Perfectly nice theater. I was disappointed that they didnt have a kids-sized popcorn and soda combo as I was craving popcorn and soda but we had just eaten an excellent meal and I wanted a $5-7 snack, not $15-20 worth of popcorn and soda.

I really love the renovations to this theater and they just keep improving it. I enjoy seeing movies there and the food is great! The theaters are always very clean and the staff is nice. The lines seem to move well for concessions and they are even implementing order ahead from your seat in some of the theaters. The new app is helpful for purchasing tickets easily.

Absolutely terrible experience, we made 3 separate food orders, and after waiting in the first 2 orders for well over 40 minutes we had to get up and chase the orders, the last order we waited on for over an hour and it never showed up. The 2 managers on duty were beyond incompetent and claimed to the kitchen got swamped, but when we came to chase the orders and finally ask for a refund for the final order bot inly were bothe managers behind the counter doing nothing, but there were atleast 7 other employees doing nothing as well, this place sucks, the customer service us even worse, and they are being led by lazy idiots. Will never go back, I recommend flix or anywhere else, we spent over $250 on 10 people and I couldnt have been more disappointed and upset about the experience. Straight up trash

Quietest theater around. Bring grandma here so she can take naps. You wont wake the baby. The aliens wont attack here because its A Quiet Place. Do you know when you get that new sound system and forget to connect the subwoofer? Sounds like an ant yelling in a tin can. Im blown away how they dont care about the sound and havent taken action to dial it up. Seriously, are you guys running a nursing home in the back? What time is applesauce?

My first time experiencing was amazing! Me and my mom not only enjoyed the movie but the customer service was top notch. Sydney assisted us with the help of another young lady, get our tickets and order our delicious burger exactly to our liking. Place was extremely clean including the restroom and the service was great!

Paid nearly $500 for the worst planned birthday party my kid has ever had. The party was scheduled for arrival to start at 12:45 with the party beginning at 1:00pm. Its now 1:05 and no in the entire theater seems to know whats going on. Apparently the party manager is on his way here now, but us and our guests have just been stuck waiting in the lobby in the interim. We paid extra for a party room that is currently occupied by another party as well. Update: Its now 1:12 and us and our guest have been moved to awkwardly stand in the bowling alley instead of the lobby. The party manager, Chris, has yet to arrive. 1:20pm. We just started our hour of bowling. Apparently it was ready to begin sooner, but no one told us until I walked over to talk to the bartender about it. Our movie starts at 2, so I assume were just going to lose that other 20 minutes of bowling. Still no party room. Also, still no Chris. He was apparently a few minutes away at 1, so traffic must have suddenly gotten bad. 1:37pm. The drinks that we paid in advance for have just arrived... without cups. So far my wife and I have spent the entire bowling time trying to figure out whats going on and have missed out on bowling with our son for his birthday. The party room we booked is now mostly ready so were trying to quickly get our decorations set up before the movie starts in 20 minutes. Chris arrived at some point and I was finally able to track him down, but he wasnt any help. He told me the party room was booked until 2 and that we couldnt set up our decorations until then. I ended up going to the party room myself to find it empty and asked another employee if we could start setting up and she said yes. I then back to the bartender to get cups myself for our pitchers of soda. 5:45pm. Were heading home. Our arcade cards got upgraded for an hour of play which the kids had a blast with, and we got an extra hour of bowling which was nice. Im changing my review from one to three stars mostly because Melanie did a great job taking care of us. She really was phenomenal. I think if she was the one ultimately responsible for the party planning, things would have been a lot better. A lot of our situation could have been avoided in the first place with better communication. My wife and myself both tried calling the theater multiple times this morning leading up to the party but only got the voicemail. Had we been able to speak with someone this morning, we would have caught the overbooking issue and sorted it out then instead of having to during the bowling portion of the party.

Tried to see TRAP and the theater for that movie was a mess. It had gum and popcorn and cheese on the floor and cup holders. It was disgusting!! Also smelled like cigarettes. I ve been to this theater for months and always loved it but not today. Very disappointed!! Spoke the morning manger and asked for a refund. I ve never had a problem until today. And 1 other couple left also due to other theater being a mess!

Super disappointed! Movie that we went to see was in a theater that hadn t been renovated. It smelled so incredibly awful and there was leftover food and grime in all cup holders and seat. Seats were so stained up I refused to sit. I got a refund and didn t get to see the movie I was excited to see. I don t see how this place is going to last like this.

I was so disappointed in our visit, but I guess you get what you pay for. We took our son to see Inside out 2 and it wasnt offered in reserved seating but we took a chance anyway. Theater smelled so bad! It had a wet mildew smell that hit you in the face as soon as you walked in. The whole center of the theater was blocked off with caution tape. There was what looked like dirt and grime all over the cup holders. Sound quality was horrible and the lights stayed on throughout all but 10 minutes of the movie. I tried walking out but my son desperately wanted to stay so we did. I felt like I had to burn my clothes after we walked out of there. Concessions were filthy, it looked like someone took butter and just smeared it all over the walls. My husband said the bathrooms were disgusting, I didnt dare walk in there. When someone told me they renovated, I figured they renovated the whole place not just certain theaters. Ours looked like it was falling apart. Never going back.

Went and saw a movie here yesterday, the staff was great. Movie was good and sound was great. Everything else.. sucked. Our seats were loaded with trash and left over food from the previous movie. I ve been here once before and had a good experience but left this time disappointed. We showed up for a 6:15 showing and when ordering food we were informed the theater for our movie had no AC. It was super hot and muggy so we decided to get a refund and try another time. We were informed that we could opt for the 7pm showing or get a rain check but those were our options. There were no good seats left together for the 7pm showing so we opted for the rain check. After getting them we were informed that we couldn t redeem them online so we would have to show up 30 minutes before a movie and hope they have seats together. Not a great option when you have to arrange babysitting. After this experience we ll just be going to the Alamo drafthouse. Just give people a refund.

Worst experience I have ever had at a movie. I have only been there one other time since the reopen. Which wasn t that bad as tonight. We came in and ordered our food 25 mins before the show started. We ordered 2 orders of fried pickles , pizza, And a burger. We received one order of pickles quickly. We Waited waited and waited. I finally went to the counter after 30 mins and told them our second order of pickles hasn t arrived or our other foods. I tried to give them time. Someone came out a few mins later with the second order of pickles . I was like ok, I m trying to be patient they are busy. Waited another 15 mins or so, by this time the movie was over half way over . Again, we ordered 25 mins before the movie. We didn t get the pizza or the burger at all. My husband the went to the counter. This is trip number 2 of us missing the movie. Told the manager what was going on . He came back to tell him sorry we think your food was given to other seats. My husband became very upset. The manager tried to handle the situation but this is ridiculous. You buy the food your seats are scanned for the order, how do you not get the right seats and shame on someone else taking the order. So we sat there for the rest of the movie and no dinner. We Went somewhere else for food after the movie. I will not be returning and tell anyone I know not to either. If you do , only go for the movie not the food. This ruined the movie. We couldn t pay attention and were upset the whole time. Bad way to do things.

This movie theater has come a long way, the renovations are great. However, please please please take a note from Flixbrewhouse and make a way for us to order food from our seats. Every time I have gone the concession stand lines are absolutely ridiculous. I can only imagine that online ordering would not only free up the entry way but also make less work for staff and make it more convenient for customers. Win win win. I have not be able to order food as the line has always been insanely long which is hard with small children especially.

We went to see Twister on Saturday night, and it was a great movie! Chairs were super comfy and had seat heaters on them! Unfortunately, the food was mediocre. The pretzel was really good, but the pizza was one of the worst Ive had. The pork tacos didnt work for me or my husband either. We asked for extra ranch with the pizza and no pico on the tacos, but it came without ranch and lots of pico. We love having great food with a movie, but this place might not be the right choice for that .

Great theater, amazingly disgusting ceiling/air quality. We did the ST immersive experience, the sound and picture were awesome, the seats were top tier comfort, I loved it. But then I looked up and saw I was being exposed to all kinds of mold and insulation in the air, just really spoils the experience and I m not sure how it s possible the health department allows this to operate? Can t be safe for consumers. Why renovate and make an amazing theater and then never touch the crumbling and moldy ceilings?

Since they added the game play, bar and eat Georgetown has a great facility for everyone. Myself and kids love to spend time here. Food drinks and staff have been great. This place is great. $6 matinee movies, arcade, duck pin bowling. Concessions were affordable and there is a sports bar connected to the lobby. There is a full set of beer on tap at the concession stand and they have food too. The recliners are cozy and HEATED if youre into that!!!

We stopped in this Sunday and wanted to grab dinner before watching a movie with the kids. I figured it would just be mediocre food, like chicken tenders and hot dogs. I was absolutely wrong! It was a great menu with a bunch of options. We had burgers that were freshly made, not frozen pre-made patties, but like awesome back yard grilled burgers... add the fried onion strings on the burger, its so good! Also the sweet potato fries were perfect! The nachos and queso were freshly made! The manager was attentive and very friendly along with one of the bartenders who took our order and provided suggestions for us. I wish I grabbed their names, it was around 7ish this past Sunday, but they should get some praise because they were working their butts off! The kids had a blast at the arcade before the movie too. I recommend anyone going to see a movie to show up early and grab a meal. Its a whole experience of fantastic food, games and the theater seat are new that recline with a heated back button too!

Tickets are very cheap for seniors. The theater is always clean, seats are condors. I always have trouble getting my seat to recline, its hard to know what control is where in the dark. I Onassis turn on the heater while trying to recline. Counter service is usually good, but the lady time I visited there were 6 people behind the counter and only one register was being serviced. The line of people backed up pretty quickly. All in all though, I highly recommend this establishment.

Not a great experience. Unfriendly staff except for one employee in the concession area. Floors were a mess and the bathroom was nasty. When we left the theater, there were no employees present anywhere. Everything was shut down and dark. As we were exiting, a group of teenagers were entering into an unattended lobby. The parking lot was dark. It was my first time to visit since the renovation. Thought I would give it a try since it s local, but I ll return to Cinemark in Round Rock or Cedar Park.

Tried purchasing tickets on their site, but the purchase was cancelled yet they still took my money and it s been on hold on their end for 4 days now. Never buying tickets here again. Much rather spend a little extra and go to Cinemark or somewhere where I don t have to worry about them putting a hold on my money and then tell me they didn t take it out. Waiting up to 7 days bcs they re not trying to resolve it on there end is ridiculous. Having to wait for cashapp to resolve their mess up is ridiculous. Never Again.

So, we hit a snag with our seats, but hey, stuff happens, right? It was a bummer, but what mattered most was how they handled it. Let me tell you, Ajanai at the bar was an absolute gem. She not only mixed up killer on-the-house drinks but also made us feel like VIPs. And Christopher? That guy deserves a medal. He sorted out our seat mess, hooked us up with fresh tickets, and even scored some stuffed animals for the kiddos. Their kindness and understanding turned our experience around. Pleasantly surprised at the upgraded seats (reclining and heated) and spacious feel of the theater. I was impressed by the quality and size of the screen as well. Once the bar/restaurant opens, it will be my go-to theater. Update June24: the bar+kitchen have opened! It was so nice to enjoy a crispy DosXX during the movie. The kitchen closes before the showtime of the last movie (Tuesdays at least), so plan accordingly...

This is my neighborhood movie theater, and we come here probably once a month. The staff is always helpful, and the concession lines move a little slow but not terribly slow. The theaters are always clean and the recliners are very comfortable. You can order a meal at the concession stand and they will bring your food to your seat in the theater, which is great. My only major complaint is that the womens restrooms are in desperate need of a remodel. Half of the toilets dont work or are leaking, many of the stalls dont lock, and in at least one stall the toilet seat is completely sideways on the toilet. Really disappointing that the rest of the theater has recently been remodeled and looks so nice but the bathrooms leave so much to be desired.

I visited the newly remodeled Film Alley on May 12 for an afternoon show. Although the place has added some nice features, I m not impressed with the wait time to get concessions. I understand busy, but open up more than two registers and teach your service staff to be more swift in handling customer orders. What was super frustrating was after the shows started, register availability went down to one even though the line was EIGHT people deep. This happening while 4 staff numbers are clustered in the corner laughing and talking. Recommendation: open up more registers so you can process people through quicker than a 10-15 minute wait.

Been here a few times good experience came in to an 8:00pm move and was told there kitchen closes at 8:00pm asked to order food at the bar they would it would be fine decided we didnt want anything at the bar. They said we can still order food so went to order in the front and they told us the kitchen is closed at 7:55pm. Why would you have a movie playing at 8:00pm and the kitchen is closed not going be back anytime soon very in unprofessional and no listing on the time that the kitchen closes if we knew before we would of came early.

Dear Film Alley Management, I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration over an incident that occurred at your theater on may fourth. As patrons who looked forward to an enjoyable movie experience, my group and I were instead subjected to an evening that was anything but pleasant, culminating in what I can only describe as unfair treatment by your staff. To outline the events: upon the start of the film, several attendees in the theater began behaving disruptively talking loudly and using their phones. After enduring this for a significant amount of time and realizing that no theater staff intervened, we felt compelled to report the disturbance to your staff, expecting a resolution that would allow all present to enjoy the movie. Unfortunately, rather than addressing the issue with the individuals causing the disturbance, we were approached shortly after our complaint and were asked to leave the theater immediately. This action was both shocking and humiliating. We were told that our group was being disruptive, a claim that is not only unfounded but feels like a retaliatory response to our complaint. It is distressing that our attempt to improve the situation for ourselves and other movie-goers was met with such a response. This treatment is unacceptable and not something we expected from Film Alley, a place we have held in high regard for entertainment. We request a formal apology and ask that your staff be trained to handle similar situations more professionally in the future. We also believe compensation in the form of a refund or complimentary tickets would be a fair gesture, considering the inconvenience and the unwarranted ejection from your theater.

Watched The Long Game at this theater (great movie)! Loved this Theater. Wonderful customer service, manager was great and attentive. Food is delicious! Bar was great! Arcade was a plus. Happily spoiled the family here. The bar has shuffle board, ax throwing, and bowling. Fun staff and everyone is so friendly including other patrons. Will be back!

Went las night for the first time, after getting their early we (my family of 4) just enjoyed the environment before we went into the movie, we ordered our food and spent a ridiculous amount of money and entered the theater. Then the disappointment starts, instead of hot wings, I got some pieces of chicken chunks. I took it back and was told theyre out of chicken. I usually dont hesitate to ask for a refund but this time grace got this better of me. I checked in on the rest of my family and my son said his pizza was not done, my wife and daughter were satisfied with their food. Now, the major DISAPPOINTMENT. As the movie was coming to the final scene. My wife is crying, I reclined deep into my seat, I shrugged my shoulder because I felt something on it, later it was on my chest. When I looked down, it was a big cockroach, I brushed it to the floor, reset my seat and got up. I looked under the seat to see enough food to feed a small nation. havent been cleaned it a while! Bottom line is; I cant see us going back!

This place just had a big remodeling and is great. The reclining heated seats are great. They added a bar, little bowling area, shuffle board, axe throwing and a decent size arcade. They also have food now as well. I was a little skeptical but I tried the triple cheese bacon burger and it was actually pretty dang good. The place needed a little tlc and it got it. Its a great spot for a movie and a drink in the neighborhood.

I absolutely love this theater! Its even more comfortable now with the new theater seats. Its not crowded like the other movie theaters. It also has a big arcade room, a nice small bowling area with a bar, and even a section for axe throwing!

This plays is really amazing , theaters have new seats that recline and are heated or cooled , screens look great and sound is excellent . But who cares about all that , we went to the new bar there and through axes and ninja stars and played mini bowling with a bunch of friends . Food was not good, we had to wait an 1hr for a kids cheese pizza and a tin of fries! The bathroom was disgusting and there was toilet paper everywhere. The hallways and the floor had popcorn everywhere!
