Great environment, super clean, great refreshing tasting products, the customer service was super amazing!! Zyaesjah was super sweet , id definitely go back for her !! she was super awsome and patient. I have a super bad allergy to strawberries, so she made sure that i watched her make it and was super patient with me (i had gotten food poising from another smoothie place before so i was a bit scared to try smoothie king), anyway she was great and i wish all customer service experiences were just like that!!

I LOVED the environment, friendlyness and cleanliness of the place, i went a little over a month ago but im just not putting in a review but the customer service was excellent, zyaesjah was so patient with me and helped me find my ideal smoothie as it was my first time ! i felt super refreshed and energized after the smoothie and i just all in all enjoyed that experience, she got me to download the app and since then ive saved up 17$!! zyaesjah just really made me feel important!! Kid-friendliness: it is extremely kid friendly , board games and toys all over! Wheelchair accessibility: super open and the employees are super patient!

Have a banana allergy. My husband ordered my smoothie, triple checked with them to verify they took the banana out, they said yes. He brought it home and I drink one sip - tongue swelling up. Called them and they did say sorry which we appreciate, but wouldn t recommend this place to anyone with allergies.

This is the worst Smoothie King Ive been to. The lady was so rude. I asked for an extra cup, and she said no because it was for inventory and that shed have to charge me for a small cup. This is the first time Ive heard of that. Charging for a cup and the attitude of the lady made this the worst experience. 7:45 p.m., August 4. I m never coming back here.

Bunch of kids clocking in for a paycheck. I have a problem everytime I come here. Attitude. Bad service. Have to scream at the intercom for them to hear your order. Also extremely inconsistent. Im not really sure how to explain our experience. We ordered two very simple smoothies and they only gave us one smoothie originally. The first smoothie was not the right ingredients, we asked to sub out milk for apple juice, due to lactose intolerance, but there was definitely milk in it. Not a good look if there was a more serious allergy. Either way, the attendant seemed very confused by our simple requests and seemed fed up even though we were very patient and explained our simple order several times. Both smoothies were the wrong size. Not a big deal and we didnt mention it. I did ask if there was apple juice instead of milk. I was told yes, which was untrue. After asking for my second smoothie I was given it with an attitude and told to just take it after I asked if it was the one I ordered. Weird experience considering we werent argumentative at all. I understand food service is a stressful job, and I even worked at a smoothie shop as a teen myself, but this location wasnteven busy and we just ordered two simple smoothies. I was confused by the attitude and stress this caused the drive-thru attendant.

I always go get a PB Swizzle bowl after the gym and it s usually full and worth the $11. I asked for extra peanut butter in one and the other how it comes.They handed me the bowls neither had one with extra peanut butter and had to ask again. Then the one to the right was less than half it had more toppings than the actual açaí smoothie. The girl told me that was normal . Not worth the $11. Highly disappointed as I go there all the time and it s always full.

Ive stopped at the drive-through about a half-dozen times on the way to work lately. The service is incredibly slow, and I suspect that theyre consistently under-staffed. I love their smoothies though, so if Im craving one, I plan accordingly. Plan to wait in line at the drive-through at least 15-20 minutes if you go early in the morning on weekdays.

This is one of the absolutely slowest places I have ever come to get something. There is no situation where it should take over 20 minutes to get a smoothie. And absolutely no reason a person should sit at the drive through menu waiting to even order for over 10 minutes. This location has gone downhill ever since it opened and something to needs to be done about it. The only adult even working was less than competent and zero help to the 16 year old worker.

My daughter asked if I could get her a smoothie because she wasn t feeling well and thought she might feel better with one. I ve never been to a Smoothie King so I figured sure, why not? What a cool little place! The inside vibes are like a coffee bar without the burned bean smell. Cool chairs, board games, cool decor. The drink I bought (I wanted one too) was the Mixed Berry Immune Builder. Such a good choice! The drink was smooth, tasted like fresh fruit, and no funky aftertaste. Really good! The people were super friendly too. Definitely worth a stop in when you have time or if you are in a hurry, hit the drive through.

Every time we go, they are closed. Even during what is supposed to be their open hours. Ive never been inside because the door is always locked. In the rare chance we do get a smoothie, they have always been great but service is miserable. Today, we decided to get a smoothie for breakfast after not having been in months. Drive up and some girl looks like shes trying to break in. She tells us she is the first one there and its going to be awhile before they are even ready to open.

I come to Smoothie King several times per week. It never fails, at least once (sometimes more) per week the staff has trouble hearing what I order at the drive-up menu. Im asked to repeat myself once, twice, sometimes 4 times. I understand the many factors at play with noise pollution from cars/trucks, blenders inside, voice projection, etc. My suggestion is that mgmt/ownership look into this issue. There could be an issue with the intercom or headsets. The franchise is missing out on revenue because the staff cannot hear what is being ordered correctly. I went by today, ordered a 32 oz Mango Strawberry w/ Sunwarrior Protein enhancement. When I got my receipt, the enhancement was not on the ticket nor was it in my smoothie.

Great customer service! I dont like coffee but my favorite drink is the Hulk Coffee with Expresso! They never fail at making it delicious! I highly recommend trying! They also have some deliciouse fruit bowls, they never disappoint! And if you like them, I recommend getting the app, every so often they will reward you free samples and coupons. I got the app like 2 months ago and I have received 2 free samples and 3 coupons, each of $2 off.

Got the peanut butter power plus (chocolate), my normal order at smoothie king. Got a large cuz its so yummy, but this time it tasted really bad. I ordered a smoothie to be delivered. 1 hour later and no smoothie. I decide to call the store. I called the store over 5 times and no one answered. The call went to a voicemail where I could not leave a message. Due to delivery fees and tip, 1 smoothie costs me $20 yet I never received it. I love Smoothie King and have bought from there many many times but I will NEVER order delivery again. (I work from home and needed a good pick me up and couldnt leave. This is why I ordered delivery.) I hope someone sees this so maybe they can message me and I can get a refund! (Update) I finally got ahold of someone and he said, the delivery people is responsible not us. I explained to the guy that I ordered it through their ap.
