I dont always write google reviews, but when I do I give plenty of Love! - Corey a.k.a The most interesting man in the world other than the D0s Equis beer d00d. jk jk, but in all honesty the customer service experiences Ive had here... the versatile nature of their app... the frequency and creativity of their coupons & the quality of the people in this place now makes it the only pizza place I even go to in town anymore. If you havent tried them please give them a go! Theyll spoil you rotten as if youre in some ivy league school you couldnt afford the tuition for, but you had a sponsor. They definitely over-deliver on their promises overall. The Pho Shizzle pizza is the most unique unexpectedly magical pizza I have ever had. Their rainbow cake is also to die for. Love these guys! Andy & Lawrence absolutely kill it. Two dudes with giant levels of service and compassion. Any out of town people passing thru must try them out! I love you back!

This is based on my DoorDash order that I placed around 1:30am on 9-29-2024: The lemon pepper Wings Shareable Pack was super delicious!!! The wings were small but there were plenty! The 12 Meatza Pizza was really light on the sauce and cheese but they were so flavorful I didnt mind it! One of the best pizzas Ive ever had which is suprising since I normally dont like red sauces. The Cake Boss - Chocolate Fudge Cake was better than I expected. BUT make sure its room temp before you eat it! All in all 10/10 for everything I ordered.

Update 9/17/24 - I tried again. They barely add any toppings! We even tried the pepperoni master class thinking theyd be more generous with the toppings and it didnt just mean that they actually put seasoning on the pizza. Is that even a thing? Adding seasoning makes it special? Its definitely not worth the money. Previous review: Ive had pizza from another Zalat location so I was excited to try this one. I was disappointed with the toppings. There wasnt nearly enough cheese on the pizza. In my opinion, there should be plenty of cheese on a pizza. There was no cheese pull. The best thing was the Garlic Parm Cheesy bread. My hubs did like the sauce that came with it. I think its a spicy ranch but Im not sure. Maybe well try it again sometime.

I had about given up on finding a great pizza place, when I ran across Zalat. Super yummy food and great service with a smile and that makes a lot of difference to me. I will definitely be back. Food is delicious and the attitude is such a plus.

Unfortunately, I love Zalat, so this is a hard review for me. I ordered from this location for the first time and picked up the pizza but it was wrong. When I went back to the store, everyone was out back and when I mentioned that my pizza was wrong, the one girl said - oh that s the one you messed up. So that is really frustrating. I ended up waiting for 10 min for them to remake a pizza they already knew was wrong. So terrible. Will not order from here again.

Me and my best friend have been a fan of zalat s pizza in Dallas for years now. However, tonight, while I was visiting him in Rockwall, we decided to try a new location and something new from there. We got the cheese bread and both got our own set of wings, and everything was absolutely disgusting. The cheese bread was the most pathetic looking thing, and the wings were of the cheapest quality and I couldn t even finish mine. My friend said his ranch ones just tasted like salt. Needless to say, I won t be trying any of this ever again from here.

My pizza was half done at best. The cheese was half melted and the sauce was cold. And when I called and spoke with the manager he gave me an excused that the oven was down and on the Fritz. Well if thats the case you may need to not use oven until its repaired. And he was also really quick to tell me what he couldnt do about the situation instead of doing anything and his power to rectifying it. This was my first time patronizing this establishment, And I would not advise anyone else to Patronizes This establishment as well. Not at least until they get the ovens repaired... THIS IS ABSURD!!!

I ordered from zalat today with door dash. I was super was excited to try this place out after having all these positive reviews from coworkers. My friend bit into her pizza and found a hair and threw it on the floor. I looked in the box and found another hair. I was enjoying this pizza until these hairs were found. I don t think I ll be going back. Love how the box had zalot of love written on the box .

I ordered for pickup online. It was quick and easy. My order was ready when I got there and it took less than 5 minutes to get it and leave. The staff was friendly even when it was late and they were about to close. Parking: It was late and there was plenty of parking. I was able to park right in front of the store which made it quick to get in and get out.

This was our first time ordering from here and don t know if we will again. To give it a try, we ordered the buy one get one free on the Uber app and the pizza is so ridiculously with no sauce. The cheese was fine, but delivered very cold as if it was A leftover pizza from the night before. Not sure if maybe their specialty pizzas are better, but I would definitely not The prices listed on their website based on what I received when I ordered my first pizza which was a letdown, no sauce and cold.

I had my doubts putting in my order. I only ordered there because of a promo code I found on Facebook. My doubts were put to rest after entering the store. The staff is extremely friendly and the order was 100% correct! They even left a note on the inside of the box. The best part of my experience is the pizza. The actual dough is super thin so you can enjoy the sauce and toppings but enjoy the pillowy crust. With chains like Little Caesars you get 90% bread and a hint of toppings. Zalat went all out with this pizza with cheese, sauce, and toppings. 10/10 will be back again.

My husband and I used to live in Las Colinas a couple years ago and that was the beginning of our Zalat Pizza journey. We are so excited to have it here in Rockwall now. Hands down our favorite pizza place and we can t get enough of that Srirancha. We also signed up for the stores opening free pizza craziness, but we weren t willing to stand in line for an extended period of time after an 8 hour shift at work. So we just paid for ours instead (:. Employees are awesomely positive. My husband pointed out that all the employees with hair had hats on to keep their hair out of the food and as someone that has pulled an employees hair out of my mouth at Chipotle and Taco Casa, THANK YOU FOR THAT!!!! Highly recommend this place.

I hardly ever complain about any pizza much less a pizza from ZALATS. They are my ultimate favorite! But I usually go to the fitzhugh location and they never disappoint. But when I found out there was a closer location to home (you guys in rockwall) I was thrilled!! But after tonight.. I m in complete and utter disbelief.. the pizza had hardly any cheese or sauce.. very flat. Also, the ranch s were very watery. I usually order about 5 sirranches but tonight I didn t.. and I m glad I didn t.. I really hope you guys work on adding more ingredients and making this a great location like FITZHUGH.

Im a huge fan of Zalat. Living in Rockwall, we would drive out to their other locations for pizza often. Its always been great. Super excited they opened a location here in Rockwall! To do a pickup order it forced me over to Uber Eats, then pickup. The pickup time o. UBER eats was 80 minutes!! I was on site 30 minutes early waiting for the notification it was ready for pickup. Got the alert, and went in immediately. When they handed me the boxes, they were cool. Not warm. Seemed odd since pizza boxes expell heat pretty well. Got to my car, and opened up the boxes and everything was room temperature. Seemed they finished the pizza way before the time it said on the app and they never noticed Uber Eats the pizza was ready for pickup. Seems like a pretty simple oversight, but I assume their are people from other locations on site so this shouldnt have happened. My drive home was about 9 minutes. The pizza was cold. Hard cheese and all. It still ate alright, and the flavors were okay. But pretty frustrated to pay $56 for 2 pizza and they were cold.

They re offering a promotion this week to stand in line for a free pizza from 4 to 7. Unless you take off work to go stand in line at three, you won t get one. Why not just give out coupons for a later use? The whole promotion is poorly planned.
