My wife and I ordered food from here which unfortunately contained bugs. They do not wash their produce, nor greens correctly at this location. I spoke with the manager who seemed to have better things to do than address the issue which is disappointing. I would avoid this location unless you want to eat potentially dangerous food that hasnt been cleaned per the ANSI Food Handling Standards.

I usually love Sweetgreen but I just moved to the area and the tofu at The Woodlands Sweetgreen is ALWAYS burnt. Tofu is my go-to and with how consistently bad it is here, I can t keep spending my money here. If you re vegetarian, save your money and order tofu from Flower Child instead (soooo good!).

I literally felt my body getting healthier when eating this food! it was SO good! The staff was very friendly and inviting. They had great suggestions and helped us choose great meals. I had a garlic steak plate and it was fantastic! My wife had a chicken salad and she loved hers too!!! We ll absolutely eat here again and again!

Good portions for a tasty meal! Hearty, filling, tasty, and fresh. Its a great option for a casual meal, especially if you appreciate eating clean & healthy. We enjoyed our no-guilt steak bowls with organic tea & lemonade to drink. We stopped in on a busy Sunday afternoon. At 2pm, there were still many people in line, but the crowd moved fast. The restaurant has a decent amount of seating. Its bright and welcoming, with lots of sunlight pouring through the windows and a clean aesthetic. Robert greeted us and prepared our meals. He was super friendly, well versed with the menu, and made our bowls picture-perfect. Exemplary service & attention to quality! Enjoyed everything every much and will absolutely be back again.

The caramelized garlic steak bowl was yummy. The ingredients were fresh and very tasty. The service was great. They were very helpful in explaining what we could get and were very expeditious in making the bowls. The drink and bread were a nice touch as well. My husband and I went on a Sunday afternoon after we had already gone to the gym and couldnt wait to try the Woodlands location. Surprisingly, for a Sunday afternoon, we found parking right in front and were able to jump right inside. There were a few tables taken already and a small line but it was moving at a smooth pace. We walked up to scan the Yelp check-in QR code and was greeted by all of the staff. I think his name was Robert (Roman.. Im so sorry I have such a pea brain) and he followed us down the line and explained the menu, the fresh ingredients and our Yelp options. Hes a great conversationist as you are watching him piece your meal together. We purchased some bread and hummus to be able to leave our tip. The food was amazing! BTW we both ordered the caramelized garlic steak bowl. Everything tasted so fresh and warm and was just enough food for after a workout. The focaccia bread and hummus has this amazing combo where it tasted like a dessert bread - light, fluffy, and a tad sweet. Definitely, no left overs that day. For as busy as they were for Sunday lunch - everything was stocked, cleaned, and organized and extra kudos for the customers cleaning up after themselves. 10/10 well be back! [flash forward to Tuesday - my husband had a work lunch there and it was still amazing service and food]

I came here with my husband and we had an amazing lunch! The location is within the Market Street in shopping center in the Woodlands and just like the rest of the shops around, Sweetgreens is a trendy place with a very natural esthetic. The staff was very friendly and we both really enjoyed the freshness and flavors from our bowls. My husband tried the caramelized garlic steak bowl and I had the shooomami. My husband is quick to be the first to complain about healthy food not tasteing good but he had no complaints here! Eveything is so well seasoned that he even enjoyed my tofu. I highly recommend Sweetgreen for anyone looking for a filling health conscious meal that wont break the bank!.

Sweetgreen is a national chain serving healthy and fresh salads and bowls from local-ish farmers, with maybe too much sodium for some. Ive been frequenting Sweetgreens since 2016, so I was excited when they opened a location in The Woodlands. True to form, the ingredients are fresh, high-quality, and made to order. The price is on the high end, but unlike other options, when you customize your salad, they adjust costs appropriately (including removing fees), making it a shop where you can customize it and still get a reasonable value. If sodium-sensitive, be aware that considerable flavor is derived from its elevated use; however, they have low sodium options that you can swap for little or no cost (such as Roasted Chicken). They are also vegetarian and vegan-friendly. Locations will offer free water and trendy non-Coke and Pepsi drinks. This self-described socially responsible company strives to be carbon neutral, and to-go packaging will be compostable. They have indoor and outdoor seating, but I find both uncomfortable for different reasons (watch your knees on those indoor benches). The staff is friendly, but a relaxed environment and possible understaffing for lunch lead to long and slow lines at lunchtime. They offer a mobile app, which has its own problems, but it will save you a lot of time waiting in line even if youre going to eat in-store. Ill continue to be a regular. Vegetarian options: Lots of options for vegetarians and vegans Parking: At lunch time Market Street is a mess. It can take 5-10 minutes to find a spot. To go parking is available if your lucky.

I have had two experiences of Sweetgreen The Woodlands, both of which I ordered the Salmon bowl. The first time was for lunch and was an online delivery order. The food was fresh, warm, good portion size and delicious. The second time was a dine in dinner. The food was cold, Salmon was dry (it had been sitting for a while) and portion size was small. The restaurant location was however great. My recommendation is for the restaurant to work on the quality of their food. This inconsistency will chase away customers.

I was let down today as I saw on there shelf s they had organic sunflower oil bottles even after they commited to just using olive oil and not seed oils Iam trying to call to get a answer as to why they have it there ?update they definitely use seed oils for even the meat ate and minutes after got bloated have been many times to the Westheimer location and never have that issue never again

I am very disappointed with my salmon from The Woodlands location. Compared to what is advertised, the salmon is unglazed, looks nothing like advertised. Additionally, despite me ordering hot food it s ICE cold. The service is poor. I went to the staff and asked for a different piece of fish and was told That s how the fish comes , continues to show me the rest of the fish. No apology for subpar food at all. I basically received a take it or leave it attitude. I won t waste my money or time again.

I m going to have to try again during the day when it seems based on the reviews the service is good. Otherwise based on service tonight I would not return at all. We were greeted with a look from hell by the girl making our bowl as if what are we doing in there. I guess we came in too close to closing (20 mins to 8:00) and this really set her off. She was sure to remind us of closing time and said we close in 14 minutes but no rush. This is not food you can eat quick and when 8:00 came we were so uncomfortable with the staff trying to close we just left. I was also dining there last Friday night and the girl - a different one- seemed super inconvenienced by us being there, not friendly at all. The cook working hard behind the service line is always so happy, he should be handling the customers. The food is good and generous portions but service is poor especially for the high end location of this place.

We love eating here so much, that we signed up for the sweet-pass. Food is always great. We get amazing service during the day, but we have noticed that the PM girls who work are incredibly rude and have a horrible attitude. THEY KNOW WHO THEY ARE. They openly complain about customers coming in right in front of the line, loud enough for everyone to hear. It s the same two girls every time. We dread having dinner here because they make us feel like an inconvenience. Hopefully they won t work here long.

I had a wonderful first experience at Sweetgreen last week! Despite asking numerous questions, the staff was incredibly informative and helped me create a customized bowl that perfectly suited my needs. The restaurants cleanliness made dining in a pleasant experience. While it may not be the most budget-friendly option, Sweetgreen undoubtedly offers the cleanest and healthiest choice compared to Cava and Salata. First time here and it was very nice. You can choose from preset salad/bowls or build your own. Everything is extremely fresh. Nice and flavorful. If you enjoy a fresh take on a salad this is the place to try. It s sits in the Market Street área of the woodlands and the atmosphere is clean and crisp. The seating could be a bit better but they utilize the most space for the prepping of the salads. There is a child s menu if you bring your kids. And you can sit and plug in and enjoy a refreshing meal. Side note they do offer seasonal salads. The peach and goat cheese is refreshing. Give it a try!!! A

This place is my FAVORITE, my bf and I crave it every week, and they have a lot of deals and coupons on their app that help. 10/10 recommend their miso sauce on top I could literally drink it straight. This place also got me into quinoa and kale which I never knew I liked so definitely try new things there if you can. Everyone is super nice and helpful if I dont know what to choose and I appreciate that they re biodegradable and have free water for broke college students like myself lol. It s also so aesthetically decorated in there, I can t order to go because I want to sit in there and enjoy the atmosphere. My husband and I ordered take out from here for Mother s Day. The portions we received were great, just missing a few items and after a few hiccups were able to get all parts we ordered. The manager immediately reached out and apologized about the situation that happened. The next time we went in was dine in for lunch. We enjoy the food here. Clean and delicious tasting. Ok, so there is this awesome server named, Mariah. You have to request her when you go here (I dont think you can request her, but do it anyway!!!). They can custom make anything you like. I get the Harvest Bowl and since I dont prefer the goat cheese they can add in other vegetables. The food is very fresh, tasty, and the place is very clean. They have a variety of greens, veggies and proteins to choose from and Mariah even remembers the way I modify the Harvest Bowl. I happened to be there when David, the Regional Manager was at Sweetgreen and told him Mariah needs to be promoted. She has a great attitude and makes you feel like she actually cares about putting together your salad bowl in a way that is to your liking. Keep up the good work Sweetgreen and hopefully one day soon I will see her promoted. Dietary restrictions: Very knowledgable about all of the ingredients that are served. My first time here. My husband and I both got the grilled shrimp chili bowl. It comes over a bed of kale so if you aren t a huge fan of straight kale you need to request iceberg. Thankfully they let me taste the dressing it wasn t very good (it taste tart and very fishy) so I replaced it with something else. The salad was $13.99. They don t carry a soda machine and I love my soda so it was just filtered water station. I would probably try another bowl or salad if I went back. Lunch time is super busy with not a ton of seating so if you re having a meeting , I don t recommend. I am going to try again and order something different next time. A bit pricey also.

The sweetgreen locations are very consistent no matter where you get them from. I used to get the harvest bowl for my lunch when I worked in downtown Boston and I m stoked about finding one in The Woodlands! The harvest bowl is my absolute favorite salad of all time! I can t speak on the other items on their menu as I always stick to my favorite salad. My salads are always filled to the brim and I get at least two meals out of it so I can justify the cost. The store is very clean and staff is always friendly. There s never a long wait because they work quickly. Get the harvest bowl, you ll love it!

I have been here a few times and absolutely love it. Today though was different . I ordered a miso bowl and substituted shrimp instead of chicken. This is my typical order the last few times I have been here. My total has always been the same. I ordered the same thing today and was charged an additional $4 dollars. The server helping me said since I was getting a chicken bowl with shrimp I had to pay the extra $4 dollars .. but I didn t get any chicken, I just substituted the meat. If that is the policy then that is their policy. My only issue is the last five times I ve been and ordered the same thing and substituted tofu or shrimp instead of chicken it s always been the same price.

I always love this place. I used to frequent it in DC. They had a Greek falafel salad. Maybe its regional. I always get their meatless salad thats really filling. The place has a really nice vibe and I always go here when I have extra work to do after office hours.

Id give 5/5 for cleanliness and ambience, otherwise his place is overpriced. My friends and I had the same bowl and it wasnt even full. Very disappointing. Unfortunately, for $14 Ill get more value, and healthy food somewhere else. Please see the attached pictures, Im definitely not overreacting.

Excellent service, had a little wait but definitely worth it!!! I tried the Chicken & Brussels & it was DELICIOUS!!! A great first experience eating here and I will definitely consider coming back. The bowls and HUGE and filling!!! Look forward to trying their other bowls available!!!

Back when I lived in LA there was a chain of local restaurants called Tendergreens. Sweetgreen is just like that, but far, far worse. Sweetgreen takes the food industry trend of cheaping out on flavor by trading it in for spice and turns it up to 11. Almost every dish in their menu except for one is spicy. The shroomami dish is spicy, the hot honey chicken is undeniably spicy, and it all sucks! The food you get is not at all worth the price. It doesnt cost anyone anything to cut up a cucumber or saute some tofu in sesame oil... or put kale in a bowl! for christs sake. Their food just has an overwhelming spiciness to it and thats about it. Flavorless, unseasoned veggies are healthy but also... not very tasty when you drown them in spicy dressing! I will not be returning.

I loved this salad I first saw this place when I was visiting Austin and was very happy to find there was one close to me in the woodlands! I did the create your own and it was very good I like the dressings and their hot sauce is very delicious. its a nice place for a healthy meal!

Tried sweet greens for the first time today, I d recommend saving your money and going else where. I understand you get what you pay for but I felt jipped by the portions. The lady behind the counter was not very friendly and didn t explain very well when we asked questions (it was our first time there) she filled the bowl with greens and barely left any room for the toppings. There was a skin of a potato piece in my salad and she told me avocado would be an extra dollar but she charged me 2.00 for four small pieces of avocado. If you want a great salad and get your money s worth go to Salata.

Salads are amazing .if you can actually get it. I ve ordered delivery from their app 3 times and 2 out of the three times I never got my food. They claim it s because Uber Eats doesn t have enough drivers in this area, yet they still use Uber Eats. One assumes they must be contractually obligated. Frustratingly, there s never anyone to speak with about the order. You call the number and all options lead to an automated texting situation. And that takes about 20 minutes to get an actual response/refund. Moral of the story, DON T USE THE APP FOR DELIVERY!!! You gotta go in person.

I have enjoyed visiting the Westheimer location before, so I was excited to see a new sweetgreen in The Woodlands. I had the Green Goddess bowl, which was a pretty good deal for the price. The bowl is loaded with chickpeas, sweet potatoes, and lentils, so a good choice for vegetarians or flexitarians. The dressing is basically a fancy ranch dressing, so it was surprisingly tasty for those with a Southern palate! My husband ordered a chicken tostada bowl and was disappointed because they didnt add the goat cheese that was on the menu, so it was a little lackluster for the price. We both thought the ingredients were fresh and the pricing wasnt too outlandish, but they need to nail details like putting all the ingredients on the salads. I also wish they had more kombucha/beer/wine/tea options.

We had some Build-your-own Salads and they were delicious. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. We loved the Green Goddest Ranch dressing. The Parmesan Chips give the salad an extra crunchy texture and salty taste. I gave it four stars because it was pricey for just salad. You have to pay extra for some ingredients. We ordered to go. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I decided to venture out and try something new for lunch and Sweetgreen was the spot and I will say it did not disappoint, if you are looking for fresh ingredients and great flavor and healthy options this is the spot to go and along with the great food the team was very helpful and very nice. 100% all around we will for sure be back.
