another negative was that they don t have Coloring sheets and crayons for kids and that s always been great for the kiddos it keeps them busy while we wait for the food.

These must be the laziest people to ever run an IHOP. I got an Uber pick up, and they reported it done for over 45 minutes, and Im still waiting for someone to bother handing it to me. They are at less than 1/3 capacity.

Food was hot but. Bananas were over rip. Eggs were not cooked right not even over easy..more like raw.The home fries were awsome. Coffee was weak. Table and seat was dirty. The salt,pepper station was disgusting. Everything was sticky and dusty. My server was the best an tried her best to fix the issues. Cook needs a refresher on cooking eggs. Bathroom needs cleaning..pop on changing table.Floor was gross.
