This is an edit on a previous review. I received a call from Michelle and the management team at Amaro Law Firm. While I did have issues, their team has been quick to call, listen, and work through everything, which is so appreciated! Michelle is absolutely an incredible asset and case manager, and by no means does this overall experience have a reflection on her dedication. During the process, shes been patient and is undoubtedly one of the kindest people youll work with. She will listen, be considerate of all youre going through, and she will follow through. After knowing how you handle concerns and considerations, (I hope I dont have to because accidents are awful), but absolutely would work with you again.

Oh goodness.... I don t have a single negative thing to say about this Firm. From professional and understanding to efficient and cooperative, my experience was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Lawyers tend to have a bad reputation but every person at Amaro Law Firm was so helpful and so supportive: When I got rear-ended by someone who was texting and driving, the insurance company said they would cover my medical expenses, but didn t follow through. I couldn t find anyone to take my case because it was too small but Amaro Law Firm went to bat for me and talked directly to both the insurance company and also my specialists to ensure that I was taken care of correctly and on time. Their communication is open, honest and straight-forward and the people here really care! Madeline Joya was my main contact and she was so kind! She didn t want a positive outcome for money, she wanted to make sure the right thing was done for ME and it was so refreshing! Amaro closed my case with a HUGE win and I didn t pay a dime out of pocket. I am forever grateful to this team and refer them to both friends and strangers alike! I can count on 1 hand how many times I felt compelled to rate a company or merchant but I have to now. Amaro Law Firm, specifically Dirk Gustafson, He is what you want but never get with a lawyer-empathy, diligence, good communication and experience. All of it. It is a busy firm for a good reason, though you are never to feel like a number. Dirk always tells you like it is and doesnt blow any smoke. His assistants are top notch as well. One hopes they will never need an attorney let alone a personal injury one, but if you do I highly suggest you meet with him/them initially, you will be pleased and relieved.
