Owner was having an argument with one of his short-term tenants & his girlfriend?! It was freakishly uncomfortable as my wife was trying to pick out a bottle of wine! Note to self - owner: Dont rent cheap rooms to strange people, right next to your business!

This liquor store has it all. Very well kept. You will not find a cleaner store in Texas. The counter man is very helpful. They also have the best efficiencies in town at the right price. Just up ave 45th to Q and it is on the right. The road is under construction, its worth the trip. You never have to stand in line.
