Very hard to complete and solve because you cant ask for clues when walkie talkie is locked up . Coudnt solve the riddle to unlock that.

My group went last Saturday and at first we had a great time. It s a simple and quaint Escape Room experience, but they made due with what they had. However, the TV for times and clues stopped working early on in the game. We had to walkie talkie for a clue, but did not receive any response. We kept trying until I believe the owner (middle aged woman, seemed family operated), stormed in. She was very rude and acted as if we were interrupting her day. Exclaiming she had other games going on and for us to stop communicating through the walkie. She calmed down when we told her our TV is broken and we can t hear her. We paid for the experience and wanted a response on a clue because it s timed. It killed the mood for our whole group and we ended up not finishing. As a business owner, if you can t handle a busy Saturday that s on you, don t freak out on paying customers. I would never go back nor would I recommend this place.

..it started out okay but then the older lady working was impatient and rude. We had a group of 8 and paid $162.00 but she spoke to us as if we were inconveniencing her when we asked for clues..:( I don t recommend.

The room was so much fun. We were a little disappointed because we have to wait 40 minutes after our start time before it was our turn. The group before us, which delayed our start time. I feel the should have had to reschedule.

We had a great time! My mom had never done an escape room before and was a little apprehensive, but when we were done she said she had a blast and was ready to do it again. Everyone was friendly, and the room was just the right difficulty. Thanks for everything!

Had my 13 yr olds birthday here. They were so helpful, patient and so much fun. Unlike other escape rooms they were also accepting of all ages so my whole family got to join the fun. The room was great and the waiting area was given to us to set up as a party room which was also decorated so everything was included for a low price. We will be coming back again soon. Highly recommended.

Id rather go to Escapology. We did the Murder Mystery here and the whole experience seemed like a bust. First, they dont offer any refreshments. Didnt even have some water. Second, the clues are not even clues. Its a game of chance. There is no cohesiveness or flow. No wonder they give unlimited help. You will definitely need it a lot. So what fun is that? It got to be very frustrating and not much fun by the end. And not browbeating the host, but we had to ask to have our picture taken. The energy and atmosphere was just so underwhelming. Go to Escapology. Amazing experience there.

This place is SO wonderful and fun!!! We did the murder mystery room as a group of 8 adults with our friends and had an absolute BLAST! It definitely uses a lot of critical thinking skills along with creativity and thinking outside of the box. Each individual in our diverse group enjoyed it. They not only let us bring our toddler and infant but were very hospitable toward them as well. Their group rate/discount is also great and very appreciated. Don t miss out on this wonderful locally owned business! 10/10 recommend!

This was so much fun. My kids really enjoyed it and it was worth the money! The owner and Adam are wonderful and very friendly. Their ultimate goal is to make you have a great experience. Its nice for adults and/or kids of any age as along as you will be with them to help them out. I highly recommend it. A+++++++++++

I took a big group for my son 16tg birthday on September 18th here, and it was beyond fun. The ladies who were working were beyond amazing. Great customer service, very sweet and very helpful. If you have not tried this place out, you should definitely give it a go.

Very horrible!!!!!! We had an appointment at 11:15am and on the website it states to arrive 10 minutes my family was here 30 minutes early. They are suppose to open at 9am on Saturday but no one was here. We call the owner of the Tyler escape room she was unapologetic and stated have you ever been late on your job! Never come to this place save your money!!! Bad customer service and late!

This place is a great place for a corporate or family event the more people the more fun youll have. Make sure you bring your a-game and youre thinking hat. because youre going to need it. No spoiler alert hear you just got to try for yourself. If you make it to the end the clues and the prizes get better and better. I love the grand finale at the end. I would have to give a good job and the kudos to the game master he was very kind helpful and customer service was really good. The details to the game room was great.

Overall we had an enjoyable weeknight experience. Both the owner and the staff member were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. The facility was clean and well maintained, however, we found the room to be somewhat boring, for lack of a better word. The only puzzles in the room were to open various types of combination locks, which was not what we expected. Overall, we were not disappointed but were very neutral in the experience.

If there was a way to rank this place a zero I would. Made plans to escape with 3 friends tonight, and the place was closed. This is after we called this afternoon to confirm our appointment at 6:30pm ( we were there 20 minutes early, and waited until 6:45). When our phone call was finally returned, the man tried giving us someone else s number to call. This is poor service all around. Will never be back!
