I used to work for papa John s in Florida as store manager. They have something called the papa standard. Crust lock, cheese lock and even a certain standard of toppings for each kind of pizza. This place served over proofing dough. There was no crust lock, cheese lock, and the crust was too thin to support the pizza. It completely fell apart the manager has a lot of work ahead on product quality. If their DO saw the pizza that manager on the job would be severely reprimanded. That should have been remade. Very disappointing quality food. The baked cookie I order wasn t baked. I guarantee you whoever dropped the cookie put it in a for a couple of minutes instead of half way through the over cook time. I ve seen people try to cut corners like this before with food productivity.

Dennis was our delivery driver and I have never met a kinder person. He was so generous and brought us plates and was very appreciative for the tip I left. He deserves all the tips in the world. Truly an amazing experience thanks to him. And the pizza was delicious too!

The service and food was so good a few months ago. Now every time we order our food is wrong, something is missing, food is NOT made consistently. I called asked do they have any special someone who claimed to be a manager told me theyvdo but cant tell what the specials are I had to just place a order and they would let me know if that Qualifies. That does make sense. Never had to see if I can put a cheat code in with a order to see I its a special. This sounds like someone didnt want to do their job by telling me all the specials. This is terrible, I couldnt have u running my store and avoiding telling people the specials

Never ever order from pap Johns on west stan schlueter loop. I ordered the chicken parmesan bites and two other pizzas. The bites were supposed to be 4.99 I got charged 7.00. my order was changed to Oreo bites which I didnt want.. I called the store and the lady didnt even bother helping me but told me to call the help desk. This is not ok I know what I ordered and I know what the price said. Totally not ok at all. Placed an order and said it would be delivered 32-42 minutes. Showed up exactly an hour and half later. I literally called store about 2 minutes before it showed. Their response was lacking any kind of concern. I know my food has probably sitting there for probably an hour before it left store and probably cold. And it was. Found hair in my food LOL WHILE WATCHING A UFC fight, definitely killed my mood. Called and asked to speak to the manager. The lady who answered the phone proceeded by asking how she could help. I explained how i had just recieved my delivery and told her i found a looong hair in my food. Without apology or concern she only offered that id choose from a new pizza or credit. Was advised that there would be a 25 to 30 minute wait. After 30 minutes, 2 text notifications arrived saying they were sorry for the delay. When arriving almost 30 minutes after that, the pizza had to be put in the oven to warm up. Kind of embarrassing as we had company. Im hoping it is a one off situation they couldnt help and will try them again in the future. Update: It seems they knew there was an issue before this was posted as an apology came in the mail. I would give them a plus for sincerity.

Really nice establishment with great customer service. The pizza is made very fresh and have had no issues with the employees here. Also my food items are done in a timely fashion as well. I do not recommend ordering carry out during dinner hours from 6pm and after because the parking lot area can get very hectic due to the other businesses in this shopping center. If you need to pick up a pizza in the evening I recommend to park farther out for the safety of your vehicle.

This is worst managed location. Placed an order online and paid for on Thanksgiving Eve was cancelled by manager since the pick up was beyond 10:30 pm but they still doing delivery delivery till 12am. Papa Johns has the best pizza as far as local delivery pizza goes. The garlic sauce is wonderful. Cheesy bread is the best. Now that we are still social distancing, love how while your pizza is in the delivery drivers car, at least it has a seal on it while its in the bag. The drivers do not wear gloves though. I requested my driver wear his mask when approaching my door and he did. They offer contactlesz delivery also.

The delivery person, Dennis McCarthy, was awesome... anticipating we may not have had plates and napkins because of being in a hotel, he brought us some. I appreciated that immensely ... a very thoughtful gesture!!! Also, he delivered our pizza in less time than we had been quoted. The food was delicious ... no complaints!!! The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was because of my online ordering experience. I order pizza online from another pizza place and even my first ordering experience with them wasnt frustrating like this one was. I think it took about 25 minutes. I had to edit a couple times, and it it would lose info that had already been input I dont feel this is a store specific problem.

I ordered a hawaiian, the works, 8 piece buffalo wings, a cookie and a 2L coke. I ordered the works pizza without any olives and the pizza came without mushrooms. I ordered online as I usually do.They delivered to the wrong home, I have my email receipt to show I provided the correct address. When I called them about it, the dude on the phone tells me it was delivered. I KNOW THAT, but it was not delivered to me. After speaking to the manager, she sent out another pizza. Quite possibly may be my mistake since I keep ordering from a place that consistently gets my order wrong. Instead of ordering sauces, you d be better off grabbing some money out of your wallet and flushing it down the toilet. If you want to get your sauces I d start by writing it in the remarks or contact your local congressman. Had to call back multiple times to get them to bring back the sauces. Because I m guessing they don t really look at the receipt before delivery. Has happened multiple times so like I said before probably my my own fault. Good luck.

Order a x-large meatlover for pickup. When I arrived 15 minutes later my pizza was ready, but several of the slices had no meat or cheese.
