First time here. Went around 1pm not much people we figured it was perfect for my children to enjoy games.(heavily raining). We got seated and waited, waited and waited and saw the servers walking around, but we never got acknowledged like no one came to serve. Realize 35 minutes had passed by... Decided to step out and went to Bubbas across the street. No opinion on the food wasnt able to taste but the menu looks pretty pricey for basic food. Regardless a family of 4 got to pay $90 at bubbas. Thanks for the experience Dave& Busters. Guess customers here are not much of a priority.

Food is delicious , I had the naked bone in wings, OMG! They were amazing and oh so mouth watering!! Cooked to absolute perfection BUT we couldnt enjoy any of the games aired on the tvs because they were letting all these little kids run around screaming! Couldnt enjoy our food nor the games. Isnt that why parents have other choices to take kids to like Chuck e cheese, Peter piper pizza, McDonalds?? Next time Ill order my food to go. Couldnt order drinks or dessert because kids were annoying

The games are very good, thats the positive, the negative is that it took a long time to serve the food, not to mention the soft drinks, they took a long time, I dont know why they dont have a soda fountain, every time you ask the waitress for a soft drink they take a long time and Above all, you see the inconvenience in serving you. It was a party where there were 15 to 20 people, including children, and the truth is that it is not cheap and the treatment was very bad.

I wish I could give the service a 0. Horrible staff from the moment you walk in you are greeted by a clearly unhappy hostess, you are then put in the back corner of the restaurant and forgotten. Waitresses would look at our table then just walk by, after an hour of waiting and never even getting our drinks ordered we left. Never coming here again

We went here to watch the Golf Masters tournament on TV. It wasnt showing when we arrived but two of the employees got it going on one of the TV sets and gave us stable right in front of it. We had a great lunch and s few beers with no hassles from staff for the 2.5 hours we were there.

We attended tonight. Our food took over 40 minutes to arrive, our drinks were constantly empty and never refilled, and the food was cold and tasteless. When we spoke to the woman in the bar area which seemed like a manager, she had a terrible attitude and talked down to us as if we were in the wrong. We expect no freebies just what we pay for. That is the problem with the service industry today, that they seem to think that they are doing us a favor when in fact we are paying for a service. We still tipped our waitress 40% btw as it was not her fault.

Food was cold and overpriced, the games are too expensive we spent over 110 for 2 adults, 1 kid food and play. We ended up with 152 tokens after paying 40 bucks to play, my son walked out with a few cheap Chinese finger traps. This is a horrible black hole that vacuums up your money. I will never come back. Is this burger worth $15? I dont think so. My dining experience at Dave and Busters was a huge letdown. The lettuce bun, in particular, was a perplexing choice that didnt work at all. We had chosen this restaurant based on online information about various vegan options, but the reality was quite different. Supposedly, all Dave and Busters locations should offer a wheat bun without egg or milk, but this particular one did not. This was a disappointment, especially considering the number of people with egg or milk allergies. Whats even more baffling is that they offer two different vegan patties, the Impossible burger and another one, but they lack a suitable bun to complete the burger. Normally, we would have a substantial meal before going to a location with limited vegan options, but due to the promising online information, we didnt. As a result, we were left quite hungry, as the meal provided was far from satisfying. This might have been around 200 calories, while we expected a meal closer to 600-700 calories. We resorted to ordering two side orders of fries to alleviate our hunger temporarily, but the overall experience was disappointing. I would suggest that this Dave and Busters location follows what other branches do and offers at least one vegan bun option. That would be greatly appreciated. Credits: Regarding the pricing, games at Dave and Busters are quite expensive, ranging from $1.07 to $1.60 per game, depending on the credits purchased. Some games that usually yield decent tickets didnt provide many here. For instance, Skee-Ball only gave a few tickets, around 2 to 5 per game when we played. The best ticket-earning games were the ones where you toss rings onto bottles and some others in that section. On average, we earned about 70 to 80 tickets per 8-credit game. Tickets: To accumulate enough tickets for a 1,000-ticket prize, it costs around $20 if youre solely focused on the prize. We brought our 16-month-old with us and were determined to leave with a Yoshi. We spent $75 on credits and managed to win a 2,200-ticket prize, which turned out to be a big Pikachu. However, only about half of the games we played awarded tickets, which was a disappointing realization. Many games that typically give tickets didnt do so at this location. While Im an avid gamer and have visited many arcades across the country, I found this one to be decent, but the ticket rewards were hit or miss depending on the game. If youre eyeing the Oculus prize at 150,000 tickets, be prepared to spend around $2,000 to win the $500 VR system. Each $100 reward can yield an average of 7,500 tickets if you focus on the big-ticket games, so its not the most cost-effective choice. Despite the issues with tickets, everything else about this location was fantastic. Our server was wonderful, despite not knowing the ingredients of most items and the absence of buns. She went out of her way to assist us. We spent hours playing games, even though they are quite overpriced. For a birthday party, its acceptable. To Dave and Busters, if youre going to offer a lettuce bun, please make sure its substantial enough to replace what should be in the bun already. Vegetarian options: VERY LACKING :( The review covers our challenges but they did not have a vegan bun option and lettuce wraps are simply insulting if are hungry and want a meal. Dietary restrictions: Lacking. No egg free or milk free buns. Kid-friendliness: So much fun, just dont forget the credit card. :)

1st time here and it was soon amazing, Erika our waitress was the very best, helped us with food and drink choices and explained everything just perfect. Kid-friendliness: Amazing choices for them and games for kids are super fun

That place has improved so much form the time I worked there love the environment the games are always so much fun to bad they took away time crisis other then that love the bar food keep up the good work guys
