Way over priced. $9-$12 for a chili dog. For $10 i can get buns hotdogs chili and cheese and make 16 chili cheese dogs. Dont understand why people think they can charge so much for a hotdog. Ridiculous, exactly why james coney iland is going out of business. In response to your response. You can even go to costco get an all beef 1/4lb hotdog and a soda for $1.50 they sell just the hotdogs there. In large packs. They stick 2 past the bun on both sides. They seem to be able to sell them for $1.50 with a drink. No chili or cheese but for the extra $10 i will go without and have a drink lol.

My expectations for this was high. I will never never come back to this place again. The hot dog was burnt was not spicy. Which is what I paid for this season? Fries were barely seasoned. The only thing that was good was the mango lemonade. And thats because they didnt make it. I would give this a 5 star review. I wouldnt feed this to pigs.

The workers were nice and the vibe was good at moosa colony but the hot dog was just not it! The sausage was not tasty at all. It was just too salty and it was very soft and squishy. Hot dog meat is suppose to be a little hard not hard that u can t chew but a little hard. I ve tried their food before about a year ago and it was much better. They have to get the right choice of sausage. There are many halal sausages out there. I think they are just going with a cheaper option

Oh wow I haven t had to go food in general and specifically a hot dog this good in a while. My husband and I tried the mad dog and it was so delicious! We admit we went during emptier hours so maybe that s why we had an amazing experience. I will be back soon. Thank you!

Do not waste your time driving to this location. They don t understand their own menu that they offer on uber eats. I drove all the way from galleria area because they state they have a buy one get one free offer on most dogs and i was doing Uber eats pickup as i have an uber eats gift card. They pretended to have a hard time understanding English and what the offer was on Uber eats. I was asking for a few customizations which is why i came in person needless to say I m still hungry frustrated and wasted my time but as u can imagine i kept my money. Good luck guys! *update* to clarify if it wasn t clear i was going to place the order on uber eats i just wanted to add mustard and relish to the hot dogs but the language barrier helped me keep my money and i ordered from burger joint!

I just had their chopped cheese loaded fries from Mad Burgers, and I am severely disappointed. It s too oily, theres minimal sauce and cheese, and when I say minimal I think this is the least amount of sauce I ve ever received on a loaded fry. Usually this place is good with their other items, but this was a complete miss. I truly hope that they just messed up my order because I do wish the best for them.

Been waiting for a halal hot dog place and love this spot. Hot dogs are good. Sides are way too overpriced. On our visit someone forgot to add ketchup on a kids hot dog and it took a good while to get someone s attention. Really wish I could visit more but At $17 pp it s way too expensive . Got a card that asked for a review in return for a discount. Not sure who to contact for it. So if the owner or manager sees this please let me know because I definitely want to visit again but not with those prices

I got the Mad Dog which wad delicious and the fries where good too. The reason why I couldnt give 5 starts was because the elote corn was an absolute disaster. It is described as having cilantro and lime. Instead I got corn with bell pepper in it. It was absolutely disgusting. But I would definitely order again for the hotdogs and fries.

I came here with some high expectations but could not have been more disappointed. I ordered the Chili Cheese Loaded Fries for about $12. These tasted so bad I couldn t get past the first bite. The fries are cheap and soggy, cheese is completely cold and unmelted, and the chili is burnt and tastes disgusting. It has almost no flavor, and a nasty aftertaste. Killed the mood for me. Portions are tiny as well and overpriced.

CHECK YOUR BAG! This place is intent on shorting you so make sure you got what you paid for. I ve come here 3x and usually order the elote, which is absolutely delicious. However, the 3rd time, we ordered chopped cheese fries which comes with beef and mad dog sauce, a burger which comes with cheese and sauce and toppings, a side of fries, and 2 lemonades. Our bag was knotted tight so we made the mistake of not checking our food before leaving. First, they didn t give us our drinks. We go back and request them and they give us only 1. I pointed out that we paid for two and the guy wants to argue about how many drinks we ordered when it clearly says 2 on the receipt. He gave us the 2nd drink and we left. Upon opening our food at home, we noticed they did not give us the side of fries we paid extra for, there was barely any mad dog sauce on the mad dog fries, it was mostly a big pile of fries with a little beef on top. And there were no toppings on the burger, only cheese, and it was a very small burger. It seemed intentional that they shorted us on purpose especially after the back and forth about the 2 drinks we paid for. We will not be going back.

Mad Dogs has become a favorite spot for my wife and me. Weve been there twice now, and both times were excellent. My wife says the hot dogs are fantastic. We also tried their new smashburgers, and they did not disappoint. The burgers have a great crispy crust, it was amazing. We cant wait to go back!

Elote fries were so good, make sure to add the lime for that xtra twist. The brisket hot dog was loaded with brisket, it was very tasty and a very good portion. I only wish the hot dog was hotter tempature wise as I like my food hot

Ordered two double smash burgers on Uber eats $13.99 each. Burger was really tasty but extremely disappointed that the burger. I didnt know they were buns would be kid size. Luckily it was a bogo deal on UE or else paying $26 for two tiny sliders would of been worse.I got jipped. Other smash burger spots got it right (hotline, bodega, etc).

I m sorry, but this was terrible! I ordered the chili cheese dogs. They were dry and the cheese wasn t even melted. It was expensive af. The meat had a kind of tart taste. It was either blackened or burnt. The bread was soft and fresh but it wasn t worth it. Save your money and go anywhere else.

Mad Dogs is not only Mad for you but it s made for you! I came here on a sunny spring Friday for lunch, with a slight breeze in the air. I ve been to this food truck colony before but hadn t had a chance to try Mad Dogs, so I was excited. Service is quick and efficient, with ordering fine from a screen. The cook in the truck was polite and customer friendly. The dogs themselves were delicious. The Mad Dog was good and crunchy, with the crispy onions. The honey mayo, sriracha, curry ketchup and cream cheese all blended well for a sweet but savory taste. This dog is somewhat similar to others I ve had in design but what really stood out to me was the link. I ordered the non spicy which is unusual for me but the breeze had me feeling relaxed. The link was really good and I thought tastier than some more well known establishments. The Elote Dog was excellent! Roasted cream corn, mayo, parmesan, cilantro, fresh jalapeño, and tajin. With a bit of fresh lime juice squeezed on it, this was a dog whose bite was as big as its bark! I enjoyed the explosion of flavor and I would definitely come back for another one. The fries were really good as well. Seasoned very well and crispy just how I like them. I m hoping in the future, they offer a jumbo or foot long version of these dogs. I could see myself wiping the plate with one. Come check this place out!

Great stuff. Their regular mad dog is a safe choice but their brisket dog is probably the best they have. Very flavorful and lots of meat packed on. The spicy hotdog isnt actually that spicy. Solid spot for some gourmet hot dogs. Drive a number of items and the best one I found to be was the brisket hot dog and the chilli cheese dog. They are both quite flavorful. Also tried the mad dog but just wasnt a fan of that one. Also tried the elote fries and that was alright as well. The prices arent too bad but not cheap either considering you are getting a hot dog. Unique spot to try out if you in the mood for some dogs.

We stood unacknowledged for a good 10-15 minutes while all four individuals inside were scrambling to figure out and organize their UberEats orders. I understand that it was the soft opening period, so its to be expected. Otherwise, I would rate it much lower, considering there was a large queue of customers and delivery drivers standing around for quite some time.

Gourmet halal hot dogs?? Say less. I got to try Mad Dogs at a masjid pop up event and the hot dogs were SO GOOD. There was a long line, but it was absolutely worth it. My friends and I got one of each (Mad Dog, Brisket Dog, and Corn Dog). The corn dog was my favorite, but they were all very good. The customer service was wonderful, the staff was so helpful and considerate. We had such a great experience at the pop up that we decided to book them for a private party and our whole family was so impressed with them. Dietary restrictions: Zabiha Halal hot dogs!
