Last time I came here was almost 20 years ago. Today I ordered a couple of eggs with a pork chop on the side. I ran into the same problem most restaurants have with pork chops, overcooked. The waitress did offer to exchange it but I hate sending things back to the cook. I did not eat the dry pork chop and the cashier was nice enough to not charge me for it. Ill return hopefully with more time in case there are any issues with my food. Going to try lunch next time.

Have come here twice for breakfast and they have the worst cooks. The first time we came I ordered a menudo and it was lukewarm and tasteless and the French toast was the worst I have ever had. This second time the chorizo they served me was undercooked and my taco was literally drenched in oil. We ordered pancakes and they were completely raw in the inside. Please hire people who actually know how to cook. Either way I wont be back.

Went on Easter Sunday. The place was packed! Waitresses were super busy, so thats why they got a 3. Food...meh...it was ok. Tortillas were good. Rice is not your authentic Mexican rice. More like Rice a Roni Enchiladas were nice and cheesy

We there for breakfast order principio of menudo it was tasteless needed salt n more chile and it was cold also order a batbacoa taco it came with side of beans were good barbacoa was alright after I added salt n salsa the flour tortilla was to tosted almost burnt it looked like it was reheated better job on the tortillas guy i like comin here always putting my money on my city but you need to step it up #RGV #956

Beside the family restaurant and food, the little over charge is what gets me to rethink to eat here. Today was a charge if you a use card to pay which I believe they never did. But now what a surprise and also NOW THEY CHARGE A TO GO FEE. Tacos are getting smaller now too. SHEESH

Over inflation this place used to be a good place to eat a all day breakfast place but since the pandemic they believe they can over charge for eggs I mean if 3 people get charged 45 dollars for breakfast I could have gone to a big chain like Ihop or dennys id be happy if someone ordered a stake or something but be serious

Place was empty at noon lunch rush time. I wondered why. Come to fine out they have old prices on their menus with a very small note saying some prices may change. Well prices changed drastically. that explains one reason why the place was empty.

The service okay. They took a while to take drink orders and set up and clea an extra table we requested. Our first waitress was a little rude and then they switched to another one. She was okay but didnt really provide much service to us. She said she would bring a jug of tea and that never happen. Prices okay but my food was a little cold and the enchilada plate only had two enchilada plate vs other text mex places. The lemonade also a little overpriced 3.25 in comparison. Overall was food, customer service mediocre and price range above average compared to other places in the valley.

They didnt serve me... I sat with my family and it lasted 20 minutes and no one attended to me... I got up and told a waitress and she told me that that table wasnt her turn and we better left... neither the owner nor the daughter were there and I couldnt talk to anyone... I just wasted my time and went hungry to another place I dont recommend it
