Terrible place. Management is racist! Was a regular customer and I am a level 3 armed officer. I had just gotten off of work and go in every day after work. The bartender said that people were afraid because I had a pistol on my hip. I then proceeded to put the pistol away. No one else said anything to me about it the whole time. The next time I went in the manager (white guy grey beard and glasses.) was VERY rude to me. He proceeded to talk down on me to his customers at the bar and then called the police on me because he felt threatened. He spoke to me in a very demeaning manner. He allowed the white customers to hop in the conversation without putting them out the bar but kept asking me to leave as if I was a threat. A few of the other white customers kept egging things on and I eventually left. There was a bar full of white customers. Myself and my girlfriend were the only two customers there that had melanin in their skin.

When you have a GM that supports his rude staff over his customers is weak.Then to be threaten to call the law on when I have done nothing but try to have a decent conversation with and to be told I have black sisters dude you are black. I have done nothing but support spend my hard earned money in a place that I have spent 100s of dollars each day, fed catered people for Thanksgiving and more. And to be treated like I have caused a big issue in because of their whining immature bartenders I will never support again. As a business owner I listen to my customers and my staff. I pray this reach corporate because your establishment needs to be readjusted. Your customers issues is blasted across Facebook by the GM, stand out side smoking weed with the customers, bartenders taking shots with customers on the job and more. Trust I am ok with being banned because my money matters where I spend it NO sleep lost. I am coming to take over pecan as well as Pflugerville to show how customers are treated. Gamers try to get service you have to wait for a couple of the bartenders to quit having a whole conversation before you get service.

Interesting place but we wantrd to stay and enjoy. Carol was very sweet and took great care of us. We decided on knob Creek Old fashioned and Carol made them right in front of us. It is a joy to watch a mixologist enjoy their skill. The drinks were exceptional. We enjoyed them while playing 5 games of pool (Victoria won), but they need a few new cues with tips. We will come back for more cocktails and straight whiskey too!!!

Ive never had food here so cant Raye it. Service is always great! Drinks are good nice little spot. It is a smoking bar so just an FYI. You can play pool has a lounge area. I like it overall!

The new employees are great. Rod, Joey, & Zan do a great job. This is for Zan, please be kind to all people that come into the Whiskey Room. Your actions towards me, show. Tony the bartender is awesome! Great place to play games, shoot pool and hear live music! Only one suggestion is that the live music is sometimes a bit too loud for the size of the room. Most people have to shout just to hear the person next to them.

These guys recently changed ownership and management. Still working through some kinks, but this is a cool place with whatever sports you want to watch, karaoke and live bands, free pool, and a better whiskey selection than most anywhere else up north. Dive bar vibes? absolutely. Classy booze options? also yes. Friendly and attractive crowd? you bet.

This place is definity is a smoking bar so if you dont like smoke then stay away from here because you will inhail a large amount of second hand smoke and come out smelling like an ash tray. Also if you like playing casino slot games, then dont play their sweepstake games because you will defintly be waisting your money here playing their sweepstake casino style games and you dont actually win the prize amount that it says you are suppose to win on the ViP prize tv screens and they wont fix it. Thats very dishonest and I definitly wont be coming back and I will take my money elsewhere.

Came in here today. Im a regular, love playing the games here. I come in at least 3x a week and spend quite a bit of money here. Today I walked in and an older lady with short blonde hair tended to me. She was wearing tennis and a t -shirt that said Staff on it. She had some MAJOR attitude. She clearly doesnt know anything about customer service,very rude. I hope shes not a permanent employee because I will not be taking my business there anymore. It was obvious she wasnt having a good day and took it out on her customer. When we left she was standing at the end of the bar looking over at some papers or something looking all mad.Talk about some major negative vibes! If you see this person there do yourself a favor and turn around and walk out. Give some other place your business.
