My wife has been a patient of Dr Diaz for many years and allowing her to take care of my wifes needs have been a wonderful experience. Dr Diaz is an excellent professional. She is very knowledgeable and explains every thing clearly to her patients, and her bedside manners are wonderful.

I have been going to Dr Umholtz for over 30 years. She retired and I am now seeing Lisa Price. She has been so wonderful and helpful. She has taken the time to understand my needs and her medical interventions have had a huge impact on my quality of life. I cannot say enough good about her. Ok y all!! If you need a great doctor, look no further. Lisa Price has been the greatest to work with. I ve been going to her for a really long time and will drive out of my way if I have to just to keep her. She is so caring and really takes the time to get to know you. You re not just another chart, you re an actual person with her. She is also no nonsense lol. If you re not following her directions on improving yourself she will let you know but in the most supportive way! Why? Because she actually cares. Thanks a ton Lisa for everything you do and keeping me healthy!! You re the best!!!

I saw Nurse Practitioner Lisa Price for my annual exam and was so impressed with her and the entire staff at Plano Wellness. Lisa was caring and efficient. She answered all of my questions and offered options and alternative suggestions for me to consider. I was so pleased with her attention to detail. Dr. Diaz, Lisa Price and the entire team are amazing.

I am no longer receiving care by Plano Wellness. I now have another provider. Unfortunately, I was never notified/ prescribed my medication, had a rough experience at an imaging place I was referred to by here, and also now Ive got a $800 bill because apparently its out of network. I was notified by my insurance, not even by the imaging place or Plano Wellness. To me, this is lack of attention and care from Plano Wellness. My experience here has not been what Im looking for but I still want to thank you for your care and time. I wish you best of luck. Thank you.

The office staff was rude. Dr Diaz was extremely rude. I just switched insurances and my insurance showed her as a primary care doctor, actually even recommended her as in network. I set up my first appointment to see her, they have all of my insurance information ahead of time. I get to the appointment. I have to wait 30min to even be seen by the doctor and she comes in and proceeds to tell me in an extremely rude fashion that they do not accept my insurance and she cannot see me today. Absolutely horrible. I have never been treated that way by a doctor before. I will never ever go back to that office or Dr Diaz. She has zero care for her patients.

Dr. Umholtz has been my OB since I moved back to Texas, recommended my my aunt, in 2008. She always listens and definitely wants whats best for her patients. Today was my last visit with her as she is retiring. I wish nothing but the best for her and her family however she WILL be missed. Jo, her nurse, is one of the best... alwaysa smile on her face. I hope she stays with the practice!

Dr. left Aetna coverage plan and did not notify patient prior to office visit. Billing company asserts that Dr. is still in network yet Aetna representative confirms that Dr. is no longer in network under any plan.

One of the most professional offices I ve ever been too. Friendly staff, easy to contact, clean environment. I have seen Dr. Umholtz and Dr. Diaz when she was not available and I highly recommend either. They truly care about you as an individual and make sure you feel comfortable and all of your concerns are addressed above and beyond.

Words cannot express the gratitude and respect I have for Dr. Lisa Umholtz. I had my first visit with her today, she actively listened to me, asked follow up questions, offered suggestions, explained the benefits of my new meds, and provided a treatment plan that will improve my health, quality of life, and wellbeing. She is thoughtful, friendly, kind, and has a great bedside manner. I am truly blessed to have been referred to her. Dr. Lisa Umholtz is 1 in a million and deserves much more than 5 stars.

Dr. Diaz has been my OB/GYN and now gynecologist and overall women s health provider for the past 16 years. I have had two children during the time she has been my doctor and she has always provided excellent care along with an excellent staff in her office. She does not have a high turnover in her office staff that s an awfully good sign of a good doctor in addition to my own opinion. Most of all Dr. Diaz takes time to listen to you and your needs and when it s time to tell you straight she will, always in your best interest and with compassion.

I was a first time patient and Dr. Umholtz noticed I had an enlarged thyroid almost immediately. She referred me to get a sonogram and follow up with an ENT. It turned out to be thyroid cancer and I had a complete thyroidectomy and follow up radiation treatment. If she had not been so observant I would have never known. I owe a great deal to Dr. Umholtz. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

i have to wait at least 30 minutes or more until I actually get called back into the room each time. Dr. Umholtz is a great doctor- I guess she is just overbooking herself. If you have an hour to wait past your appointment time, then this place is worth it
