April was very patient and helpful throughout the process. I could text her whenever and she was willing to do in-person or virtual viewings. It was so easy to reach her and she was very responsive to all my questions. She saved me some money during the negotiation process which helped me significantly in getting a reasonable interest rate on my loan.

April is a wonderful realtor! She is so easy to work with! She answered ALL of our crazy questions we had as first time buyers! She was always by her phone, so she always responded within a timely manner! She is not pushy and wants to find you a house that is in your budget and worth the cost! I used April on 2 separate Property Deals & closures. The first deal was in Angleton and the closure went very fast & smoothly, but due to environmental concerns the first property deal had to be negated. The 2nd property deal was in Sweeney and this Property deal was met with probably every challenge known to man in the Real Estate Industry. The lender we ended up using was about as green as the grass. We kept moving forward and finally was able to claim victory. April answered my questions and tried to coach me along. We FINALLY closed, but April kept my spirits high. I would use April again should the opportunity present itself.

We were very fortunate to have found April when we did. As our realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right area for the right price. She was very patient with us for almost a whole year and cautioned us not to make unreasonable offers on over priced homes. She made the house purchase very simple and understanding since we were first time buyers. The best part about this she never forced us to do anything, again very patient with our questions and us. April was so responsive and met with us late hours to accommodate the Refinery s work hours. Our family relocated for work and we ended up with April as our realtor out of several choices. I dont know if other people are like me or not, but I have to click with people before working with them, in any capacity. And April and I clicked right away. (I hope she feels the same way ;) She starts right out with a warm smile and welcoming handshake. Our list of requirements was long and not a huge budget to work with so her work was cut out for her. She came up with many homes for us to look over while we were in town from out-of-state. April was very helpful with bullet points and gave her personal honest opinions on things when asked. She seemed to have endless patience and energy. My husband and I highly, highly recommend April for any of your realty needs!

I would like everyone to know how special and dedicated April is and how well she performed. April went above and beyond for me and my family and jumped through hoop after hoop until she got the results we needed. I also want everyone to know that when selling your home seems impossible, April can get the job done! And, if there is something she is not sure of she will find out. April CAN sell manufactured housing and CAN help transition from personal property to real property. This sets April aside from other agents. Most agents dont have the knowledge to do this or dont want to spend the time to mess with the extra paperwork. She is fearless and is willing to take on a challenge and stick it through to the end. This was something that I thought at times would be impossible and April made it happen. I would do it all again with April as my Agent. She was truly a Godsend.
