I have had a horrible experience with Lowes in Longview, On September 4th, I opened a credit card with Lowes. I bought a refrigerator and two doors. We waited to have them all delivered until be got back from vacation. Upon delivery, there was no fridge with our doors. I called customer service, after wasting a whole Saturday waiting on the fridge. They informed me that they didnt have it at the store. Supposedly, they ordered it and I waited, yet again, DAYS to receive my fridge, only to hear them say that the delivery wouldnt happen because my card was declined. I called customer service AGAIN, and they informed me that my card had been declined. Lowes in Longview double charged the card, so it was over the credit limit. I am very angry and have cancelled my order, Im returning my doors and I have cancelled my card. This is my last encounter with Lowes. What a shame.

If your customer has a pro account and orders literally lumber by the truck loads and a particular Lowes being longview, refuses to honor the price match promise... And the so called supervisor on September 28 2024 around 6 pm Said they do not honor the price match promise...showed no concern of losing a loyal customer..when Marshall TX Lowes was friendly and absolutely does honor the advertisement of the price match promise. Very very disappointed with Longview Lowes.

Trying to get appliance installers Lowes uses to correct their installation error has been a nightmare. Been waiting 3 weeks for installers to come back out to address error they made that weve been told could cause fire and still no call from installers. Feel like the can is being kicked down the road back and forth with Lowes & installers.

I just wanted to say how disappointed I am at Longview Tx Lowes. I purchased a $12,500 Golf cart there and have had the worst service ever. 1. Took forever to get my keys and title 2. An hour later found out the golf cart was broke 3. Got another golf cart that was twice as much 4. Lowes didnt sign the title 5. Took to Lowes to get signed and 2 days later still dont have it signed 6. They never, I mean never answer the phones. So now I have to leave and drive 3 hrs to go back to see if my title is finally signed. Absolutely horrible service.

Lowes in Longview is a complete and utter dump. The parking lot was littered with trash everywhere and the store had nothing that showed to be in stock when looking online. The employees were clueless on what they were selling. We would not be back to this location for anything.

Recently purchased a MAYTAG DISHWASHER on the mobile app from the Longview store. The new dishwasher was shipped to the store, delivered and installed all within a week of the order. The professional installer FRED that came to our home did a GREAT JOB! The store as a whole is great. My complaint is the hot water department. You have one brand to choose from, T. O. Smith, which is a bad buy. Dont waste your money nothing but problems. Sad part , you cant take it back to store. Next time we need a water heater. Home Depot here I come.

Today is 5/20/2023, I couldnt find the string, so I stopped at the paint, and asked where I could find the string and the Employee told me.. ITS Not In the Paint, can you say RUDE. I just spent all most 1000.00 dollars in that store today, For Rudeness.I am not good enough to get a credit card, but I am Good enough for Rudeness, a month ago, I spent over $2000.00 dollars on a lawnmower..still not good enough for a little nice help... WOW The last time I went into the store the employee was too busy to help me, because they were having conversations with each other. This time, I wanted to buy a weed eater/blower combo, the sales paper that was hanging right in front of the combo said $179., on sales, I was told to take a picture of it because it didnt scan for that price, mg came and said let me go look, even when I showed him the picture, he NEVER CAME BACK, I am not HAPPY at all

2 workers (at different times today) stopped to ask if I needed anything, I tried to show them my phone of what I was looking they turned and walk away from me. Then 2 other workers saw me looked so lost and frustrated, I looked at them they laughed at me without even asking me if I needed help. So I leave and never come back. Worst experience ever with a major purchase. Spent over $4000 on appliances here. The refrigerator crapped out in a year and a half. Tried to file a warranty claim, but got the run around for over a year. By the time they FINALLY scheduled an inspection for repair, I d already bought another refrigerator (definitely NOT from Lowes). But it s fine, since their repairman didn t show up anyway. Same story with the dishwasher. It lasted 2 years, then died. And these are name brand appliances. LG refrigerator and Whirlpool dishwasher. When the repair man for the dishwasher showed up, four days after we were told he would, he was a local guy who had been subcontracted on the day we were told to expect someone to show up, and to be sure someone is there to meet them between the hours of 8am and 5 pm . Because taking day off of work doesn t cost me money or anything. Screw Lowes. I ll pay more elsewhere just to avoid shopping at this place.

Lowes has always been my choice over Home Depot. For a number of reasons, but Ill just stick with the more important ones. Home Depot is a copycat. Lowes was here long before and I worked at Lowes for 5 years, met my first wife there, and a great deal of lifelong friends. Home Depot uprooted a community to place their store next door. I cant seem to ever find anything there and I just feel as though Lowes has a better customer service team all around.

I did not catch her name, but the lady who helped me today in the plumbing section find the lowest price pieces to build a bow stand out of 1 1/2 pvc was extremely helpful and patient. After explaining what my project was and her realizing I did not need pressure rated fittings, she took my list, did her research, and help me build my project at the lowest cost. I truly wish I remembered her name, she was the most helpful and tentative associate I believe I have ever experienced.

There box truck delivery service is real bad. Its a third party and if anything happens to your things good luck. Id advise you to get it picked up by someone or pick it up yourself...help is low staff, management will ignore your calls if he doesnt feel like talking to you...cashiers are being deleted...they want you to use self checkout thats why lil to no cashiers when you want them..the employees that have been there a long time are wonderful thats one plus..

I just spent 6000 dollars on a fridge, a washer on dryer, and a stove from these guys. The people they have deliver it, were angry, rude, and smashed parts of my walls up to get the fridge in. Thats not the problem. the problem is the fridge got broken in the process. Lowes offered a new one, or could send somebody to repair it. we said repair is fine. the repair guy came and said the delivery guy bent the fridge and the door will not adjust properly. So we call lowes back? they said sorry its been 48 hours, and we can no longer replace your fridge. im in the middle of filing a lawsuit. go to home depot, customer service alone makes it worth while. i used to work at lowes and im blown away at how i was just treated. i could spit flames right now i am IRATE

9/24/23 - Rating hasnt really changed. Five customers waiting for the one cashier working on a Sunday afternoon, so I used the self-checkout registers. I needed help and a lady was there leaning against a checkstand. She helped by telling me how to do it myself next time. She never smiled and when I said Thanks, she didnt say anything back - not your welcome, not no problem...she just walked away. Why are these people miserable at work? I can only say what I am thinking every time in this store. I am lucky if I find someone to help me find the aisle for what I am looking for. They usually just point and name an aisle number. I never get help finding the exact product or expert knowledge required to use it properly. They have their own internal survey but most people give them a 10 because they pass out a little note that says any score less than a 9 equates to zero. I didnt give them a 10. Most people wouldnt if they were honest.

Never, I repeat NEVER purchase anything from Lowes. I purchased a refrigerator, washer, and dryer on Saturday. Delivered Sunday outside of delivery window. Working on house so didnt get to appliances until Monday to discover all 3 damaged. Called and reported damage and told would be taken care of. Thats when the real problems started. I have been on the phone and at the store everyday all day talking to store, warehouse, delivery, and corporate to no avail. This afternoon actually had ASM bow up to me and get in my face instigating like he wanted me to take a swing tell me theres nothing he can do and thats how it is. I have tried numerous times to get the district managers number and even corporate wont give it to me. I hate to complain like this because I know the store manager and hes a great guy and manager but very little hes allowed to do. I do expect him to discuss the ASMs attitude with him. Im at a loss for words how poorly the warehouse and delivery has handled this. They actually did replace the refrigerator yesterday, with wrong one. By the time I noticed the delivery guys were gone and wouldnt answer when I called back. I have been hung up on, transferred to dead air nobody there connections and waited on hold 30 minutes at a time numerous times. I have been told I would receive a call back numerous times which happened once others either never happened or they called back then hung up when I answered. All in all Lowes has wasted nearly an entire week of my time. I still have 2 damaged appliances and one of lesser value and not what I purchased. I have had some bad customer service issues with companies before but never to the extent of this. What really gets me is the warehouse and delivery tries to make it a worse experience than it should ever be. My health and mental well-being is suffering from this at this point and Im left to let Lowes do whatever they damn well please because I have no recourse and they know this. I understand you pander to your stockholders but its customers that keep your stores open. #boycottlowes
