I havent actually been inside the building, but we were allowed to park at the convention center during the football game on Saturday with absolutely no complaints and any place. Its willing to do that for a football stadium is outstanding in my opinion

I went here to walk with a friend as my neighborhood doesnt have sidewalks. This place was great for walkers. Well lit, spacious sidewalks, lots of friendly people and the nearby stadium and the unique original buildings from the old fairgrounds make for a happy walk.

New facility, state of the art. Inside is gorgeous! Outdoor, the fountain makes up for the mid-century modern architecture which is not my favorite type of architecture. The bland white wall facing the Rose Garden Center would look awesome as a mural depicting Tyler history with roses and azaleas. Maybe one day. Great customer service! Over all definitely 5 stars

Was here for covid vaccine. Had to wait 3+ hours. They were not prepared for the crowd and had a tarded line up system that trapped the cars in place for almost the entire time, preventing people from leaving even if they wanted to. Tyler police lacked the empathy and basic problem solving skills needed to fix what was really a simple logistics problem.
