I got a gift card for $20 for my friend s graduation. When she went to use the gift card, the employee wasn t able to find the money. The employee failed to tell me about the supposed QR code that I should ve received (that I never received). She told me the Clover ID on the receipt was all that was needed to use the gift card. It apparently didn t work. When I went in to ask about the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do. No refund, no free drink, nothing. It s pretty frustrating to have wasted $20 on nothing.

I absolutely love the boba here, the drinks are always so good and the staff is friendly. My only issue is the past few times Ive gone in the music in the store is WAY too loud. Had to basically yell my order. I want to relax and chill when I go but cant when I cant hear my own thoughts.

Its Tuesday May 28th and at 845 I walked into the place and the young girl looked at me and didnt acknowledge my existence. I walked up to the counter and said hello and she said nothing. I waited a good 3 to 4 mins before her saying shes out of bobba when my buddy was just here 20 mins ago and told me they had plenty. She lied to close early and thats unprofessional and immature. This used to be my spot for our family but we will be going somewhere else for now on.

Most new boba places are disappointing, but Feng Cha is soooo delicious! I do suggest half sweet on your milk teas otherwise the blends are delicious, the atmosphere is amazingly adorable and the service is fantastic.

The smell as soon as you open the door is absolutely transporting! The inside is comforting, relaxed, and familiar. The Bobas are as delicious as they are beautiful. The spoon clanking by the workers reminded me of a gong. Also loved the reusable cups.

We get drinks from here once or twice a month now. Theyre always friendly and the boba is fresh and tasty. I typically get the Overflowing Grapefruit, unsweet with aloe. I like the Lemon Black Tea, too. The desserts are a nice treat. Often order in the app and pick up at the drive thru. Highly recommend. Parking: Free parking in retail strip lot.

It was my first time at this new boba spot we were all so excited we went through the drive thru and they told us we couldn t order through there after a certain hour which was fine so we drove around and went inside when inside the staff was very rude and I even told them I didn t know about anything or how the drinks came because it was our first time so then he rudely explained things like I was dumb . First time I go here, the staff was nice and helpful when it came to recommendations. The Dragon fruit with aloe topping is really good in my opinion. My sister got the dirty boba, it was good but a bit too sweet for me...but thats the good part, you can control how sweet you want your drinks, just that my sister has a sweet tooth. I tried the cakes, they were ok. If you go for a small cake bread with lots of sweet foam and a bit of topping,go for it. I.. personally wouldnt buy. But would like to try there food next time I get to go.

I havent bought bubble tea in Amarillo Texas as much anymore. This is my favorite new place to get bubble tea from now on...in Amarillo Texas. Im super duper picky when it comes to my bubble tea drinks. At most places, Im unhappy I wasted $5-$8+ on bubble tea drinks that dont even taste good and thats why Ive been making my own bubble tea drinks at home for 2.5+ years. But here...this place is a 10/10. The powder is mixed very well, some places dont mixed it very well. Its not watered downed, nice quality flavor. I think, they use fructose syrup. Im glad they do, I hate solid sugar and biting into that sugary grainy texture. Glad we have sweetness options. Perfect. The customer service is a 10/10. Cashier is very respectful and patient, I felt comfortable ordering here. Nice friendly people. I might be very biased cause their drinks taste similar how I make bubble tea at home, hehehe love it.

Delicious Boba tea! Finally! Im super happy a place like this opened in Amarillo. We love visiting different cha and boba places whenever we travel so its nice to finally have one in this style in our hometown. I ordered a Taro Milk Tea which was absolutely delicious. The flavor was exactly how I like it and the velvety texture coated your mouth to satisfaction. We also ordered a Classic Milk Tea which was also excellent and a good balance between the tea flavor, the richness of the milk, and overall sweetness. The place was very busy but the friendly staff worked hard to get drinks out fast without sacrificing quality. The line moved quickly so it really wasnt bad at all. Good job! Despite the busy time, it was still a relaxing environment to be in with well-chosen stylings. The only critique I would suggest is to add milk alternatives such as oat milk. They used Lactaid Milk which is still great for someone who is lactose intolerant, but I would have much preferred something else. This is a great place that opened and I highly recommend checking it out! Well be back!

I was scared to try Feng Cha in Amarillo since I had high expectations from trying it in Dallas, but it did not disappoint! Everything was really good! The only thing I wished was that the boba was cooked more (the center was still a tiny bit hard) and sweeter (the boba didn t necessarily taste sweet, but just like plain unsweetened boba). Besides that, everything was extremely good. I ll be coming back!
