I have been going to this Blaze for about a year and a half now. Everything has always been excellent. The staff: Brandi, Gracie, Faith, Carson, Tyce, Julia, and all the rest of the staff who have moved away have always been amazing and great to talk to. Go here and get a pizza.

The service at this location is not friendly towards people of color. Ive experienced my box being slammed on the counter, being ignored while other guests are served, and even received an eye roll in exchange for a friendly thank you. I honestly dont understand why the people at this restaurant treat customers this way. Blaze makes great pizza, but the attitude of the people there just takes away from the experience of having a fun dinner. Ive never felt uncomfortable and unwanted in a restaurant before, so this has been a shock for me. A friend even told me about a time when someone spit on her pizza before putting it in the oven. I hope things are able to change so that all people can experience great hospitality. This is really disappointing.

It was my first time trying Blaze. Loved the different options and flexibility with the toppings that they allow you to get on your pizza. They have gluten and diary free options which is great. We got the cauliflower crust, I recommend giving it a try. You have to pay for parking though. We received great service from Lily who walked us through the menu and made our pizzas. She was very friendly and patient with my family who were very picky. Will definitely be coming back!

I recently visited Blaze Pizza for the first time and had an unsatisfactory experience. I requested a pizza with one topping, choosing mozzarella and then Parmesan. However, I was informed that Parmesan would be considered my one topping. I opted for pepperoni instead, yet was charged for a two-topping pizza. Upon questioning this at the counter, the employee, rather than apologizing, complained to the manager in my presence, claiming I changed my order post-transaction. This was frustrating, especially since I was initially told Parmesan counted as a single topping. I prefer Mod Pizza, where the toppings are more flexible, and the overall taste surpasses my experience at Blaze.

What an amazing place to grab a slice. With a wonderful atmosphere inside and out, this is one of the top pizza places in College Station. The pizza always taste AMAZING and with some of the cheapest beer in Centry Square this is the spot! Everyone there is so nice, I love to bring friends from out of town there because I know they will show off the best this town has to offer.

This place is great! Pick your everything pizza. I love their original crust. Its thin but strong enough to hold all your toppings. The array of toppings is fantastic and very, very fresh! The sauce choices are several and done just right inl6you want more or less. Its customized. They do have some signature pizza but why when you can make it your own. The roasted garlic is soft and has a mild but warm roasted flavor. The atmosphere is modern pizza eatery, very warm and welcoming. Its very clean. The staff are kind and helpful. Gotta love College Station friendliness!! So worth the trip. Got a new favorite pizza joint now!

My sister and I went out to splurge from our diet and got a keto crust with grilled chicken and spinach. We could hardly find the chicken and there was less cheese than the chicken. The spinach was tasteless and gross. We couldnt finish. Just because you order keto doesnt mean you dont need protein. Will not return!

Blaze Pizza is delicious! I definitely prefer it over Mod. The toppings they offer and their red sauce are the difference makers. Do not go if you are in a hurry, this is where Mod Pizza beats them out. They do not have enough employees working at the time of day that I go. Great pizza and staff. Their vegan cheese was so good, we all always get that. Lots of other cruelty free options that are better for the environment and animals! 4 start because they could still improve on their plant based menu. I encourage the owners to promote these better alternatives. Theyre healthier, better for the environment, and better for the animals! You can promote these options and have them as the default or served first before animal body parts and secretions. That way the better options are right in front of people. Would be happy to help with the process if needed.

There are some concerns about the communication between the first employee you meet and instructions. We were told you get to pick everything at during them making the pizza but the employees never asked for pizza instructions during prepping for the oven and we were not asked for types of sauce. If the concept is to be open and friendly they did not achieve this. I would think this was more awkward. After the oven they just asked us our order at check out. During watching the pizza come out they used tongs to pick up bottles of dressings and then handled them with bare hands, then used the same tongs for handling pizza. We did alert management to just help them correct the issue, but management immediately became defensive stating they knew how to run their business.

If I could give this store a 0 star rating I would. I ordered my first pizza from here. When the food finally got to me, it was cold and I had to reheat it. The quality is not worth the price. This place is awesome, located directly next to the gathering area in Century Square. They even have seating next to the stage, which was perfect because thry had a band performing old 90 rock standards that had the crowd hyped. We let the kids have fun and visit with friends as we ate and enjoyed the atmosphere. It was Friday before a home Aggie game, so it was busy. The service never dipped!!! Those kids rocked. They did forget pepperoni on one pizza, but that was quickly and graciously corrected.

Really like this Pizza, you can even order 1/2 a pizza. Thin crust that comes out crisp. My teenage son can eat one by himself, and my spouse and I split a second. I love the pizzas here but I hate the service. I ll admit Blaze has never had great service, but it s steadily gotten worse over the years. Tonight employee, Brandi pushed me to my breaking point and I will not be going back. She was extremely rude and dismissive. I was glad that another employee was making my byo pizza, however while he was trying to speak to me she spoke over me complaining about working there. I could tell the young man was uncomfortable as he kept trying to speak to me but was interrupted by Brandi. I also witness Brandi being rude and demanding to her other employees. I believe she is a manager due to her wearing a polo shirt, however I hope one of her supervisors sees this and is able to teach her something about human decency and respect for one another. Customers and employees deserve better.

Seriously my favorite pizza place in town. Our family comes here almost weekly! If you re a pizza fan like me but also want to eat healthier, they have the best cauliflower crust I ve ever had. I never feel bad after eating here. Michael the general manager is the bomb! He has always ensured our orders come out to perfection, and has even made some solid suggestions! Elijah is also another family favorite. My kids ask about going to see Michael and Elijah and eat the delicious pizza. If weather is good, you can take the pizza to the green space attached to the restaurant and let the kids run wild while you and the spouse enjoy a little pizza in peace! Staff is awesome, super friendly and helpful. Trust me, you ll have a good experience if you come here! I know we ll for sure keep on coming back! The idea of creating your own pizza is super fun itself! This place has a lot of delicious ingredient choices available to create your own pizza. I liked the super fresh toppings mostly. Friendly staff and a very cozy environment. I have found their this location is so perfect for having a bite of pizza to enjoy my lovely weekend.

Food is great, but we have had two occasions now with unpleasant staff. Most recently, a person in our group asked if she could have extra basil on her pizza, which theyve always provided. Staff said they couldnt do it and questioned when shed had extra basil provided in the past. She asked if they could just provide some on the side. Staff replied, Can I ask what youre going to do with it? (???) Our town has a lot of good pizza places. Were done with Blaze.

The pepperoni and sausage pizza is a good basic pizza that s easy to recommend. According to my friend. The pesto cheesy garlic bread was the winner for me. Perfectly crisp outter bread, soft inner bread, nice cheese pull, and a good garlic pesto sauce on top to compliment it all. I had wanted the Green Stripe pizza and when it was served I had a feeling something was off but I couldn t place what that was until the pesto breadsticks came! My pizza wasn t made right. It didn t have the pesto, red peppers, or arugula on it. I had already eaten a slice and figured they wouldn t fix/remake it because of that (as per other restaurants policies) so I just asked for an extra pesto cup and had an odd pizza experience. I blame myself more for not speaking up due to anxiety than the restaurant but it was an okay first time experience at this place. Though it is pretty sad they charge up to $4 extra for Gluten Free or Cauliflower crusts
