Found a new place to shop! I visited Ace Hardware years ago and haven t frequented there many times due to it being across town. However, I stopped in for one item and ended up getting several. This will be my new place for shopping for hardware, tools, paint, etc.! The staff was courteous and friendly and very helpful.

Rude man who drilled me about why I was bringing a key back. After I stated it didn t work, obviously, he commences to hold them together and eye them. He then says they look the same to me and tries to hand back the wrong key. I told him wrong one and he literally threw mine back. Horrible customer service, especially with so many other options to shop with.

I love this store. They are the most customer friendly store around, in my opinion. Their staff are wonderful, always helpful. The store itself is quiet and has a small-town feel to it that brings back memories of my childhood. I also appreciate that it feels like a neighborhood hardware store. Not like certain others.

Love Ace Hardware. Its well organized and they have things Noone else in town carries. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am adding to my review. The Representative from Ace Hardware took the time to read my review and let me know my business was appreciated. You dont get that kind of service anywhere these days. I went on to read other reviews, though most were very positive, there were a couple that werent so good. The Ace Rep sincerely apologized to the customer and assured them it was being taken care of so it would never happen again. And just to add that cherry to the top has offered customer a gift card. What a great Business. Ill go out of my way to get anything I need there. Im so impressed!

I have gone to this place a few times in hopes I would not have too travel too far just to pick up a few things. They have a good selection on several items to make repairs to your home and a good selection of power tools. The biggest thing inlocked is that is that it had a mom and pop feel too it. It is not as big as a Lowes or Home Depot but I was in and out a lot faster for what I was looking for. If you live in the area of this place i would say give them a visit first before making a trip somewhere else for your hardware needs.

We were purchasing a house warming gift for our son and daughter in law. We didnt find exactly what we wanted in stock but we were able to get it ordered. I would give it negative stars if possible. The shorter Hispanic guy there wasted almost an hour of my time. I went there to get an air filter for a lawn mower that was purchased from the store. Ace s website said that it was in stock but I didn t see it on the shelf. I asked the employee if he could help me find it or if it was in the back. He said give me just a second then proceeded to help 12 other people that came in the store after me. I walked around the store with him so he d remember that he was supposed to help me out but he never did. Finally, after waiting for almost an hour, he came back to me. I even had a picture of the part with the name and part number on my phone so he could see it. He then pointed to a random isle of the store no where near where the air filters are and said if we have one, it ll be over there . He then immediately went back to helping customers that came in after me. I walked to the area he pointed at even though I knew it wouldn t be over there, looked around and sure enough, it wasn t there. I then exited the store and will never enter again.

I think this is a Case for me to make about Locations. For some reason they... Owner or City .. Dont know Why ..But it seems nothing will work here.. Now if I didnt know W.F. I would think great location for a Hardware store, but for some reason that I sure cant explain they cant seem to get anything going Here....Ace Hardware is a good Hardware store but I think this Location is hurting them ...Go See Them..The staff cut me a piece of glass that beat everyone elses price in town.. Ive been looking for a particular part for about 6 months, ebay, lowes, home Depot, several other places, not one of them would help. Ace hardware in Wichita falls, greeted me with the question can I help you? I said yes and explain to him what I was looking for, they politely and kindly walked me right straight to the aisle and showed me where the parts were! I bought the part, I put it all together, I finished my project! They were very polite and helpful. Many of their prices were the same or lower than the big stores that wouldnt help me. Ill be taking my hardware needs to Ace from now on.

This was my first trip to this particular Ace Hardware and though it may be a bit small its really stuffed full of a lot of cool stuff. I found several cool items that I didnt need right then but I know I might need them in the future and I now know where to find them. The employees were super helpful, very professional and ready to help, though I was just browsing. They might be a tad priceier than other hardware stores but they have a little better selection of a lot products and some things Ive never come across before. So its a fair trade off. Definitely stop in and browse around you never know what youll find. 5

Theres a reason Ace has a reputation for being the helpful hardware folks and this store does not disappoint. We bought a table from a furniture store and had so many issues getting the hardware for it. After a week of waiting for it, they still only gave us half of the hardware. Went to Ace with the pictures and no clue what I would need. The gentleman that helped us was absolutely amazing. Super helpful finding what we needed. Even took a magnifying glass to the picture to make sure he had the right size bolts. He even told us that if they didnt work to bring them back so they could find something better. This is why I will always choose Ace over home depot or lowes. This guy needs a raise or some kind of recognition for his dedication to helping customers. J. Hicks, thank you so much for your help!!

I took my ms251c stihl chainsaw in for repair, and the only fixed one of two issues I had with it. It is a bit irritating knowing I specifically pointed out the two issues I had with my saw, and only one was addressed! Smh. Now with that being said. They did replace a different part. But, the chain tensioner issue was not addressed at all. Looks I will have to fix it myself. Seeing how I can not rely on Ace Hardware to fix a simple issue. So much for a warranty.
