Of all the Michoacanas in the surrounding area, the one in Texas City is the worst. Bad seasoning, bad service, very poor quality of the food prepared, staff very bad in their customer service. Apparently they only take good care of their acquaintances.

Terrible service, the person in the kitchen called Rosi is very despotic and they are supposed to sell the food until 8 pm but I went at 5.30 and they no longer wanted to sell any more food, what a shame I asked for the manager and they told me that there was no manager who bad because actually that store has a good location but bad service

Important notice, in Michoacan, Texas City, they are charging meat at a very expensive price. It seems that the butcher is new and doesnt know the prices. It happened to me twice and to 5 other customers who were in line before paying for the meat. Look at the Pastors price of 2 pounds Ivan to charge me 53

I was sent here by one of my friends while I was visiting the area. He specifically instructed me to purchase the marinated fajita steak. I was blown away by how delicious this meal was, and am so happy that this store was recommended. I will absolutely make it a point to come back and get more of their offerings next time I am in the area.

They are always in a bad mood there from the cashiers to the cooks I went to buy some broth at 10am and it still wasnt ready three days later I tried to call to ask if they had broth so I couldnt handle it until now and they didnt have it ready yet and they never answered the call About 10 times I drove there at 10:30 and surprise they still didnt have the broth ready and the cashiers werent even busy to answer the phone there I only buy when there is no other option terrible service I have always had the michoacana from tc and yes You want to have breakfast at 10am, go get food at 7am because it takes up to more than half an hour to make a taco

This was my first time in this Michoacana. They have a little bit of everything, which I really liked it. Employees should be more friendly or at least have a smile on their face which sometimes it feels good, when you get in a small grocery store or restaurant and someone greets you and smile at you. I bought some marinate fajita. Honestly was delicious , good flavor and really soft .

we came in to get some milk etc and while at the register I questioned the young lady on the price of the limes. The sign, not more than 15ft away clearly says Limon Verde 3 for .89 yet she said no 2 for .75 I questioned her again and she refused to fix the price. I cancelled the limes and received a refund with the word you can afford it, wait what? 100% racist response! So I said no way and cancelled the whole order that we selected, received my refund! We come her often, way to often, to eat and shop. Now WE will never step foot in this place, period! Absoulutley no need for that kind of hate and racism to exist here!

The only helpful person in that place was the butcher in the back. The cashiers were useless, the ladies behind the counter with the barbacoa wanted to ignore you pretending to work till you said you needed help. I stood there waiting to be helped for 5 mins before someone wanted to acknowledge me. The Barbacoa is pretty bad and mushy. The fajitas were over priced. Ridiculous visit over all.

Whenever I go to TX City I buy the fajitas there, very good seasoning, but the staff at the taqueria is not attentive. I told them to sell me hot tortillas for some carnitas that I had bought and they told me that they didnt sell them and I saw a person who did sell them. They told me that they will buy in a package and well, every time I go to the Michuacanas they sell me in order or dozen

I just moved down south of Houston from Dallas and this is by far the worst La Michoacana I have ever been to. Terrible customer service. Overpriced fajita meat 11.99 a pound. And they don t sell tortillas for your fajitas not flour not corn. Not fresh ones and Not even name brand tortillas. They had no fresh red salsa to choose from and no molcajete salsa. Which is the reason I went. Will not be back to this location.

Older lady supposedly assisted as cashier to help backed up line. Assuming they were two cashiers that would mean two lines. Rudely tells me I have to wait my turn it wasn t two lines but one. It happened to another customer as well. Then I over heard her tell an elderly man when question why his meat was so much when he just ordered 1.5 lb her reply I don t know I m just the cashier get that women out of your buisness because i promise you one thing us Mexicans don t like is to be disrespected. I usually go here to get my meat and some tacos but things just arent the same no more i was charged 7.80 for a single taco cause it had rice and beans. Horrible! Butcher tried to sell me a forgotten, dry pork chop that fell on the side. Not to mention had a guy ready to fight just because I wrongly parked do to having two dogs, and didnt them to annoy anyone parking close to my car. The world is full wrongs right now, so why let a parking spot that was taken annoy you. Ridiculous.
