To those of us that like Jack in the Box this location is a showcase. Everything from the parking lot to the tables were sparkling clean. The food is what you have to expect from JnB which is a good decent food for the price. The crew were hustling but maintained composure to be friendly and courteous.

Came for overnight run straight after work. The drive tru employee makes you back your car away from window in order to give you service. Once your order is done, shell have you move your car back to the window and is quick to close the window. I get that working nights is a different atmosphere but making the customer go back and forth just to get service and you give them such a dry experience is offsetting. I just got home from a double shift and my pregnant wife was craving Jack in the box. I placed my order on Uber eats and paid almost $30 for my order. The food was horrible..nothing was made how it was ordered. The fries were half filled and my wife didnt even get her drink. I literally had to order her more food from somewhere else because she was so disappointed she didnt even want the food. You try explaining to a pregnant woman she would have to wait even longer for food because piss poor service.

I ordered 2 tacos and a JR bacon cheeseburger. So apparantly they dont give you buttermilk sauce anymore. They charge 25 cents per sauce. I thought it came with tacos if you bought any. I went ahead and bought 4. If I hadnt looked in the bag, I would have paid extra and not even gotten the sauce. The bacon cheeseburger was unfortunately terrible, and I couldnt even finish it. The tacos have gotten more and more skimpy with their filling. I was really disappointed in the quality of their food. I really enjoyed their food when I was a kid, but the taste has dramatically declined. I did read an article that a customer shot an employee because they told them they had to pay for the sauce. Now, it is annoying, but buttermilk sauce is not worth a human life...lol. Please, people, lets all calm down.

Absolutely horrible service. I was told the deluxe fish was two fish patties like it shows on the banner outside. My sandwich only had one piece of fish. The curly fries were not curly fries but pieces of crumbs like the cleaned out the basket. And for all this I was told to pull through and part out front after 10 minutes later, I walked in to get my meal myself. Unbelievable. If I didn t have to rush back to work, I would have given this garbage back.

This place is going down hill bad! I was there to pick up a DoorDash order and I got stuck in the line at 10:15pm on Saturday, June 11th. The line hadn t moved in over 5 minutes. When I decided to back out someone pulled in behind me and I was stuck. 20 minutes later I was at the window and I was told to park out front because they couldn t find the order and they needed to get the orders to the cars behind me. I was upset because I told them at the speaker box the name and they told me to pull to the second window. Why were the people behind me now priority and I was supposed to pull around front? They ve done this before and I get stuck in the parking lot for 10 minutes and then I have to call to see if they re ever bringing the order out. The 2 guys working kept telling me I had to move and I kept telling them I had already been there 20 minutes and the order should ve been picked up 15 minutes ago. Then there was a black lady that came to the window and she was telling me I had to move or she d cancel the order completely. She kept saying it s DoorDash as if the DoorDash customers are less important. And then she walked away and said we can just cancel her shit . I proceeded to sit there and within 2 minutes they had the order to me. I asked her name and she shook her head and said it s Marie I really don t think that was her name I think she gave me a fake name. The 2 guys made me mad because they kept telling me to park in the front when they could ve used that time to make the order but she was completely unprofessional.

Went there Saturday night to pick up a mobile order for Uber eats. First A young black guy in the drive-through told me that they didn t have the order. Then I had to try to cancel the order for about an hour, then I go back to the drive-through and tell them again while I m still on hold trying to cancel that I have an order to pick up if they have it. After I get to the window the white guy in the face mask comes up and tells me that I was supposed to inform them to make the order. I don t know how I m even supposed to tell a restaurant how to do their job. I ve never went somewhere where I was supposed to tell somebody to do something and it was my responsibility aside from my regular duties-that they couldn t do themselves.
