The employees were talking, joking and having a good time. What wasnt cool was they sone were cussing. It wasnt eavesdropping they were loud enough it could be heard across the dining area. Im an adult but you dont want to hear that after a long day. While trying to enjoy a meal.

How is this place open? Didn t even eat here so can t judge the food. Walked in and the girl at the counter was talking to a friend and there was no acknowledgment, they just kept TALKING and we stood there waiting. There was another couple there and the man was waiting for her to finish as well, he waiting on ice cream that she didn t make because she was talking. After her friend finally left she asked the man what he needed and she said oh yeah and walked away. Her other co workers also ignored us so we just left.

Lol, ordered a large new york cheesecake blizzard and when I got it, it looked really good. As I was eating it, I maybe had 3 good chunks of cheesecake with some strawberry flavor. But as I was eating it I started to notice there was no cheesecake or strawberry at all in the rest of the cup. Literally the very top of my blizzard had what I asked for, but 95% of it was just plain vanilla icecream. Better be glad I didn t drive back up there, I ll just go to sonic from now on. Ridiculous.

This DQ was recently remodeled, and the inside looks great. Today we went through the drive thru for ice cream and slush. Ive noticed this location offers more ice cream flavors than the other on 31st St (like cherry pie). Great ice cream and service! Unfortunately, today they said they didnt have slush. Not sure if this is for today or always. I got a cherry Sprite. :)

Doing some remodeling so only the drive-thru was open. I absolutely detest drive-throughs. Especially when I was just after a chocolate malt and had to wait for hamburgers and other food to be prepared for the cars in line in front of me. This is the worst dairy queen i have gone too. On 2 separate occasions we have tried this location and both times we have left disappointed. on the 1st occasion i went and order 2 blizzards, my husband asked for chocolate added to his they told him that they do not have chocolate to add. the 2nd occasion i went and ordered a basket now at other location like the ones in cleburne they will let you split it half steak half chicken they told me that they coundnt do that okay fine. so i then asked for 2 blizzards again a thin mint and health, we were told they had no chocolate, no mint to be added to the blizzards. I left without getting anything, the worst employees they were rude both times. the drive thru is a nightmare i had to wait to leave without anything for 3 cars to finish. I ended up going to freddys and they had everything that we wanted and it tasted amazing we will chose freddys over dairy queen everytime now. its worth the extra 10 min

Visiting from about 2 hours out of town. Ordered online and then called and they did not answer. Couldn t not get through after trying to call back. I paid extra for nacho cheese sauce and ended up getting ranch instead. Arrived 10 minutes later and was in line for about 20 more minutes or more. Got to the window and my food wasn t even ready. Another 3-4 minutes. When I received my food, it was cold and not crispy. Definitely will never go back. A bunch of kids that didn t know what they were doing.

I usually like DQ. I think things have changed in fast food industry since the pandemic. I dont want to be too harsh but all fast food restaurants suck badly. Employees dont care any longer and theyre rude at times. Not sure I blame them but Im paying more for worse service and food. I won t be going back to this location. I ordered 5 tacos and they where so skimpy on the meat it was more lettuce & the cheese had that weird nasty smell to it like it was going or was already bad. I had to take the cheese off because if I tried to bite that taco smelling like that I would have puked or gotten sick. I also ordered 3 kids chicken meals and the gravy was so runny idk if they add water to it or something I m just not sure. Iv had way better quality food from other Dairy Queen s then this one. The one star was earned with there blizzards my boys where happy with those:)! & their fries where hot. The lady s where very nice but with 5 tacos they still charge for sour cream and that s crazy because there tacos are expensive enough already and definitely not worth the buy from this location
