While the staff was friendly, it did not make up for the lack of communication and disorganization we were met with while having my son s birthday party here. Thankfully the movie was good and we were able to enjoy ourselves from that standpoint. We were unable to pre-order food like we wanted due to what I believe was an error with their website. I would not recommend that anyone rent the party room as it felt like a waste of money. Instead just meet in the lobby, as another family did on the day we were there, with your own cupcakes.

I was surprised by the variety of snacks and drinks available at this location. also, bonus points for the functioning arcade area in the lobby! that was one of my favorite parts of going to the movies as a kid! I highly recommend the XD upgrade for action movies. the sound and video quality was worth it!

The theater is starting to show some wear and tear. Coverings on some trays are starting to come apart. Also the soda has a weird taste. Popcorn is good. Update: I am happy to say the weird soda taste has been addressed and the trays are being replaced.

Went to the movies with my family this past Friday. Spent a little over $60 in tickets and the movie theater was hot and miserable. The kids were so hot, they didn t want to sit still anymore. They said they knew ac was broke but didn t say anything till after we bought tickets.

We went to see The BikeRiders this afternoon, and, I just want to give a shout out to our bartender ANDY. He was very friendly and answered a lot of small talk questions while we waited to be seated in the theater. Thanks again, Andy. We Havent been to a Movie House in years, since the Pandemic shut things down, at least. I was surprised that the Movie Tickets were less than $6.00. (Matinee) I was unaware that you had to choose your seats and very disappointed that we had to sit soooo close to the Screen. I got Sticker Shock at the cost of Popcorn, Sodas and Candy, but, I got over it. The auditorium was very small. The Luxury Recliner was a neat surprise. I wished for a little more reclining positions, but, they were still nice. The swivel trays made everything come together nicely. It wasnt too cold inside and the volume of the Movie was OK. There were quite a few trailers and ads though! The Feature Movie was great!!! All in All, accounting for the Cabin Fever at home, the trip to Cinamark was like a well deserved Vacation. I didnt even mind the cost of the Popcorn! Oh! And, the Restroom was immaculate!

On June 2, I went to the movies and had some issues with my seat. I went to the front and spoke with Teresa, the manager. She initially gave me an attitude. After I told her that it made me uncomfortable, she changed her demeanor and refunded my movie ticket, as well as the popcorn and soda I had bought. Another worker, Kole, approached me and apologized on her behalf. Despite not being a manager, Kole was much more attentive than Teresa, which was disappointing because one would expect a manager to handle the situation better. Kole offered my husband and me a complimentary meal to make up for the horrible experience we had. He should be recognized for his excellent customer service and kind heart. He informed me that he wouldnt be there the next day, but Andy would be. Andy turned out to be very sweet as well. Both Kole and Andy made our experience much better, and they deserve recognition and possibly a promotion for their great customer service. In contrast, Teresa should be reassigned from her managerial position because she lacks the necessary temperament and attitude to handle customers effectively.

Great seating, sound, and experience, but today is my last movie here. One would think that after the Aurora movie theater shooting - where 12 people were murdered - theaters wouldnt disarm law abiding citizens. But, Cinemark is now prohibiting LICENSED citizens and even retired law enforcement officers from carrying open OR concealed. Ive carried in here for years because didnt have signs posted as required by law. When I asked happens if a shooter opens fire, I was told they will call the police (despite a capable retired police officer being disarmed). So dont worry: if you die, take comfort that they will make sure a police officer is called can photograph your dead body (and eventually find the shooter). After several years, Im canceling my Movie Club Membership. I wont be a sitting duck in a mad world.

Me and my family went to go see the new Godzilla × Kong movie. There was a group of teenager girls in front of us talking more than half of the movie. I asked them to please be quit. They decided to talk louder. I had enough and told a young man named Elijah that was checking tickets about the situation. He gladly told the girls that if they did not quite down that he will have them removed. They remained silent the rest of the movie. Big shout out to Elijah for making my movie experience amazing.

You cant beat being a member of the cinemark movie club. That being said, I dont know why their upkeep of the facility is so poor. Someone needs to go through every theater and check all the seats. There are quite a few that need work. From the reclining mechanism to the broken tray tables. The restroom also needs help. I cant remember the last time that all the urinals worked. On the plus side, the concessions have gotten better.

Michael, dark hair & beard, is a wonderful caring young man. He walked us to the theatre for the 4pm showing to make sure it was clean and offered to be there for any needs we might have. If hes not management he would be a very good choice. All the employees are exceptional. I had to go back the next day to look for a lost item & Paul Castrol was more than helpful. He turned on all lights, took off cushions on the chairs of the two seats we were in & with a flashlight searched for my rosary that fell out of my pocket. We did not find it but this theater has exceptional service! Thank you Mr. Castrol you are the BEST!

We saw Iron Claw over the Christmas weekend. The movie was good, but long and slow. The theater was great. We always order tickets on our phone. I love that all the chairs are the nice big recliners and it is all reserved seats. This was the first time we ever ordered snacks online with the tickets. By the time we found are seats, a young man was right there before we even sat down with fresh hot popcorn and slurpees! So convenient! The concession stand must have gotten a notice as soon as the ticket guy scanned my phone, it was fast and way better than standing in line. But next time, we will show up 15 minutes after the start time, because I swear there were 20+ minutes of previews. Great experience and we will keep coming back, this is our favorite theater in Temple-Belton area.

Took my granddaughter for her birthday. Had not been in several years. Reserved seat with snacks to be delivered. All came to $48 dollars for 1 chld and 1 senior. Expected, no problem. Once inside theater, the seats and particularly the trays, were dirty. Trays were lose and surface was peeling & cracked. The snacks were brought to me in a giant paper bag taped shut. Nowhere to place it. Ordered the XL popcorn and it was cold and had a lot of crumbs. No sign of the extra butter that was ordered. Very disappointed. For $10, we ate about 1/4 of it. Do not think we will return.

Don t apply to work here. They ll interview you then never contact you back letting you know if you got the job or not. I m on my 4th week and never heard back when I was told that in a week I ll be told. Also one employee facial expression told that they hated working there. I m not the only one who has been ghost a friend of a friend has been ghosted by them as well.
