I got the BahamaMama bowl. It is so awful, I am throwing it away. Its frozen. The pineapple seems canned unless that is what happens to pineapple when frozen. My daughter got a strawberry smoothie, and it is very good. I do not recommend a the bowls. I thought it would be fresh.

So first, the purple haired girl that was in the drive thru tried give me a call in order I said I only ordered a detox smoothie. She said ok pull up . So I pay and am waiting. She brings me out the wrong smoothie and says no u ordered the açaí berry at the drive thru . If that girl was my kid, she would be returned to the dishwashing area. Im gonna leave it at that.

While TSC is not my favorite smoothie place of all time it is a nice reprieve from the other juice and smoothie places. I typically get the mocha madness which has a kick and tastes good. I think the biggest con of TSC is it s not the healthiest place in the world as one might think. But in today s world it sure as heck isn t the worst. I d go 6 of 10 with health. 8.5 in 10 for taste. Great place overall and nice change over other fast food options. Great staff usually even tho it s always kids. Have to try it.

I recently visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe to purchase an acai bowl. To my disappointment, the product was served completely frozen and impossible to eat immediately. In my experience, acai bowls are supposed to be creamy. When I called the cafe to address the issue, I was informed that this is their standard practice, as they serve the acai mixture frozen and customers are expected to wait for it to thaw. This was not communicated to me at the time of purchase, and my intention was to enjoy the bowl right away, not wait for it to defrost. The person I spoke with on the phone was not very polite and mentioned that if I wanted a refund, I would need to go back to the restaurant to process it. Given the rude treatment I received, I decided it was not worth my time to return for a refund. I prefer to lose the money rather than have another unpleasant experience. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

Waited on my 1 smoothie inside for about 15minutes on a slow day. You will get your food faster in the drive through. Infact they didnt make my smoothie until the drive through was cleared out so they get first priority here. Also someone got 2 smoothies and food before me when i ordered before them

My 16 year old son wanted a smoothie and he told me to go here. He likes the peanut butter cup smoothie. I finally tried the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. It comes with chips or fruit. That sandwich tastes so good and was an affordable price. I also tried a mixed berry yogurt bowl. That also tasted so good. I will definitely come back to try more items.

The food was great. They helped me make a vegan choice and confirmed no cheese. Weird, tho. The lady who handed me my food during lunch time on 4/24, put her arm at with my bag with a pretty rude and obvious smirk. No words, just stared at me with this weird look on her face. Rude.

Love this place. Ive been going here from day one, but now that i have moved to Irving, i miss my smoothies at least three times a week. They need a tropical smoothie place i Irving. Anywhere on Beltline would be a great location. A lot of times, this was my meal, and i do miss it. Do not like Smoothie King like i like tropical smoothies. I am 71 years old and do not drive as often, and thats too far for me to drive.

Have been standing Im line for 10 minutes. No one said hi thanks for coming in, Ill be with you in just a sec, we get nothing. No eye contact, no smile, no nod. So I debated do I leave and drive to next tropical smoothie or do i place an order online? Well i decided to skip the heat just order online. Wait 2 more minutes another customer walks in and immediately the girl looks at him and acknowledged him. So not to upset me she comes over to counter and says she was next. I walk up and say I placed online now. Im number 6 on monitor. You can just start making it, seeing I have been standing here. She apologized and said they have a rush and walked away. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN I STILL MUST WAIT? APPARENTLY DRIVE THROUGH IS MORE IMPORTANT!! Kids managing the store....

I love the smoothies and prices, but it really bothers me that the default payment is set to tip 15%(?). You have to manually change it to no tip. Its a drive through. Its the lease amount of service possible. I hope they pay their staff a full wage, and dont make them depend on tips.

i just left this store and im gona say the customer service keeps getting worse.Very disappointing. I waited 15 mins for just a salad and then they give me the payment thing instead of just getting the card and swiping or whatever it is. And worse i dont mind the food taking long but communicate so we dont have to wait. I dont think this place has had good customer service since i started coming here but tonight it was worse than ever.

Just tried this place and it was lit! The smoothies were fire, made with fresh ingredients that gave it a crazy good flavor. The food was also on point, seriously tasty. Enjoyed this so much that I m still sitting here enjoying my Sunrise Sunset smoothie and typing this. My flatbread sandwich was so fresh , warm and mouthwateringly tasty! I chose the kale apple salad for my side and honestly thought it would be dry or tasteless but I was 100% wrong- it was fresh, had plenty of dressing and yes .it s all gone. This smoothie .it s like drinking pure joy. On top of it all, the people at the Flower Mound, Texas store as incredibly friendly and make sure that you feel welcome. I have a new favorite place to eat lunch! Excellent all the way around. PS- I had a great coupon for flatbread, side and smoothie for $8

I love tropical smoothie Cafe. But this location is terrible. They will collect their tip without your permission & notification even though it is drive through pick up. I usually give a tip be nicely. But I dont want to pay without my permission or notification. Manager smiled but he was terrible. I should have to go the other smoothie place. Good food , this location has Terrible management.

Talk about fresh.. This place has it all figured out. Went here several times and tried somthing new each visit. Never a disappointment with so many flavors to choose from. While I dont use them often, I felt the need to write a review about the AMAZING customer service of this specific location. I placed an order on my app thinking it was smoothie king. When I arrived to the flower mound smoothie king I realized I used the wrong app. When I called the location the manager said he would drive the order to me! He met me at Target with my order. This is 5 star Ritz Carlton level service. if you are looking for a smoothie or a healthy alternative, please give them a try.

Great place, great food, great service! First time visiting and was unsure what to order. Barrett greeted me at the counter and suggested a delicious smoothie and wrap. Absolutely amazing experience. I got the mango magic smoothie and the avacado grilled cheese and it was amazing! The service was fast and very thought full. I came with my mom and the very thought full employees cut the Sam which in half And brought us two sets of silverware even thought we didn t ask because they are smart and are aware of what s going on. I had a very pleasant experience and will surely be returning!

There was a large military looking individual working the drive thru, I believe his name was Scott or Steve, when my son and I came through. He made us laugh immediately and just kept the experience fun. The smoothies were amazing that he recommended and when we got home....well apparently next weekend I have to bring the entire family.
