Delivery time was horrible, it took an hour and 15 minutes when I live less than 5 miles away. And when delivered, I handed the driver a hundred dollar bill and without telling me my amount or grabbing me change started walking back to his car, where I then had to stop him and ask what the total amount was, told him to then keep the tip since hed lost my business anyways.

The chicken parmigiana was amazing! It came with a cheesy, garlic bread and I had a wonderful, fresh Mediterranean side salad. We love La Romas pizza! Our grandparents and parents used to order from them all the time when they were located by temple lake park. The new west adams location is more convenient and is the best place to get pizza on this side of town. The manager, Will, treats everyone like family and is always helpful on deciding what to order. We are so glad this place is still around after all these years. Give them a try if you havent yet!

I have been eating at La Roma since 2007 when their only store was out by Temple Lake Park. It s incredible to see them expand to two stores in temple! Today I had an exceptional experience at the store on West Adams, Miss Laila made an calzone for me, and made sure to tell me she made it extra tasty for me, and she was right. La Roma has always been the best place to get pizza and subs in my opinion.

Before recently, the last time I had La Romas was probably 15 years ago when it was still located on the way out towards Temple Lake Park. My memory tells me I really liked it back then. I specifically remember an incredible calzone I had from them. Unfortunately, when I visited recently I was far from impressed. In spite of eating my lasagna basically out of the sauce, my bowl was still half full of nothing but sauce when I was through. I really couldnt taste anything other than sauce & there was barely cheese to speak of. The ricotta and/or cottage cheese blend traditionally found in lasagna wasnt there at all. There was also no bread served with it like most Italian eateries offer. My friend & I came for a late lunch. There were no other customers. There was also no employee monitoring the front of the store. When we needed something, we had to loudly call for someone to come up to the front counter.

The manager was incredibly rude. He charged me 81cents for a side of marinara when they forgot it in my previous order. When I informed the manager he said It wasn t me with no apologies. Too bad I used to go there a lot and tip well. The boys that work during the day are real sweet. They just lost a good paying customer.

Told them I would take them without the sauce. 10 minutes later they came back and told me that all the gyros meat is bad. Not a great way to run a business. Got my money back and left. The place didnt have many customers, and we were served quickly and effectively. The man at the register was happy to explain some menu items to us. Unexpectedly, it was pizza perfection. The atmosphere is a small pizza shop, but its obvious that they know how to make a pizza. There was the perfect ratio of toppings, cheese, sauce, and dough, which made it chewy without being soggy or undercooked. The toppings are also well seasoned. A bit pricey for pizza, but I cant remember the last place I enjoyed as much (which is saying a lot, because I love pizza). We had the man pizza, by the way, with pineapple on half.

I spent $24 on one meal here. About 6 of that was a waitr and tip fee so roughly $18. For that I got the manicotti. Cheese sticks, a itty salad and some tortilla like garlic bread and a drink. Price wasn t horrible but the food could be better. I was highly disappointed. The manicotti came with one lasagna noodle the rest was sauce and cheese. And the garlic bread was nowhere near what I expected. It really felt like home made tortilla chips. I hate to be so blunt but I was highly disappointed when I got my meal.

Pizza was cold when I picked it up this evening but I was in a hurry so I went ahead and took them home. The salad had been sitting on top of the pizza so it was warm. Skimpiest salad I have ever seen. Three slices of cucumber, two very small tomato triangles, 3 olives, two slivers of onion. There was a whole leaf of uncut lettuce. Sat there for almost an hour after calling our order in and once we got there to pick our food up we paid. The entire time we waited they were waiting for us to pay which we did. Order was not complete when it arrived they left out the crushed red pepper packets. The driver said he would return in 5 minutes after 30 minutes I called them told them to come pick up pizza was cold and wanted a refund. I was told nope said that is fine will have my bank credit me back the manager then told me to order from Dominos next time. My husband has loved this restaurant since we discovered it nearly 2 years ago. It reminds him of this place in his hometown of Little Rock called Shotgun Dans pizza. This pizza tastes so authentic. It has rich flavors and fresh ingredients. Today, we ordered a large pizza with sausage, Canadian bacon, gyro meat, green bell peppers, and onions. Its absolutely delicious!! It can get pricey depending on the size, but considering how tasty this pizza is, the price doesnt really matter. If you havent tried this place, you dont know what youre missing!! We always wondered if this place had any connection to Nikki Romas in the mall. Either way, they get our vote!

My boyfriend and I had La Roma for the first time about a month ago and loved it! We are very picky about pizza (Im especially picky about pepperoni pizza) and dont order from chains such as Dominos, Little Caesars, etc. La Roma pizza is our new favorite and we are willing to make the drive from Dallas to go get a couple pizzas and save one or two to cook later. They taste great reheated in the oven. They recently added online ordering which has been very convenient. The team at La Roma are all so nice and we absolutely love that its a family owned and operated business. I recommend trying - youll find yourself only wanting La Roma pizza moving forward!

The food is great especially the Lasagna and PTO takes me back to New York food taste. You wont be disappointed I use to go over to olive garden to get lasagna NOT ANYMORE better taste and more food for the cost.

Went to pick up lunch. None of the young men in the back had gloves or mask on. The cashier took his hat off touched his sweat then went to back touched the bread with his sweaty bared hands. Never again, had to throw away the food.

This place is now my families go-to for pizza. The service is always amazing, polite, and efficient. The pizza is by far even better! I have yet to have a pizza here that I didnt like. They have excellent specials as well to help you get more pizza for your buck. Only downside is they have select times they deliver. Otherwise, you have to go pick up your pizza. But this is a small price to pay for delicious pizza!

I love how friendly they are and they have yet to dissapoint... and we have been there ALOT. My personal favorite isntheir muffuletta sandwhich with their in house bread and olive spread!! Magnifico!!

I called in a pickup order, pizza and two salads, the pizza was good however the salads had gnats coming out of the containers from the salads and one of the container of salad had a hair in it

Excellent customer service and even better pizza. The quality and taste of their pizza is far above what you pay for similarly priced pizza, and just to give an example of their customer service: they stayed open later into Christmas Eve which allowed me to treat my entire family to some good pizza which no other establishment provided at the time. If you re looking for excellent pizza ready to eat fast, there s no reason you shouldn t choose these guys.

The pizzas are the the best, oozing with mozzarella cheese and fresh toppings, the dough is made fresh, handtossed and baked to perfection. Their customer service is wonderful and the fact that they are locally owned and operated gives back to our community.

BEST pizza ever. Incredibly friendly staff and even more delicious pizza. I ordered the spinach chicken Alfredo pizza and it s to die for. I highly recommend La Roma s to anyone near or around Belton. It s definitely worth a stop even if you re just passing through.

I really really really love their pizza. But I am very disappointed to find out that being 5 miles/14 minutes straight down Adams is out of their range of delivery. I wonder what their delivery radius or boundaries are. It really doesn t seem like it can be all that big. They may even now be out of MY radius of business. Italiano s is closer and better anyway!
