Great Dr!! Straight forward and honest man. If you like to deal with the truth, this is the Dr for you. I am a patient of the VA. I wish he was my Dr. Check in have a seat they call you quickly. Check your vitals, talk to your Dr. He really impressed me. Honest intelligent man. Thank You Sir!! I need to add to this review. Ca did not and will not accept the dot physical. I spoke to DMV in Ca and they informed me that 49 states would accept the physical exam from them but not California. They have their own different standards the way that the form needs to be written. Excellent Dr but not for California Dot physicals. The only way is to take a copy of your old one and ask them to please fill it out the same way. Thanks for trying Doc!!

Bruh...cant speak for everyone but, this place was amazing...went in for a DOT physical and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Went to a different clinic before this one and they said there were 10 people in front of me and that it would be several hours before i get seen. Thank God i came here instead. The Dr. was very cordial and professional and the office staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be going back once my DOT physical needs updating.

I personally didn t believe the negative reviews but this doctor was something else .. it seemed strange that he kept acting sarcastic with me and acted very passive aggressive through the process it rubbed me the wrong way also that even if your off by one number in your blood pressure boom he flags you . I get it your trying to do your job but he acts like he purposefully tries to shut you down for any small reason

Seems like Dr. Freddie Romero he s in shady mood most of the time, I came for the second time, and he was rude to me I think he need to go see the doctor himself for angry behavior, this time he was making such a big deal because I don t have family doctor, and he told me there s a lot of places real cheap around the valley that you only pay $40 to see a doctor. Dont even bother going here for your medical card, instead of the Dr. making you feel better and giving you tips about your high blood pressure and how to manage it he just makes it worse by getting mad at you for having a high reading on the machine. Its all about the money too, 10 dollars for laminating your card, 10 dollars for dmv transfers, 10 dollars for a copy if you lose your card, oh and 5 dollars extra if you pay with a card. Never again or recommend anybody here!!!

I had been trying to get my cdl and the only thing that was holding me back was getting my medical card everywhere I went I was turned away. The only reason I gave a 1 star was for the staff. I understand the doctor is only protecting his license. But if you get nervous when taking the Blood pressure when you see the doctors and get a high reading like I did. It s called White coat syndrome.. because at home, work, or play, I am as healthy as anyone can be. Don t bother going there . Because he will fail you and than he will say , (thank you for the 80 dollar donation). Sarcasm doesn t go well with me. If it wasn t for that comment. I would have still given you a one star because you deserve it... And the only reason the visit goes fast ,is because there is no one there . I know I didn t get it my way at that clinic. But it s not the end of the world . There are always second opinions. You re not the only doctor out there!!

This is definitely the place to go for quality service, with friendly staff who are very straight forward and honest, as well as hard working. I can see why a lot of CDL training facilities recommend this spot, Ill make sure to keep their business card for the future . I was here on 5/1/23. Even though the internet was down because of the storm we just had, the staff was very professional as well as friendly. The assistant who took my vitals was very patient and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor that I spoke to was very nice easy to talk to. I recommended one of my drivers to take the drug test, and they did not charge him for the test, and then they called me to charge me for something that I did not authorize, that I was going to pay for that test, they fraudulently charged my credit card credit without my authorization. I was going to that clinic to get my medical card but I just spoke with a friend of mine (another driver) he says that the man who takes your price pretends that first he gives you a walk, you suffocate and then he takes your price, well obviously that he is going to discharge you, your heart is agitated and your blood pressure too, well it seems that this man does pirate tests, it would be better for me to go to another clinic because these people are not right, I hope the tests come out negative so that I can do a sue for bad clinical procedure to see if a little wool falls

They were good to me and theyre was changes, from them moving to a different address from them charging $80 (it was $60) they have an attitude that you can go somewhere else if you have a problem. The doctor is strict and dont blame him his a good doctor looking out for the safety of drivers but also for the public. To me the office personnel was awesome, but wont go there again and certainly not recommend.

The girls in the front are very super courteous and respectful to help. The doctor( Freddy Romero) said, You Latino truck drivers come in here expecting good results, and when you get 3 or 6 month renewals you all act like 4 year olds. And I said what.???. He said , 90 % of Latinos NOT Whites , but Mexican, Cuban, Porta Ricans all complain. I didnt appreciate being treated this way even though I received 2 yr renewal. Im making this known so no one can be treated unjustly.
