I decided to give it a try because it looked like it would be good and it did not disappoint, I tried a scoop of the churro ice cream and it was a perfect balance of cinnamon and sugar flavors. The ice cream doesnt feel gross or heavy after eating it and this is huge for me since I usually struggle with lactose intolerance with most things but this didnt bother me at all! The guy at the desk was very informative with the menu, we ate inside and the atmosphere was not too loud or dark. I loved it!

New one opened up on loop 281 so I thought I would give it a try. I was completely disappointed and won t be back. I got the mint chocolate chip that had 1 chip and couldn t taste the mint at all. Got what butter pecan caramel crunch and that was also a complete waste. Nothing but vanilla ice cream. That was a lot of money down the toilet for tasteless ice cream.

First time to finally check out the sweet little ice cream shop! Super friendly service and I loved all the flavors choices and options. I had the Luck of the Irish and it wasn t my favorite as the marshmallows were chewier than I expected but I ll be back for sure to try all the different flavors. It is pricey for one small scoop but I think the next time we come we ll bring the kids and try the flight which would make it worth it!

The best ice cream I have ever had and ice cream is my reason to live. Everything was so good I do not know that I could recommend just one. My advice is to get a flight. You get to try six different ice creams. I say that I highly recommend trying the Mexican Hot Chocolate and the Latte.

Wild Honey is fantastic! They have a good core flavor lineup, but their seasonal flavors are where they really shine. Bourbon Bacon ice cream? Apple Pie ice cream? Yes, please! The texture of the ice cream is also far superior to most mom-and-pop ice cream places... very smooth and creamy. Highly recommended! P.S.: Complete your visit to Downtown Longview with Silver Grizzly coffee or Oil Horse brewery, both a short stroll away.

This place has been very disappointing. I used to love this ice cream shop, but it seems that since the new manager was hired everything started going downhill. The prices of everything on the menu have gone up and the stores environment feels more strict and almost corporate-like instead of the cozy local business I used to be able to relax in. Id love for this to change again for the better, but unfortunately I cant see this happening with some of the recent decisions the management has made. edit to clarify the corporate-like feel: every time Im in the shop with the new manager, Katy I believe her name is, shell be just sitting at one of the tables while bossing the other employees around. This isnt something that had happened at all before Katy started working.

I am blown away by the quality and variety of flavors this place has to offer. Ever thing I sampled was great and it was so hard to pick just one. I ended up with this amazing flavorful creamy ice cream with bacon in it! Next time I ll get pictures but this time I just enjoyed this delicious treat. The staff is friendly and quick. There is plenty of seating and a cute little patio outside too. This place is a must stop in Downtown Longview.

We went, for our first time, on their 1 year anniversary a few weeks ago, and it was absolutely the best ice cream I have ever tasted. I love ice cream too... they have some really great flavors, such as the Silver Grizzly Latte ice cream. That...was...the...BOMB!!!! Their waffle cones are homemade as well, which as you may know, are a bit hard to master. Undercook and they will not hold up to the task... overcook and they are just a burned mess... these were perfection at its finest. If ever in town, I highly recommend them for dessert after dinner... or just for a mid day treat! Great job Wild Honey! See yall soon for another double scoop cone.... ;)

I have had a lot of ice cream. Not enough to say Im an expert or a connoisseur, but I can distinguish between whats good and not so good. Wild Honey makes some of the absolute BEST ice cream I have ever had at a small creamery! They make their ice cream correctly with no icey particles or air pockets. The flavor of each ice cream is very rich and distinctive amongst the regular and seasonal options. I have no shame in saying that I come here as often as I can and take some pints back home to Katy with me in my cooler.

Absolutely loved this place! They carry unique flavors, everything tasted homemade even the waffle cones where amazing. I think the price you pay for the ice cream is way worth it since you are paying for quality and quality requires time and good ingredients. I wouldn t expect to pay any less for the this wonderful product they are producing. This is not fast food quality so don t expect to pay fast food prices. We are definitely coming back!
