Jazmin is one of the the best employees this facility has. Sheis always courteous and takes the time to tell you about their products and promotions and my drink is always on point I am a regular n when say regular its daily I gave all 5 STARS because of Jasmin and the younger lady worker and the guy (who I havent seen in awhile) all are great thanks for making sure your LOYAL customers are taken care n prices explained prior to mixing drinks n thanks for mixing my drink just like I prefer esp you Jasmin. Just know I love your energy always smiling and ready to serve you are the reason I come there tho I live off Aldine Westfield closer to several other shops your positive energy and attitude what makes me a loyal customer. But as with any business one bad apple almost made u lose a few customers because I bring customers along with me and refer you.Theres always that one though I still gave all fives because I no longer come in the morning on her shift or the days she works nights so other than the two encounters with Shelby or Shelly my overall experience is a five I just ensure not ever come on the days shes there again Im a loyal customer n figured out her schedule and I dont come early during the day or the two days a week she may work during the night I never leave reviews but shes slow rude and has attitude when asked to do my drink the way Im use to getting it and on top of that I get the same drink EVERY TIME AMD WHEN SHE WORKS MY PRICE IS DIFFERENT EVERY TIME HOW IS THAT SHE ALWAYS COMES UP WITH SOMETHING I GET A HURRICANE WITH WATERMELON N ONE SHOT OF PATRON MY PRICE SHOULD BE A LIL OVER $14 not $16-17. OMG I got the worse case of food poisoning from the shrimp I ordered with my daiquiri last night from here. I packed the shrimp up to take back to this spot but after I called the manager she apologized and said she hope I feel better but didn t want the product back for testing out anything. I was never offered my money back or a replacement just an apology.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Today is thanksgiving and I wanted a drink with my mom. The place was lit up and had the open sign on. We went through the drive through and a lady was on her phone and she got spooked I guess then turned around and cut off the lights? Went to the window and stood to the side while being on her phone. Why not just say we re closed? That was so bad business. Won t be back for sure.

Dude who work here was super cool, I got the Hypnotiq drink and it was tasty and packs a punch. He said indoors they got hookah and wings too, so might come back just to sit inside and vibe out. Will be back, looks like a chill place, and they was playing classic H Town songs.

Used to come here a while ago and moved back to this side of town so I decided to swing by one night. There was a line but moved quickly. We get the front and it was an older Hispanic lady who gave us some looks and didn t even greet us. My boyfriend ordered our drinks and then immediately she asks for ids, my sister didn t bring her wallet with because I was paying so she made us take off her drink because she didn t have an ID. Then I wanted to add Jell-O shots and it seemed like I was troubling her by doing so. As we drive off I tasted my drink and it had the wrong flavors and wasn t strong at all. Tasted completely virgin, no alcohol. Very upset I wasted $26 here. Will not be getting my business again..

I was supposed to get 8 garlic Parmesan wings and only got 6 not to mention they were BURNT/over cooked and did not look appetizing, of course I didn t notice any of this until I got home. I gave this place a low rating only based off the customer service i received from one employee i believe his name is saggy. Never would ive expected for an employee to go back and forth with me about a drink that wasnt made correctly that I drink all the time and he doesnt even know what it taste like. To tell me its the same ingredients as a different drink just a different name. I go to this place all the time and received excellent customer service from the ladies there and they make it right every time. Thank you for providing great service but i hate i had to experience that from a place i love.
