If you need someone to advocate for you, TLC Law Firm is who you need to hire! Ty and his team are amazing! As soon as Ty came on our case, I knew he was in our corner and that was such a relief! Ty & his team are the best. They re friendly, professional, responsive, and very active. I never had to remind them details of my case or ask them to reach out to me as they were continually providing me with updates, recommendations, and necessary information. Affordable/reasonably priced/worth every single penny/would have paid 10 times the cost to receive that kind of service again. 10/10 recommend!!!!

I cannot recommend Ty and his team enough. Once he was involved, my extremely ugly divorce was taken care of. He and his team did a great job informing me of my options, and cutting down on the amount of communication I had to have with the ex. Really, a life saver. We found this law firm after our original lawyer we were talking to told us they don t do smith county cases. Ty was amazing from the get go and he was very efficient and knowledgeable about everything we asked of him!! He did an amazing job and our adoption went quickly with no problems!! My ex wife filed so many things against me and my current wife hindering us from my kids. Ty came in to his office on his time off and we made a plan. Long story short I couldn t have picked a better Law Firm than TLC Law. Every question I had through this whole experience was answered. Ty would not give up he faught this case like they was his kids. I can not thank TLC Law enough for what they did for me and my family and sticking through even when the case was really tough. Terrible communication, does give any strong info on custody case, will give you one option and thats all you have, im the greatest father you will ever meet and ive have been stripped me of my visitation for 6 months with no cause and no defense, absolutely sick and twisted and I hope I can help other people from getting screwed in custody cases, this man is no benefit in a custody case, if you want my opinion do your research on attorneys, It will be a Huuuuuuugggggeeeee plus!!

I didnt get everything I wanted but I believe that without good advice and a level headed advocate I would have come out much worse.

When we were one of the 8,000 homeowners who lost our home in the October 2017 North California wild fire my initial anger was somewhat tempered by the fact that we had excellent insurance. I believed that the insurance proceeds would be close to Making me Whole . Then I was informed about an IRS Code section entitled Involuntary Conversion. This led me to ask four Californian and one Oregonian expert to explain how the application of involuntary conversion would affect us. Five opinions, all different except that the IRS would expect a share of the insurance proceeds. In despair I started an internet search on Involuntary Conversion and, eventually, struck gold when I read an article in The Tax Advisor site posted by attorney Kacie Czapala and her CPA Alan Campbell. Kacie has led me through the intricacies of IR Codes 121 and 1030 and set out the options available to us. Her knowledge has proven priceless. If you are hunting for a skilled attorney you should definitely consider contacting Kacie. However, if you have questions on Involuntary conversions, and IR 121 and 1030, stop hunting and call Kacie at TL Law, Tyler Texas immediately. (My new Oregon CPA agrees with me). You will not regret it.

Ty is very easy to work with and does everything he can to get you what you want and deserve. I really appreciate what he did in the court room for me today. I am a mother in the armed forces stationed overseas who is going through a divorce and he set in place a temporary orders hearing that lets me see my babies when I can fly back to Texas and got me FaceTiming rights to them. I have known Ty Czapla for 11 years. He is intelligent, hard working, and an excellent lawyer. If I had any family issues or convictions, I would trust his judgment and his work in the court system. He knows what he is doing. He really cares about you as a person and the outcome of your case. He is starting from the ground up and making a living for his family. He is a small business owner. Ty czapla is not much of a lawyer!! He represented me on a child support case, in which he did NOT NOW THE LAW i receive SSI, am disabled. FIRST he tried to say that CHILD SUPPORT can be taken from my ssi.Which by law they cant! I am behind quite a bit so they say i still have to pay arrears! $160 month.still could do jail time. (anyone whos on ssi know that money goes before you get it) ....I plea that i dont have the funds to pay$160 a month ... he tells me to get a job!! An make my payment ...OR BORROW IT. I AM DISABLED.....AN HAVE BEEN FOR SOME TIME...THATS WHY I AM SO FAR BEHIND....it was a long battle to get my ssi.it seemed to me that he had no fight in him!!..ROLLED OVER LIKE A DOG!!just did the minimum....seemed real unsure of the law.....telling disabled person to get a job to pay the arrears..or to borrow $160 dollars a month....IF YOR READING THIS TY CZAPLA.....I NEED TO BORROW $160 A MONTH FROM YOU FOR AWILE!!!!!! I COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB MY DAMN SELF.
