The girl running the drive through at night needs a new job. Ignored anything I said and still forgot my whole order. When I pulled around to get it right (because they Locked the doors) she gave me dirty looks and said something to her coworker the entire time I was there and as I pulled away.YOU DID THE JOB WRONG NOT ME. If you call that customer service I hate to see when you re not trying. If you hate your job that much go somewhere else.

We ordered two 20 piece nuggets, a double stack no onion or pickle, a spicy chicken sandwich combo, and a Daves Double. The only correct item was the Spicy sandwhich combo. And even then the bread was tough and clearly had been sitting around for a while. The nuggets were the worst- We ordered 2 standard 20 piece nugget and they asked if we wanted sauce. We assumed they meant normal packets of sauce like you can order in any place across the country so we said BBQ. They were apparently talking about some kind of gross pre-sauce covered nuggets? Who wants that? WHY???? SO they can get soggy before you come home to eat them? What if I didnt want BBQ on every piece? I would give it 0 if I could, everything was wrong, everything was gross, truly I dont understand why theyre even open if this is what theyre going to serve.

Management, if you are responsible for the performance of this location, please wake up and look in on it. It seems that nobody is held accountable for this location. The corner of the store with the (non-working) drink dispenser is flooded, no one mopped up the major slip hazard from the flooded area right near the couter where orders are taken. The condiment bins are empty and trashed, ketchup dispenser gross and nonfunctional, food on the floor and tables. Is anyone paying attention?

REVISED DOWN. Ordered 10 piece regular crispy nuggets; spicy nuggets were in bottom of container; grandson ate them & burned his throat, vomited. Terrible restaurant. Locations a complete joke. Just to order the food was a headache. Asked the employees for help and they had no idea what to say or do. Got the food and made it home only to see the burger (which was supposed to be a double) covered in ketchup & mayonnaise. Drenched in grease. I took it back and asked for refund only to have them tell me to do it online. Literally a 40min waste of time..no food because of the lack of urgency or seriousness & didn t even offer to make the food right. One of the worst locations I ve been to & probably one of the worst customer service experiences too. Please go to McDonalds, Gattis, Burger King or even Walgreens before you let this staff prepare your food. Disgusting.

For the third time in a row my wife and I have gone to a Wendys in our area and this one in particular to order our food. they consider a piece of bacon to be a piece of bacon cutting two and then they give you a credit for it for your next purchase and they do the same damn thing and you walk in there there is no salt and pepper there is no napkins nothing is out at all and then all you have to do is just wait 10-15 minutes while they get off the lazy butts and do something about it. how you survive??? I dont know. Will spread the word far and wide, do not go to eat here or you will die..

We ordered 3 Jr. bacon cheeseburgers and 2 small fry,. The Wendys deal was $4 on the app. Drive-thru employee messed up the order and ordered 3 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers, no fries. Staff acted annoyed as the deal wouldnt come up with our QR code. Left with only 2 burgers, no fries, and paying nearly $8. So there is a 15 minute wait when you walk in the door if you do not speak Spanish. Ordered a chicken sandwich and it was cold and overall the quality is something I can easily make at home no need to go to this place. Also, got a vanilla frosty and had an after taste like chemicals (fake flavor or old product). This experience was so crazy, it doesnt even make sense. I came in to eat around 6:30 in the evening on Sunday, January 28th. The employees clearly saw me walk in, but not one of them came over to the register to take my order. I kept looking at them to see if one of them was going to stop eating fries out of the bin and come to the register. I stood there for at least 5 minutes. Two female employees actually waved at me while they were eating fries out of the bin. Finally, I said out loud, Is anyone going to take my order? They just smiled at me and nodded their heads while they ate more fries. Finally, I just went down the street to Schlotzkys. I worked for Wendys in the 80s. Do yall no longer have managers?

The woman working the window needs to adopt better customer service skills. Not friendly and seemingly in a rush with no customers. Not sure what the rush is exactly. This is a very low volume location and should be heavy on the customer service. That s not the main problem. Food was inedible. I got a Sausage, egg and cheese croissant. It was cold and secondly the sauce they put on the sandwich was expired because it smelled and tasted absolutely horrific. French toast sticks for my daughter were saturated with vegetable oil. Supposed to drain fried products for a bit so this does not happen..a little oil is ok but your whole food bag shouldn t have a wet look to it. I love Wendy s but will drive to another location from now on.. this location needs a lot of work.

I came here at 12:20 a.m. so about 40 minutes roughly before they closed, anyway I accidentally ordered from the app to the wrong store or the app screwed up Im not sure if it was me or the app but either way when I pull up to the window I realized I had already charged my card and I had like $3 left to my account because all my money is tied up in blue chip stocks yeah thats right - blue chips. Anyway The young lady at the window and the manager working here tonight are amazing they need both need promotions immediately. On my way to work I placed a mobile order for a Son of a Baconator. When I arrived, the drive thru cashier was very monotone, not all that personable, but Ill let that slide. I was eating my burger while driving, at one point I noticed some of the bacon had fallen out of the burger so I set it down in my lap to find the bacon. I am so thankful that I did, because that is when I found a big section of MOLD on the bottom of the bun. Absolutely unacceptable! Later in the day when I was able to, I submitted a review & at the end of the review it asked if I would like to be contacted. I said I would. I wanted to share this picture with them and request a refund. 7 days later, I have heard nothing. Youve lost my business.

So I go to get the family a couple bags of burgers and and they dont have drink carriers OK. I get home and find that every that every order has half of the fries that theyre supposed to have and the sandwiches are cold. I guess I should have suspected that this was gonna happen when I was placing my order and strangely enough the person I was talking to couldnt understand that I wanted my sandwich plane low and behold I get to the window and heres the person I originally talk to And of course the he speaks no English and can barely apologize to me that he speaks no English they must have barely taught him how to count to 11 today taking my meal number is not taking my order. Im for everyone having a job but that is not the person I want to talk to. I called the phone to complain after the 4th time they answered and hung up I called several more times the phone will not accept messages I guess it wouldnt matter since my local Wendys cannot employ anyone that can speak English This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im not sure what happened to this wendys. The soft drink machine was broken. There were no napkins, straws, etc. The place was filthy. You actually stuck to the floor in a couple places. Dirt and food were all over the floor. I have no idea what has happened to Wendys. This isnt the first location that I have visited recently that had a broken drink machine and was dirty. It appears that they have a serious management problem. If someone responsible were to walk into these places, they would fix it immediately or shut it down.
