Not only was he competitively priced items, his customer service was great! I m glad that I chose Onur to fix my phone. Walked in literally wanting to cry because my phone was run over, bent, screen shattered and popped out! Didn t think it was fixable but the guy tried to do everything in his power to get my phone running again! He was very honest and prices were very low and he was honest enough to tell me there was a possibility that it couldn t get fixed, he even charged me a small fee until he was sure enough that he could fix the phone! Came back and it was completely fixed and I was very satisfied with the overall honesty and work that was done in a short time! My son found this place on the internet and took his phone in to be repaired. They did it quickly and charged him exactly what they said they would charge him when he called about the repair. We thought we would have to drop it off and come back later but they were through with it by the time my daughter and I were shopping in a different store. We are very happy with our experience there and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a cell phone repair. He had called another place and the same repair would have cost him almost $50 more somewhere else.

So the first time I went and got my phone Screen replaced it worked for maybe about three weeks and then the screen went black so I spoke with the owner and she told me that she can replace it for free. And that s what she did she replace my screen and she gave me a screen protector with no cost. If you want your phone fixed and you want great customer service this is the place to go to.

EDIT*** I originally gave this place a 5 star review. I am very disappointed to have to change it. A week after getting my phone screen fixed here my phone began to develop a black dot on the display overnight after I had it plugged in to charge for the evening. I immediately took the phone back in that same morning and they told me the dot was due to my dropping the phone, which I had not done since the repair and it had showed up overnight. They told me I would have to pay for another repair despite the fact that I had just had it fixed there and the screen they used was clearly defective. I had to have it repaired again at cell phone CPR. Save your money and go there to begin with. Original My brother and I went in with our iPhones (both of which we re having screen issues). The man at the desk was super friendly and had both of our phones fixed and ready to go within the hour! The repair costs were very reasonably priced and he even threw in some screen protectors at a discount! I definitely recommend getting your device repaired here!

Great phone repair experience. The owner went above and beyond to help accommodate replacing the LCD screen on my Samsung Galaxy S9. My work schedule was the same as his hours open for business and since I was unable to drop it off for a full day to get repaired, he stayed open late to finish repairing my phone. In this day and age its hard to find businesss who care about there customers as much as this business. I would definitely recommend Cellon to my friends and family.

Should have gone here first! Initially took our iPad to the other place in the mall for a screen replacement, promised to be done within 2 hours. The next day it wasn t done, and they put a black screen on instead of white. Got our iPad back, took it to CellOn, 20 minutes before they closed. The people here are really there to help you they are fast and friendly, They are willing to work out the best deal for you, went in to replace the screen on my iPhone XR that I unfortunately ran over with a forklift twice, they noticed I was using an iPhone 6 plus with a shattered screen and drained battery, they offered to replace both the screens and replace the battery for a great deal. Unfortunately my iPhone XR was a little too damaged but they did everything they could to get it back to normal even went as far as to not charge me for labor after replacing broken components, they were able to get my back camera working but due to me running over the phone with a forklift the front camera could not be fixed. I would highly recommend going to them first for your phone repairs, or even questions thank you cell on!!

Ive brought my daughter s iPhone 6 plus in for repair before and they did a good job. My screen looked brand new. I also put a temper glass to protect my screen. Both boss are very sweet and nice. They will help you to the fullest until you are satisfied as a happy customer. If you ever have a problem with the screen or any replacement on the phone you can take it back to them and they will fix it in any way possible. Now I understand that if you break or drop the phone than that is the customer responsibility. It tells you on the sign in agreement you sign to fix your phone.

Take your phone here for service if you want to be ripped off. I brought my phone in to have the battery replaced recently. They said it would take a bit more time, because it was being rather difficult to get apart. A few hours later, I went back, paid, and left with my phone. The battery life was exactly the same as before (maybe half of when it was new) and over the coming months it kept getting worse to the point that my phone no longer worked. I took it to a different phone shop for the battery to be replaced, as I had figured Cell On must have ripped me off and given up on replacing my battery because it was a difficult phone to get apart as they said. I was right, the second shop found the original battery in there, along with a few stripped out screws. The second shop replaced the battery, and now not only does my phone work, but my battery life is also good as new. Cell On took my money, scratched up my phone, stripped out some screws, did NOT replace the battery, and RIPPED ME OFF.

So I got my phone screen replaced about a month ago, and I weng to go to at&t to get the plan on the phone changed. Problem was that they said my security number for my current I phone was different then the one I originally purchased. The manager had told me that every now and then they find that the CellOn customers come in and find that their security code on their current phone isn t matching up with the one that they bought. Now my phone is not matched up to the one I originally bought. So I would just be cautious and read the fine print before you sign anything when you get your screen replaced.

Read this before you buy a screen protector I bought a case and screen protector from cell on the case was 20$ and it worked fine the screen protector was 23$ for the 6 plus looked way to small but he said it was fine one day when I was walking to class my friend ran up and accidentally nocked my phone out of my hand I picked it up and it was completely shattered at the top corner now it continues to crack and I haven t dropped it so I don t recommend the screen protectors but the cases are fine

I had gotten an SD card stuck in my SIM card slot and everywhere else wouldnt touch it or couldnt take it out. Verizon told me theres no way to take it out without damaging the phone. The people at Cellon proved the impossible. I had no idea how they got it out. But they did and my phone is functioning in one piece. Im quite impressed.

I broke the factory screen on my galaxy s6. I took my phone there for a replacement. After about a month it stopped working so I took it in again and was told it had a hairline Crack. I had them replace it again. After a month the screen turned purple and stopped working. They do not offer any warranty. In my opinion the screens they put on are of very low quality but you are charged high quality price. I have since had it replaced by another local businesses that offers a 90 day warranty as long as there is no visible physical damage.
