The Manger Johnathan was so unprofessional. I order a açaí bowl and it was very sweet like it had to much honey in it. So I asked if it could be remade with little to no honey. I was told I could not get it remade but I could get half off a new one if I wanted to purchase another one. I literally had one bite out of the the bowl and he said since i already ate out of it it s nothing they could do about it.

Was in the drive through placing an order while kids were on the intercom laughing and not taking my order. Had to repeat myself. Had to go back though the line because it appeared I only ordered ice. I had to ask them for more juice because my sno cone was dry. If i wanted ice, I would have stayed home and eaten from my freezer instead of spending $8.00. I pay for a juicy, messy experience. Not ice. Also happened at their abrams location. Allen seems to be the best location

My family and I went to get snow cone here and didn t know the inside was closed so had to go through the drive through I ordered one with sour spray and didn t get it and when we received our order while we were still in the driveway they turned off the lights while we were trying to see who orders were who s and pass them out I called about my order and the worker argued with me about what I tasted vs what they made and they really could have done better on making our orders and not rushed them so they wouldn t have chucked ice!

Maylee gave me very poor service in the drive through. 1st, she took my order incorrectly, even though I repeated it to her atleast 6 times. Then, we get to the window, and we get no words from her, she grabs the phone for apple pay and hands us the snow cones, one by one. we tried to ask which one was which, we received no answer. She really seems so hate her job. No thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. I am beyond disappointed.

It is not the customers responsibility to leave a tip to fill in for what the employers should provide for their workers. At a restaurant like this tips should Not be asked for period. It is rude and not appropriate, no wait staff that make 2 dollars an hour at a sit down restaurant are whom need the tip!!! Regards stop this ridiculous trend!

I LOVE this place , my favorite location and only location I ll visit !!! My snowcones are always neatly made, throughly shaved ice, clean and of course amazing customer service the team is so jolly and welcoming !! As you can see I come here a lot and get the same thing lol but it s perfect everytime ! Parking: Plenty of parking in the area Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendliness they also have different sizes for the little ones, and always offer upsizing you cup to a flat top for the kids to prevent spills with no charge.

This location has changed use to have the best flavorful snowcones. My family and I visited this location on 4/28/24 at 6:21 p.m we got ignored after receiving order from drive through I had to park and go inside the flavor of the strawberry tasted sour not good at all. Both my husband and I snowcones were dry and they wanted us to pay a dollar or two extra for then to fix. Because the owner would be mad. Why should we have to pay extra for what we already pain for. It not like we went home and came back. At the end my husband received a refund.

Love Bahama Bucks. Today we tried the Orange Dreamsicle Smooth and the Cotton Candy Ice. Both tasted great. Service was ok, took order called name, but no smiles, just there to do their job. Not busy at all at the time, we were only ones inside. So 4 instead of 5 stars because service good, not WOW, $20 for 2 drinks seems excessive for ICE, when you can get 2 meals some places for the same price, and just opened, but lobby floor was quite dirty, able to see the travel path of dirt from customers. Would still highly recommend Bahama Bucks. Lots of options and a great way to cool down.

Literally just had the most uncomfortable customer experience at bahama bucks in grand prairie. Yall, this is usually one of my go to places when I want something frozen. Tasty. And sweet. This was my first time at this location. And definitely my last. #1 we walk in and my sandals are sticking to the floor. I thought I was gonna lose my sandal. Anyway... I order & tried something new. I got the mangonada extreme, it has chamoy, mangos, chili salt. & a tamarindo straw. I Got my order. My cup was super sticky. & this isnt uncommon because its basically a snow cone. Its expected..Plus all the toppings that came with it . It s bound to be sticky ..So like always I just asked for an additional cup so I could double cup it. Get my picture for yelp & snapchat and leave... Yall this unfriendly man straight up told me No offered to wipe it off with some pre-used towel. Or scoop off my top into a new cup and give me a flat top or just dump it into a new cup. I actually wanted my snow cone and I had already handed him my cup. So it was behind the counter. Because Im under the impression hes just gonna double cup it. ( mind you any Bahama bucks Ive been to , they have no problem handing anyone a cup and they continue to serve the rest of their Customers. Simple So me and this man are just standing there staring at each other, just uncomfortable as ever. He directs me to some cups at the front... Basically dixie size water cups. Im like sir, I just want a cup the same size (which is a small , I ordered a small) there is no need to remake or ruin this order ... May I just please have another cup he tells me $0.50 now Im thinking... So remaking this drink dont make I any sense, him pouring it into another cup didnt make sense to me either. Because you re gonna make another mess and still use another cup. Like just give me another cup. Please! We have another uncomfortable moment of staring ... I shake my head in disappointment and just ask for a refund. Never have I ever left any bahama bucks unsatisfied let alone asked for a refund. All behind a cup... A cup yall.... My snow cone order was messed up with a cream added that I did NOT order. I saw the mess up before it was handed to me at the drive through. Rather than remake the small Tiger Blood snow cone I ordered. They turned it upside down cream side first into another cup as if to reflect there was no cream. It was the same messed up snow cone they tried to give me at first. I became deathly ill due to has lactose allergy. I will NEVER visit this location again and advise others not to as well. Plus, the overcharged me for the small Tiger Blood snow they made incorrectly and intentionally tried to deceive as being remade.

Young lady came to me saying this is what you ordered, I just made it myself. I told her that the color was wrong, and I tasted it, flavor was wrong as well, if she could remake it, she slammed the window and walked away. (Kaleice?) came back holding 2 bottles, birthday cake and blue coconut(wrong flavor), and Abbie held the new(wrong) snow cone. I said again wrong flavor it s supposed to be blue cotton candy. She makes a face and I never see her again. Eventually got the right snow cone with chunks of non shaved ice throughout

Took over an hour to receive my order through the drive thru. I ll return back to the Mansfield location until the GP location gets it together.
