Waited 45 minutes for what they are known for Buffalo wings, brought the wings but French fries weren t ready, waiter didn t want us to wait any longer, wings were barely warm. Finished the wings and then got the fries. Food service is not good at all.

This was my second time trying to give this place another shot. Let me start by saying this, the manager desperately needs to enforce customer satisfaction with whoever he decides to place at the pickup counter. I placed an order at 650pm called in to check the status at 710pm was told 10-15 minutes, I gave them 20 and went in to go pick it up. Once I got in I was greeted by a clearly overly expressive and pissed off employee who told me its not ready yet and went to go check. Once she finally came back I was told the manager just started cooking it now itll be 15-20 minutes. This place is a joke and has grown children running the front of house operations. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Parking: Enjoy other people bashing their car doors into you without an apology or anything.

The hype i hear about this place made me try it. The staff were sweet, attentive and gave good vibes, however the wings were soggy... like very soggy. The fat layer beneath the skin was about as thick as the meat. I was very displeased by the quality of the wings since they are part of the name. 5 out of 10 would not recommend. I even asked for them extra crisp, so i dont think that was the issue.

We are there last night and enjoyed queso and chips, boneless wings topped with buffalo, Parmesan, and Texas Thai. Our kids ordered the kids pizzas. The last two were our favorite. I liked the wings for the most part. Our waiter recommended a drink called hypnotic. It was sweet blue and pretty tasty. He was exceptional and I wish I could remember his name! (Not due to the drink I m sure :)

Finally got to try this place today! The atmosphere is fantastic! Little dark like a sports bar usually is, filled with around 60 screens so you can watch the games no matter where you sit! The bar is right in the middle with a nice selection of beers. But the food is what stands out! Got a veggie pizza and 8 wings (teriyaki and Texas Thai), and oh my God it was absolutely amazing, these are the best wings Ive ever had! They melt in your mouth, the heat wasnt too hot and had plenty of flavor. If youre someone who really wants spicy food they do have heat levels that go higher including a ghost pepper flavored that is way too hot for me haha. The pizza had great flavor, not too much dough or sauce, the toppings were all fresh and I cant wait to try other types! I big stand out was their house made ranch, this is not your ordinary ranch you get at the store or other restaurants, it has certain spices and flavors that had me asking if I could purchase a bottle and thank god I could! I highly recommend this place for sports guy, families, or even if you just want some delicious food to take home, come by here!

So, today I went and my boneless wings smelled and taste like fish. The owner proceeds to tell me there was nothing wrong with them. He tells me he and his guys ate one of them and they were fine. Who eats off someones plate? The owner continued to tell me there was nothing wrong with the wings..I guess hes never been told the customer is always right. He acted as though someone was trying to get over on him. Well, I have noticed they no longer have specials. Maybe , he really needed my money because he did not remove the item from my ticket. Mind you I only bit into 1 wing, 1 bite. smh Mr. Owner either your chicken is bad or your grease is old!!! Beware wing eaters , dont want anyone getting sick from their possible rancid chicken. Last things, the place is dirty and the restrooms are nasty. But the ranch aint bad,lol. My mom.always told me to try and be positive.

Great locally owned small business serving great food. Had the breaded chicken wrap today. One of best I ve ever had. Tea was perfect. First time customer 6-13-24- Dinner Drove to get get pickup order. Parking lot completely full. There were no pickup/delivery parking spaces at all. Area for to-go orders is very cramped space. Employees and customers constantly in each others way. Had to get my own drinks . Food was good. Service not bad not exactly welcoming. Could be a little more inviting and friendly. I come to this restaurant all the time! Today I was very disappointed in the way my wings were cooked! I ordered 20 wings and half of them didn t have any seasoning. Cool place. Nice dinning atmosphere. Very good service. Pizza tasted like garlic bread which over powered other flavors of the pizza. I order chip and salsa. Salsa was tasty. This place is kid friendly. They have 72 sports tvs set from Basketball, football, Golf and every other sport in between. They have a variety of options on their menu. Waite staff was courteous. We recently ordered delivery through grubhub. We got some wings flavored with lemon pepper and teriyaki. We also got a large supreme pizza new york style crust. The pizza looks very appealing at first glance. When biting into the slice it tastes like very cheap cheese. The cheese has a very strange almost gelatinized lardy texture. The toppings were not fresh. The sausage and mushroom was a little on the hard side. Very gross. The wings looked like some type of abomination of a lab experiment gone wrong. Very greasy cheap meat slathered in sauce. They didnt taste too good either and could have used a little bit more time in the oven or fryer. Another Temple disappointment. Im starting to think that a lot of people rate higher because they dont know any better than the mediocre product that is offered to them. Honestly think the cardboard box it came in would have been better. I really wanted to like this place based off of other reviews. I wouldnt have minded the high prices if the quality would have justified it. Next time will reach for the frozen pizza instead.

Went there today. We ve never had any issues in the past. The food was just subpar today. Ordered the New York style deep dish pizza. It wasn t deep dish. Our waitress, Yara told us after we received our food that they changed their dough. I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and there was nothing but Parmesan cheese. One slice of pizza was eaten out of the pie and our waitress didn t even ask if we wanted to speak to the supervisor. It was dead in there and we had to wave her down anytime we wanted anything. We paid the bill and went and ate somewhere else. It s really unfortunate that this happened. We ve always loved everything about Wings Pizza n Things.

The pizza and wings are so good. Our favorite appetizer is the fried mushrooms. They are huge!! Their ranch is legendary! We always buy a bottle when we go. The reaper wings are so hot and good. The pizza has great flavor and a crispy crust. The wings are fried perfectly. The service is ok. I understand they are always packed and busy, but the service it lacking a bit. The atmosphere is good if you like the sports bar environment. It is too small and crowded for us. There is not a lot of room to move once youre seated. I m giving two stars because I felt taken advantage of after ordering twenty wings for their special $10 for 10 wings and getting charged full price because I didn t order 10 wings twice. Wow!! I rarely am so impressed I want to write reviews but this place was great! They really understand how to take a basic concept (sports bar food) and do it incredibly well. First, unlike some places that charge you 75 cents for a tiny cup of ranch they give you a whole squeeze bottle of it for every table. And the ranch was great too! Next, me and my dad got pizza and holy cow they don t skimp you on the toppings. I got the White Garlic Chicken pizza and I literally couldn t see the cheese because of all the toppings. My dad got pepperoni and it was the same for him. Service was great, our waitress was attentive and quick. It is a sports bar, and there are a TON of tvs- we counted 55. This may be either a pro or con for you. It was a bit of a sensory overload for me but the food was so good I d go back. I d highly recommend if you re looking for some good comfort food or wanting to watch the game and get a beer.

Took my family here for dinner last night because I heard theyre moving locations soon closer to my house out off West Adams. We are longtime residents of the Temple/Belton Community and havent ever been impressed were hoping to fall in love but man, we sure didnt. The experience. We came in busy night world series and Texas Football so the place was packed. The bug fan was so loud the hostess (who was on her phone and more annoyed at us she had to put it down) said this is the only spot hope thats ok and rolled her eyes. High top at the host podium it was what it was we took the seat in good spirits though put off by the less than welcoming welcome. Our server was punctual she was right there got the drink orders brought them out and took our app and food order. I asked right then for plates, utensils and ranch based in previous visits where our food got cold waiting for an MIA waitress to bring those items and kitchen staff brining out our food. She assured me she would. Thats where the train wreck started. She was MIA at the bar for the next 30 minutes talking with other waitresses and staff our apps came out the same time as our food and to no surprise the kitchen team brought out 2 apps, our pizza and wings we had no plates, utensils, ranch or waitress for almost 15 minutes after it was brought out. Between the hostess and her phone - she truly looked like she hated life or her job she didnt smile once the whole time we were there and she was equally as awful with everyone that came in I guess privilege of sitting at the hosting station - you see everything. The waitress that was more worried about catching up with the crew which with how busy it was was very off putting. I was annoyed with the quality of the food, the quality of service and the price of the bill. If the service were better I would be ok with the quality of the food and price but when all three are lacking maybe stay put and dont come to the West Side. Harsh but true. This was a reminder why we dont visit this establishment. Its an ok place to take a volume of people or families for or after sporting events for mediocre food and inattentive service. The best interaction all night was actually on the way out. We always clean up our table stack the plates and make the bus boys job a little easier because weve all been there its not a glorious role. He came over after we finished wiping our table down stacking and sorting things and thanked us for doing that. He said patrons can be so inconsiderate for leaving a terrible mess, or having to reach across them that he appreciated with us he didnt. Make your bus boy your host, he knows how to treat and interact with people - hes also attentive and punctual - from every interaction HE and he alone was the saving grace for the night.

First time visiting. Busy on a football night, but we got seated right away. Brittany was our server and she was fantastic. Super attentive. We tried the pizza and bone-in wings and both were great. There were a lot of families with young kids, so the atmosphere is family friendly.

Tried this place a few weeks ago for the first time. Amanda was our server both times and she has excellent customer service! I loved the wings(texas Thai and Buffalo lemon pepper). Definitely a place worth checking out! The setup inside is a little funky, but don t worry because they are building a new one!

Weve eaten here several times and always had a great time. Saturday was the first time to get takeout from here. The entire experience was great. Ordering on their website was easy and I really liked all the option for each item. Made it easy to get your food exactly how you want it. The food was ready when they said it was going to be. The 2 ladies that helped us when we got there were great. They even offered to help carry food out to the car. When we got to the house the food was exactly like we ordered and the portions where huge. Overall it was a great experience and I works recommend it to anyone!

It s a sports bar, so it s not like I m expecting a Michelin star experience here but this place is a wreck. Food was terrible and felt like it was microwaved. Pizza was definitely frozen pizza. Service was not very attentive and ambiance lacked all life. Everything was quite cheap, so I guess the experience is in line with the price.

We came in for lunch on a busy Saturday the place was packed. It was easy to tell the kitchen was behind with the sheer volume of orders. We were seated and our waiter Jason introduced himself. Over the next hour Jason had me looking for his twin. This guy hustles so fast the rest of the staff look slow. I dont think he stopped moving, he was at every table in the area. At some point he filled the drinks without us noticing. This guy needs a raise, or at least someone to sponsor him for shoes.

Hi there! Its just me and my niece for lunch. Kudos to the wait staff! We were taken care of by at least 3 different people. They were all friendly and carried themselves as if they wanted to be there. The food is pretty average and aligns well with the prices. Cant complain. The environment screams sports and is definitely the spot for it. Football season has commenced ladies and gentlemen... swing by tonight, tomorrow or this weekend.

They arent wings of love. Theyre just seasoned; where most of it is flavored outside, just chicken inside. Thatll do fine for fun finger food. Im more impressed by their beer menu and the numerous televisions they have. Four eyes arent enough to take it all in. Fruity flavor lovers should give the Pineapple Cider at least one try. The cool thing is they can take large groups for pizza parties.

I counted somewhere upward of 40+ TVs. The food is great and the atmosphere is perfect for family, friends, or just to see the game. Its on the louder side so its great if the kids are also naturally loud. Ive become quite a regular here.

Customer service is horrible, don t complain about your food being over salted or chandler will have a rude come back. Fron out of town. Visited Sunday around noon. Place was packed, but we were seated right away. Ordered 2 pizzas (1 NY style crust & 1 thin) and an appetizer of cheese curds. All fair priced and very good. The restaurant has TVs everywhere. They were smart to leave the TV sound off and play upbeat music instead as it kept the noise down even with the amount of people in there. Waitstaff was friendly, efficient, and attentive. Hostess needed an attitude adjustment though and to learn how to smile.
