I have never been to a restaurant where I was treated so rude by someone calling themselves a manager . My son was in from Cali and he wanted to take us out for dinner Tuesday evening . A person calling themself a manager waited until my sons had went to the restroom before he came over to our table and said we had to leave because they were closing! Then started arguing with me because I said we were waiting for my sons to get out of the restroom! I will never go to this restaurant again!

the restaurant is eye catching from the outside, however the waitress who attended us was unfriendly and had an attitude. It is my first and last time going there . The waitress who served me is Sussy. As a first time client I wanted to thoroughly review the menu before ordering meanwhile the waitress glanced down at me with indifference , I asked her what are some popular plates that you could recommend she saild non I said okay , As I was still going through the menu no salsa or chips where served. I looked around me and everyone ells was being served salsa and chips prior to them ordering their food . Lastly my drink usually comes with a margarita bottle holder and they gave me my drink without it , which caused me to have an accident . The food was 6-10 . And the customer service was terrible

I rarely leave reviews, but Josie has motivated me to leave one today. My friend and I were at the bar talking today and Josie was one of the bartenders. At one point she came up and interrupted our conversation to ask my 21 year old friend if she was around 28, and told her the other bartender thought she was in her 30 s. She then jumped to how her 17 year old always called her old and how she told them she was going to die. She then proceeded to say just like how Trump almost died, I wish he hadn t turned his head so much. She then proceeded to tell us how she voted for Biden, Obama, and Clinton. I m just trying to eat some guacamole, I didn t want to talk politics. You re welcome to your political opinion, but wishing death on someone anyone is unacceptable.

Ate here for the first time recently and I was pleasantly surprised. Food was great quality and reasonably priced. Our waitress recommended one of their platters and I was very happy with that recommendation. I was expecting shredded chicken in the enchilada but it was freshly grilled and sliced. My husband wanted customization of his order and they acomidated him with any issue. Definitely will be going back!

We love this place! We don t get to come here very often but it s always a treat when we get here. I hade the Chicken Fajita Burrito and it was awesome! And huge!! Two people could split this easily. My wife had the Enchilada Guadalajara and she loved them. Also a very big portion. Our Server was Jonathan and he did a great job. Great atmosphere and no waiting to be seated. Yesterday I went to try this place out with my boyfriend and will not be coming back. We had gotten the fajita plater for two and it was not good. We tasted the food to be old. When I had tried the rice and beans I noticed a different taste but thought that every place cooks their rice and beans differently. When we had left, I started feeling nauseous. I got food poisoning! I had to miss work and I still feel nauseous. Do not recommend coming here at all.

This is one of our favorite date night places. The food is always fabulous, service is usually great, but not always, but then they can get pretty busy and I didnt know how their system works. The margaritas are a little pricey, even happy hour, especially for their size. Theyre not bad, but theres other great places for that value. We love the tamale corn cakes, avocado shrimp relleno, the large Guadalajara enchilada sampler platter (?) Roasted Chile creamy soup (exact name?) along with other fabulous dishes. Vegetarian options: They have a small section on menu and options for vegetarian. Parking: Theres parking, though later on Friday you might have to sweat it a minute, but weve never had to leave the lot.

Great place to stop by and meet up with friends during Happy Hour. The food is great, and the chips and salsa are good too. I prefer the green salsa. The happy hour food menu has beef empanadas, nachos, quail, and quesadillas. The food is just enough to snack on while enjoying an adult beverage and great conversation. We attended a gathering to celebrate the birthdays of my nephew and niece. There were 22 of us in total. I was quite disappointed with how the birthdays were celebrated. It s been 18 years since I ate at the Memorial City Mall/Bunker Hill location and I honestly forgot out unique and tasty their food is my wife and so were looking for something different and I had seen the location several times but we have been stuck in a rut of sorts, a repetitive cycle of playing it safe and we really used date night to break out of the routine and it wasn t a mistake at all!!!!!!! restaurants the past several months. Can t remember our servers name but she did her job well and kept us supplied perfectly. The atmosphere is as unique as the food, (I had the Fried Chicken enchiladas and my wife had the Mariachi Plate) and the entire night was better than expected so that isn t very common for us these days. I will not hesitate to return in the near future as we intend on making Guadalajara Hacienda our newest go to for TexMex!!!!

We had a party of 25 students/parents while on a trip to the Houston Livestock show. With only about an hour notice, they arranged for us to have a private room that seated all of us comfortably. The food was great. The service was good. They even allowed us to do separate checks. Husband and I had fajitas, which were great as always. The meat tastes fantastic. Just the name of this place it s Mexican because the food it s mediocre; no flavor no taste nothing the cheese was like plastic . And why call the place Mexican food, it s Tex-mex and very low estándar .

We usually love going here to eat, but tonight we were running around shopping and my daughter (the only 1 that hadnt had dinner yet) asked if she could have a kids quesadilla meal from Guadalajara. I called to order it for carry out and was told over the phone that their policy is they wont sell you a kids meal if you do not purchase an adult entrée also. This is insanity to me. I have never encountered a restaurant that will refuse to sell you a meal because it wasnt a certain amount of money. I didnt need an adult meal, my 8 year old just needed dinner. Gave our money to a different restaurant, but I will think twice before chosing this place over one of the many other restaurants in the area.

I have been going here for years. Seems like maybe they started cutting more and more corners on food quality. Service was great. Drinks were great. Got the enchiladas marisco. Shrimp inside was pretty fishy and crab meat on top was imitation. I don t think I will be back for a while. There are legit spots very close. Parking: Careful alof of breakins in this parking lot because it s easy on the freeway

Food is always excellent. I love their taco bowls, burritos, queso, guacamole and fajitas. The portion sizes and price are good and would recommend this place to everyone.

Excellent smokey salsa! And the new street corn dish was great! They call it 3 half cobs, but it came 3 full Cobbs, hot, spicy and tender. We couldve used more seasoning, but thats the only suggestion we would make. The vegetarian fajitas were fantastic, large slabs of vegetables and served HOT. I had enough for that meal and 2 other small meals from my leftovers. My husband really liked most of his meal: a combo plate of a cheese enchilada, a beef enchilada, a crispy beef taco (all great) and a pork tamale (terrible - hard, thick & way too much masa to filling ratio). Our server was a sweet young man and made sure to check with my dietary needs before serving me the non-vegetarian safe tortillas with my vegetarian meal. Overall, a great experience at an excellent price. Dietary restrictions: Very conscious of dietary needs

The best service in the world from our waiter Memo! He was very proactive and polite! Our food was hot, and our dishes were cooked to the proper doneness as we had requested. We ate there at 4pm.
