If you are expecting or used to having a large sum of food, this is NOT the place for you. Each meal is small portioned and might fulfill your hunger, but this is a great way to control daily calorie serving per day. The food was made fresh, and you can actually see them cook some of the meals. Its made to order, so no worries about thinking food is left out under a heating lamp. My steak was cooked perfectly to medium, and the Mac & Cheese was heavenly , You gotta try it. I loved the Thai mint watermelon; it was very refreshing and light. Overall, my meal was tasty and fresh. The bathroom is also clean with that old-school wallpaper vibe to it. Vegetarian options: Plenty of grains, vegetables, and fruits on the menu, along with GF snacks Dietary restrictions: All natural and not so much seasonings. Parking: Plenty of parking that is shared with other businesses Kid-friendliness: A gated patio seating area Wheelchair accessibility: They have a few handicap parking areas, and outside the front entrance walkway is a walkway that is modified for wheelchairs to roll on up

Love that there are options to accommodate a variety of diet restrictions. Ive ordered the same dish multiple times in a row, but its never the same. Sometimes ingredients are completely missing; other times the quantity is significantly reduced. It is frustrating to order something but not be sure of what you will actually received.

Hip, cool, trendy, and upbeat describe the vibe; fresh, beautiful, healthy (but salty), and (ultimately) forgettable describe the food. The menu includes loads of options for Vegetarians, Vegans, and Gluten-Free eaters, along with beer, wine, teas, and some quality meats. The salads look better than they taste, and ask for less dressing unless you like your salads drenched. The wraps are pretty good, and the menu breaks down the calories, which seems like a must if youre going to a healthy eatery. The best part of the restaurant is that it usually stays quite busy, has lovely indoor and outdoor seating, a cool palette with a relaxing vibe, comfortable seating, and an overall inviting atmosphere. The staff is always happy and friendly; every location Ive been to has been clean, including the bathrooms. Its for good value, a nice glass of red wine, and a relaxing vibe when I go. They definitely had their b team working back of house (kitchen staff) Monday for lunch. I ordered a kids meal with steak and it was completely inedible. So rough it was like trying to take a nice little bite of stale beef jerky overcooked rookie move in the kitchen. Yikes. The kids Mac and cheese portion was small enough to feed a tiny mouse. My salad was good but needed more than one small to go container of dressing. The portion is so small it barely coats half the salad with dressing. Radish was extremely dry.. looked old probably used- left over from the weekend. Bummed. I ll try next time and hopefully it ll be better but I m sad bc I liked this place and always go there.

Beautiful and clean spot, staff is always pleasant, smiling, and accommodating. Always happy to return. I got a turkey & avocado Cobb salad, minus the turkey, with salmon. This is my favorite Flower Child restaurant. I dont particularly care for the vibe at the other locations. Lately I have been traveling from Houston to patronize this location. The menu is amazing, and the staff are gracious. I am very fond of the manager Shawn/Sean and the way he manages the restaurant. Flower Child has a menu of healthy food. There are vegan substitutes as well as gluten free substitutes. I rarely dine out but then I do, I dine out at Flower Child in The Woodlands. We ate here for my birthday. The food was delicious! I got the rebel (wrap) and it was perfect. It was a little loud in there, but thats just because it was busy. Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps, but the pathways are very narrow. There are tables and chairs out front and you have to navigate between them. There is no ramp to the main entrance, but a ramp close to the door for take out orders. It all gets you inside. Once inside, things are good.

This was our first time here and we had a great experience. When we first went to the counter we told the girl it was our first time. (I really wish we could remember her name) She immediately started telling us about the menu and telling us what was most popular and her favorite items. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We had the crushed Avocado Toast, I got the chicken enchiladas and my husband got the Mother Earth bowl with steak and shrimp added. We also got a side of macaroni as the girl said it was one of her favorites. I would say I wasn t impressed with the drink selections. I have consistently eaten here throughout a span of just over a year. I am vegan, and vegan options are not entirely plentiful in the area. This one is close to work and allows me to eat well-made, good tasting, healthy food. I also take my friends and family here because I want them to become as obsessed with it as I am, and it provides a great combination of vegan-friendly and regular meal options. The staff is always super friendly and willing to accommodate requests. 5/5, will probably always love. (And if you get their app, with enough points it takes off from the total price of the food your buying! I eat here enough that its totally worth it!) Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options galore. There are also a couple vegan options. The ability to basically build your meal if you want allows for freedom in choosing what you want to eat. Their meal options already created have great flavors and are usually well-balanced.

Bella is the best !!! I walked in on a hot 80F day, ordering rose petal lemonade. Got acknowledge with a nod and smile from Bella as she was taking order on the phone. Once she was available, she assisted with my order. Talk about top notch service and I felt welcomed as this is my first time checking out the spot. Myself and my young adult daughter had a wonderful lunch together here because she, being a vegetarian, has fewer quality options available through many traditional dining establishments. Flower Child had a diverse menu with something for all who have a pallet with a broader desire than pizza, tacos, or a hamburger. Fresh vegetables appear to be a critically important component of the meals prepared in the kitchen of Flower Child for their patrons. We will return so I can try something else. I had the Buffalo Chicken wrap. My daughter had this amazing looking medley of vegetable things called the Mother Earth Bowl. First time going here was tonight, and the young man who took my order was incredibly friendly and helpful. I ordered the chopped vegetable salad with shrimp to go. The price seemed a bit much at the time, but trust me it was so worth it. This was the best salad I think I ve had in my life! The ginger miso dressing is AMAZING. Absolutely love flower child! The staff is phenomenal and knowledgeable about a plethora of topics relating to dietary needs and their menu. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean. Dietary restrictions: Plenty of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Staff is very helpful with guiding you if you need things modified.

The cauliflower risotto is divine. Brussel sprouts were a little too roasted for my taste, but still seasoned well enough to get through all the burnt bits. Best choice for a healthy lunch packed with the excellent flavors. Oh, don t forget that risotto . YUM! If you work in the woodlands and plan to go for lunch, definitely do a pickup order. Place gets crazy.

Taste and presentation is amazing. The restaurant is very nice and cozy to have a healthy lunch. I ordered the gluten free Mac and cheese, salmon and broccoli. Mmmmm! Delicious. I highly recommend and will be back.

We were excited to try this place, but it was disappointing. The staff seemed impatient with us as we tried to ask questions about the menu. The food was mediocre. The area was not properly maintained, and some of their practices are unclean. For the price, it was really not worth it. Now that the other delicious and welcoming place has moved in next door, well just go there instead... The staff is so rude at Flower Child that theyre just not worth supporting at that price or quality. They should really try harder to live up to their name. Dietary restrictions: Tough to find something if you have a tree nut allergy Parking: Most of their parking is reserved for takeout orders, even the ones without signs designating them as such.

I want to give my hats off to The manager!! You just never know what a person maybe going through and this gentleman took care of me!!! I will definitely be coming back!! I had the Chicken Enchilada bowl!!! It was delicious!!! Everything in here is healthy. All the food and teas. I was able to use raw sugar in my mixed teas. My server was Avy I believe, and she was a sweetheart, well everyone in there was except the one preping the food. Because of the kindness of the manager, he, the food porter, seemed to disagree, and did not put the avocado in my bowl.. But still, nevertheless, the food is worthwhile. I hope you all try this place!!

I was very disappointed with my family s experience today. We ordered queso with extra chips (that cost $2) and the chips we received were from the bottom of the bag and all crumbled up. My son s sweet potato fries were cold and my daughter s $5.50 side of mac and cheese was tiny. The lemonade was so sour I had to add a packet of sugar to each one. And I noticed one of the employees preparing food had long hair flowing free with no hair net.

Location is great, love the corner location and the way they decorated the place, its very lovely. I get the concept of the healthy food options, my husband loves the food. I on the other hand did not appreciate spending upwards of $40 on a wrap and a bowl of noodles. My wrap consisted of congealed cheese with broccoli florets, small pieces of chicken, and other diced up green veggies. and it sat on a bed of field greens, with nothing else on it, no salad toppings of any sort. That meal alone was about $15. I would imagine that healthy would also mean appetizing. So sorry that this was the case, I am glad to see others love it, I really wanted to have a good experience, but it just wasnt the case.

I really love the food here, but am put off that at a walk up to the counter to order and then all that s done is food is dropped off that your company would ask for a tip. Have you tried paying people a better wage? Also, there s a manager whose short and unprofessional who, in front of us, awkwardly told an employee she needed to smile more when she was extremely friendly and if anything he just made a normal friendly encounter uncomfortable. Anyways a place with good food and tons of patrons should pay their people enough they don t need to ask for a tip. I tipped but only bc I know they ll need it. Also, the 100% goes to staff line ..yeah it d better what a weird line to add.

Everything was wonderful the atmosphere was beautiful. I ordered the forbidden rice and added salmon as my protein! When it came out it was hot and I could smell the flavors. The first taste was everything very flavorful and tasty; well seasoned. I would recommend to everyone to try them out definitely will be going back. I would have posted a photo but I ate it all!

I ordered the Chicken Yakisoba Noodles (hot dish) and it was AMAZING! Great flavor and portion. Enough for me to eat for lunch a second time. This was my first visit and I am definitely going back...there is so much I want to try on their menu. It was very busy which is also a good sign of good food! :)

First time here for a little solo date. The place itself is pleasing to the eye. Several seat indoor and outdoor seating. Very easy ordering and the menu is not large but has several options. I ordered the Forbidden Rice Bowl and added chicken. It was amazing from the flavor to all the veggies and the strips of chicken were perfect. I will be coming back to sample some more dishes. 10 out of 10 I recommend
