Never again! I order simple shit like beef fajitas nachos without beans and adios drink. My nachos was sloppy asf plus they still added beans and that s a big NoNo! Also the chips was ghetto asf and random fried tortillas plus they was stale ..and honestly my life could ve been on the line with the beans smh and my drink was too sweet! NEXT TIME DO BETTER AND ACTUALLY PAY ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER ORDER!

This is the first negative review I have posted and I am not normally one to complain but I would hate for someone to waste their money. Burned food, Diablo Shrimp, and they offered to remake for a to go order, I passed as you never know what you get once you bring it to their attention Even the bartender knew it was burned and apologized. They gave me a $3.00 discount Paid a premium for an over priced Patron Margarita. Ask to speak with the Manager, and told she s in the back office, got tired of waiting and let the bartender know I ll let her know what I wanted to speak to her about my experience on Google. Consider yourself warned. Too many other options in Temple for good Mexican food.

The food wasn t bad, but serving mayo mixed with cocktail sauce for the dipping of the bacon wrapped shrimp was unexpected and not enjoyed. The refried beans tasted like some canned varieties I ve had in the past, not bad, just not what I would expect a scratch/original kitchen to be putting out.

Ordered online and they messed up my order...they forgot a whole meal I paid for by not writing it on their ticket, then were rude as ever on the phone when I called them. When I explained what happened the girl who answered just kept saying what do you want me to do about it....no customer service and food had hair in it and was cold. DONT EAT HERE !

Be Sure not to Reserve on Fridays! Our waiter was horrible most ugly service ever I believe her name is Nancy, I am a very understanding person, however the constant eye rolling and the constant push back that we received as a group ,for A BIRTHDAY I must add, and were treated as if we did not know what was being ordered and what was wanted. I did ask to speak to management and the one in charge for the night did make up for the horrible service she gave. He was very professional and apologized profusely and he did turn my mood right back around to enjoy the night that should have been enjoyed since the moment we walked into the restaurant, regardless the situation the eye rolling and push back was not at all necessary, MAYBE Nancy nesesita buscar trabajo en donde NO le cause tanto estres, porque ser mesera, uno debe Siempre dar calidad, and not too mention the instant gratuity that was given to Nancy for her amazing eye roll and pushback, I know my Tab was around $300-$380, so yes for that amount of hard money being spent at a well known restaurant knowing you are going to have a good time one does go in expecting great customer service, but other than that I must say food was good, we did have other Fails but I ll be here all day if I add the rest of the Experience. If you get Nancy make sure to keep it simple when you order and do not expect to get your drinks in a timely manner, but it might be different if you go in with a group of 5 or less, her attitude might just be way better than what we had to experience.

This place was absolutely incredible. The food was fantastic. The service was even better. We pulled in blind and were not disappointed at all. The staff was incredibly accommodating and willing to modify orders as needed. My Wife and I have declared this a new go to for day dates and date nights alike. Also, very family friendly. Terrible!!! -10/10 stars. The food is horrible. We only ate here because of the amazing employees. This establishment should be ashamed of the blatant disrespect the owner shows towards his employees. They don t deserve to be treated so awful and be paid so little. A great cinco de mayo dinner with my crew. Would have been better if they had special entrees and drinks for the occasion in my opinion. I am in town from Dallas for work, staying nearby and have been excited to try this place. I went one night and sat ant the bar for 10 minutes without anyone ancknowleding me or even coming behind the bar. Decided to leave and try again another night - shouldn t have gave them a 2nd chance. I came back the following night and ordered the carnitas queso, it s huge, a portion to share. I was eating it for quite a bit when I started to chew something that wouldn t chew. It was a piece of plastic, just a random sheet of plastic - bigger than a quarter. Waitress apologized and made a new order of queso, excellent. Manager came by and said it happens when you have so many ingredients. At least it wasn t hair . Wait what? lol okay. Queso wasn t terrible but it s just the queso they put on enchiladas - nothing really special about it. I wanted to order some rice to eat with the queso but the waitress spent 20 minutes chatting and sharing pictures on her phone with a table of friends - by the time the waitress came around my queso was cold and I couldn t even use a chip with it. Got the check and they didn t even take off anything for the inconvenience of finding, chewing and nearly eating plastic - at least take the drink off or something. Won t be back - won t recommend - won t be to any other location either. Eeeeck Avoid at all cost. Im sure there is better Mexican food in Temple, TX. Go there.

I am an absolute idiot for giving this place a second chance! this is absolutely the worse place in all Temple or Texas for that matter! We sat for 35 to 40 min and our food NEVER CAME! We order 2 ground beef tacos and 2 soups. Our server never came after our water not even once NO ONE ever came and ask or let us know what was happening NEVER! We got up and left and NO ONE even noticed. It is not the first time we have had bad service here so actually it s on us for even walking in here but it was the only open place at 9pm. The first time I went in I went to the restroom they cleared my table after I told the waitress I was going to the bathroom don t clear my table. Then went in ordered bean and cheese nachos. Just plain CROOKED! We will NOT be coming back, very disappointed with the management and service. We ve come here for years and usually don t have issues. They significantly overcharged us for items and we left a cash tip for greater than 20% and they charged us an additional $7 on our card after the fact.Should have checked the receipt more closely in the restaurant that s our fault. On another note When we arrived, the hostess tried to seat us in the bar area and we asked to be seated in the restaurant area since it s so dark in the bar you can hardly see your food. She seemed irritated that we asked and the wait staff gave us ugly looks as well. She tried to seat us at a dirty table that wasn t cleaned from the previous patron. Our waitress was okay but somewhat forgetful of things we ordered. There were some missing items with our dishes but we never complain about our food or ask for things to be taken back. We ve both worked in food service before so we understand things are not always in your control. What upset us the most was the overcharges and fraudulent actions of this business. Not to mention the overall attitude the staff had with us.

Refried beans were surprisingly spicy. Tacos were fine. Meh on the enchiladas. The sopapillas & churros were doused in syrup, topped with chocolatey syrup, and surrounded by whipped cream. Our chips & salsa arrived seconds before our entrees, and our server was nice but so soft-spoken it was hard for me to hear him. Weve eaten here previously (which is why the spicy beans surprised me), so Im chalking this time up to an off evening. Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs & booster seats.

Very disappointing. Spent over $100.00 and the food was not so great. We have been going there for over 4 yrs. The food was flavorless. Literally. My fajita nachos was completely bland. Alex was our server and he was AMAZING. He was funny and was checking on us a lot and the banter was great. I felt he made good rapport with me and my friend. We had a horrible experience here for dinner with another couple. Three of us got our food, and one waited over 10 minutes after the others to get his order. Of the 3 meals, 2 were seriously cold, and one was lukewarm. When order #4 came, it was stone cold. We asked for the orders to be warmed up, but it was a completely disjointed dinner. I came in and bought chile rellenos I got so sick I started throwing up in the restroom and they didnt care about how I felt or about that I had to go to the hospital because I feel so sick from their food the Chile was was old you could taste it and then the other one that I ordered was good there was one that was bad there was one that was good and I chased it and I tasted the differences and I got really sick and they didnt care they made me pay for everything they didnt care that I have to pay for the hospital cuz I dont have insurance they didnt care about how I was doing they didnt ask me about how I was doing they have no heart or no soul I got video of them only caring about them and they didnt care about how I was doing they didnt care about how I had to go to the hospital I got it all and its going on Facebook and YouTube and everything else because its the truth I also left all the food because I was so scared that I would get even more sick from their food so I literally paid for a ton of food that I didnt even take home they didnt care

We had a party of five and four of the orders were incorrect. The food was fine. The prices are higher than some others close by so the food and service have to be on a higher level as. They just fell short. $15 for nachos, adding a surcharge for not paying cash, and then tax+tip cost me $21 for nachos at lunch. It s going to be a pass for me from now on. Too many others do it better.

Great food! We ordered Mexican Salad, with chicken fajita meat, taco salad, margarita and beer. The chips and taco salad shell were fresh, crunchy, perfect thickness and not too salty, superb. Salads were great. I eat Keto and beans were on Mexican salad. Next time will order Chicken Salad. Ratios of ingredients were just right. Salad was shredded into good sizes without needing to cut it up. Margaritas were well done. Only complaint is that the music was a little loud. Dietary restrictions: Keto

Some of the Best Breakfast Ive had in ages. Had the Huevos Divorciados with a side of Cactus. The red and Green salsa was perfect, right amount of kick, and the cactus is probably the best in Central Texas. Give it a try! Food
