Thank you thank you thank you thank you Mr. Vargas! I can t thank this man enough. I really don t know where to start with this review but all I know is that he saved me a lot of heartache. When other attorneys and law firms told me no, never returned my call, and didn t take my case serious, Mr. Daniel Vargas did! Right when I was about to give up my search for an attorney, I reached out to Mr. Vargas and he scheduled time out of his busy schedule the same day to review my case. Our initial conversation never felt rushed and I was able to tell that he truly cared about my situation. Mr. Vargas is extremely professional and knowledgeable in his craft. I would truly recommend Daniel Vargas. He will be honest and upfront with you every step of the way. Mr. Vargas was very polite and professional throughout my case. His response to phone calls, text, and emails are prompt. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was very professional, explained everything so that I understood my situation, and most of all was very efficient. He did all that he said he would plus more. This is a sorry excuse of a supposed law firm. The staff to start off with is very dismissive and rude when calling. They dont reply and when speaking freely to them, they are combative with you. My case and point are obvious if you people take a second and read the reviews for this sorry excuse of a business! Attorneys should always practice good faith and it shows that this man and his firm have non of that! You dont sit here and put clients or potential clients on blast for expressing their entanglements with you and your business. You sir are unprofessional, have no manners, and are a threat to the rule of law and the trust that people instill in their attorneys! If you fought for your clients a quarter of how you fight with THEM...you would have better word of mouth! You can say you dont care but, karma is real and as you did to others...others will do unto you, and as you speak about other...someone will speak about you! You should really reconsider having a different career and learn to respect people! Upon reading my Review...MUST HAVE STRUCK A NERVE...!!!

Worse Attorney ever just cause I said I filled out forms and he became sensitive does he not understand that people work. You could of given me a timeframe. But never did I say I refuse to do so. Don t put words in my mouth sirr . But thank you

I had a very bad experience with this dishonest attorney. After seeing his advertised free consultation, I went to him for a personal case. And after some discussion I paid him a deposit of $1,425. However, I changed my mind the following morning about going to court and called his office to request a refund of the retainer minus the time that we spent discussing the case. He did not return my call, even after calling his office multiple times over several weeks, and he never returned the balance of my deposit. He answered this review saying that I was indicted for fraud. In reality, the charges against me have been dismissed by the court . He is showing his dishonesty again with his response. The only thing he did for me is the 2 hours he spent with me and even though he advertised a free consultation for the first hour he still billed me for 2 hours, and he did not draft any document that I know of and did not show that he did any work for me, and refused to return the balance of the retainer, minus the fee of paid consultation. I filed a complaint with the State Bar of Texas, and this matter is currently under investigation, and there will be a hearing by the State Board on this matter. Be aware of this attorney.

Very disappointed in Melissa (family law specialists) and Mr. Vargas. Not only did they inform me of court dates on short notice, they gave me incorrect info. On my last court date Mr. Vargas did not show up. On my next court date he informed the judge he was dropping out of the case without informing me. Very unprofessional. If youre looking for an attorney you can count on at a critical time in your life, do not go with this Law firm.
