We had Marcio Soares compose our wills and he also created a trust for us. He was very thorough explaining all portions of both documents and why we should choose one option vs another. He did everything he could to protect our small amount of assets and our future as an older couple plus made it easier for our future administrators (family members) to do an excellent job of caring for us. What an amazing Estate Attorney we have! We were referred to Marcio Soares after going through three reputable Estate Planning Firms. We were told by each that it would take up to three weeks to set up a Simple Will. With a two week on and two weeks off work schedule, we could never coordinate our schedule for them to squeeze us in. When I called Marcio, we were able to set up a three day process of an interview to determine to determine and customize a package for us that not only included a Simple Will with two Powers of Attorney, but also a Living Trust for Asset protection during the first session. The next day he gathered the information we gave him to set it all up and then gave us class on how it all worked. The third day, our customized Will/Trust was laying neatly on the conference room table when we walked in. Marcio walked us through each step for each scenario such as choices in incapacity, our wishes in death, funeral, distribution of assets, and setting up a bank trust account. He was very personable and was able to use his vast knowledge to help us gain the confidence we needed to be able to enjoy our remaining years. All this was done in three days what we were expecting would take three weeks to finish. We walked away with peace of mind knowing the plan was complete and when we were gone that we were leaving our family an easy transition to settle the estate and to receive their inheritance. We will continue to do Estate Planning with Soares Family Law Firm in the future and we highly recommend Marcios services to anyone!

My parents, who are in their 90s decided they wanted to give their house to one of their daughters after they passed. Marcio Soares spent at least an hour with me trying to figure out the best way for my parents to do that and didnt charge for that hour. He was very informative, answered all my questions and made sure I understood it all so I could fully explain it to my parents. Once my parents decided which way to go, Marcio told me what we needed, was very prompt in completing the paperwork, and was kind enough to meet my parents at their house to sign the documents, since my dad is housebound. He followed through with filing the papers in a very timely manner. We could not have asked for a more gracious, knowledgeable, professional lawyer. We will definitely continue to use him if a need comes up. And without a doubt highly recommend him to anyone who would need Estate planning. My wife and I had not updated our estate plan in over 20 years. After a disappointing experience with another law firm, we called the Soares law firm. We got an appointment within 3 days and were very impressed with Mr. Soares. He was not rushed, and took the time to really explore what our needs and desires were for our future. In short, by the end of the initial appointment, we knew that we wanted him to prepare our plan. The rest of the process was very easy. We had our second meeting and figured out the details with Mr. Suarez bringing up addressing issues that we would not have thought of. We then asked, because we were going out of town and felt it was urgent, how quickly we could get our plan in place. He had all of the documents prepared within one week and we got them signed with time to spare. This gave us a great peace of mind knowing that our childrens future would be secure should something unfortunate happen while we were gone. In short short, I cannot recommend Mr. Soares enough. He is not only very versed in the law and competent as an attorney, but his kindness and compassion made all the difference in the world and puts him head and shoulders above the rest.
