I could tell that they were short-handed in the store. They were trying to satisfy three separate customer needs: in-store, drive-thru, and delivery pickup, with one person handling the cashier and two people cooking and putting the meals together. They did a very good job considering their situation. Thank you.

My family went inside to eat. I went to the bathroom first while my parents looked at the menu. When I returned my parents had still not been served or even greeted. We proceeded to stand at the register where we were ignored for over 15 minutes. They never greeted us or even acknowledged us. They continued to make orders while we just stood there. We ended up leaving and will never be returning. They laughed when we left the building.

Only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because my chicken strips were very chewy as if they had been sitting out a while even though this was during the lunch rush. I ate inside so they didnt get that way sitting in a bag.

I love me some fried chicken and Im sure you do too! This KFC has really friendly staff and food is always hot and ready. Drive thru is pretty fast and dining in is pretty good! Highly recommend! Parking: Parking lots fairly simple nothing too fancy. Wheelchair accessibility: Has a fantastic wheelchair accessibility spot!

I havent been in a KFC in the USA for some time, but lucky me, I went in on 6/6/(2*3) just in time for the satanic promotion of a video game. Ive stood in Sanders living room as a child, all my life Ive been a fan. I had heard about the chicken farms, but never thought much about it, but the alliance with Satan is enough to make me stuck to Chik Fila or Churches. Yeah, I left a one star, the bathrooms were dirty and frankly drinking out of a Satan worshipping cup left a bad taste in my .,.mind.

I had the chicken nuggets. They were good, but not Cick Fila good! My spouse had fried chicken. The mashed potatoes were super delicious. Our food was hot, delicious, and enjoyable. There was hardly anyone on the inside. The place was clean. The only complaint would be that they had all sauces, including ketchup behind the counter. When I asked for ketchup, they gave us 4 packets, lol! My spouse asked for some more, and they gave him 3 more packets!

So....your website states that this particular KFC located on Judge Ely along with the other KFC on S. 1st closes at 10 pm. With that clearly established, my wife and I would like to know why the the Judge Ely establishment was closed at 9pm?! We were told at the drive through that they were closed because they were not busy! Pick up was all that was being tended to. Yet, there were 4 vehicles behind us so, we let them know as well. A whole hour!!!!! Thats ridiculous!!!!! The S. 1st location was just as slow bit still open and didnt turn us down. We stopped at that one because it was on our way home. Yall need to do better, not just for us but for the other customers that showed up, not mention the Canadian Wildcat bus that was carrying their basketball team.

We just ordered two sandwiches and a mac and cheese. This sandwich is disgusting the bun is greasy on the outside sogging with mayonnaise on the inside. The coating on the chicken was like half cooked and wouldnt even stay on the meat. It was nasty. The mac and cheese tasty like it was a box mix with powdered cheese. I wish I had tried Burger King. $15 for some worthless food.

We went through the drive thru. The girl that was on the speaker with us, got quite hateful, quite short and quite rude.. She appeared not to care that we are customers that contribute in paying her wages. We ordered 2 of the 3 piece Box meals, once again she is very rude. On your sign it says theres $10.99. When we got the receipt they were $11.99 + 25 cents. At the window she was very rude again and once again it appears that your establishment and your employees need to know CONTRIBUTES to paying the wages. 9/23/2022 @ 13:32 pm Ticket 1760 restaurant # C975031. Kfc is my favorite chicken place,.i didnt want to give them 3 stars...but they butchered my entire order.....do i call back andi tell the manager what happened and she apologized and said she would put me on her list and fix it.....so i returned to fix my order the following week and the manager on duty was rude from the jump ....she went to check the list and came back and said i wasnt on it..she was real nasty about it and told me we cant fo anything...to be honest we got two different things ....this caused me to call back twice...so i know i called ...but supposedly i wasnt on the list to fix my order...so i left and did something ive never done before....i called kfc corporate and talked to a lady by the name of Saige.....she listen to my story and sent out a voucher to replace the entire order.....i wanted to give 5 stars because of Saige..but the experience in the drive thru ..once i got to the ordering point in the drive thru i waited for 13 minutes before they took my order...just silence from inside... with the botched order and my encounter with the manager.i could only give 3 stars...Saige gets 5 Stars.,,...people who have the gift of listening are a great asset to employers....Thank you Saige.

I don t normally do reviews of fast food restaurants because I feel like there is a lot of inconsistency from shift to shift, but this KFC was really good. I went through the the drive thru and the person taking my order told me to take my time going over the menu. Never had that before. The food however was the best KFC I ve had in years. The chicken was hot and juicy, as well as the sides. If I didn t live in Tennessee, I would definitely be a regular here.

My mom and I ate there on Fathers Day.. The staff was friendly and fast, however the chicken was dry and unflavored. I have crispy and it was a slightly different color than my moms original. And very dry and no taste, however I was trying to make the visit pleasant since my grandfather is no longer with us and my mom was down in spirit to begin with so I can not say that the staff wouldnt have tried to make my complaint right because they seemed like they would have done something. Arrived at the drive-thru at 9:49 was told it was closed by the drive-thru speaker. Called to ask them what time theyre open till they said 10:00 p.m. and it said well I just drove there and it said it was closed the lady went to argue with me and said well were open. KFC has, in my opinion, some of the best fried chicken of any store specializing in chicken. My favorite was the 10 for $10 bucket. This last visited I discovered the 10 for $10 has been replaced by an 8 piece for $15.99. I am disappointed, to say the least. Prices are rising everywhere but this particular change seems too drastic - two pieces less for nearly $6.00 more. I opted for the eight piece meal which is supposed to come with two sides and four biscuits for $25.59. I asked for mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese, as my sides. When I got home, I found two sides of potatoes, a small container of brown gravy, eight pieces of chicken, but no macaroni and cheese. The person who took my order was somewhat unpleasant. I felt rushed, and she seemed exasperated by my questions. There was no reason to rush me; I was the only customer in the drive through. I doubt I will visit this, or any, KFC nearly as often in the future. Even if I get exceptional service, I cannot afford the extreme price hikes. I find this price issue unfortunate, and do not believe this, or any KFC, earns more than three stars. Those three are given for this visit because the food was still delicious.

The tenders were soo over cooked and dry they were inedible. Literally could not chew them could not break them open either. Supposed to get sauce, they didnt give it to us and charged for gravy. Biscuits were good. Fries were OK. Staff apathetic. Spent $40 bucks there then had to take kids next door to McDonalds so they could eat. Reported it online before we left the restaurant, no response back from corporate yet and its been over 24 hours. We will never return to this KFC.

It was 2:20 p.m. Monday, I Ordered the chicken sandwich meal came with fries and a drink. I pay for my meal in the manager tells me to pull forward, Nobody was there not a single customer was Around. I asked why can I just stay here, The lady responds shes on a timer which I reply OK. She tells me to pull forward I asked to speak to the manager which she replies she is the manager. I responded why even take my order knowing that you dont have any chicken or French fries ready. Anyway they have me wait 8 to 10 minutes for something the manager said was ready at that moment. As I took my order and pulled around I see the was a customer in fernie who is still waiting for their food in front of the building. Im not sure where the mix up is. That timer was created to prove to the district manager that logistics I think restaurant Were effective. When customers are actually waiting 8 to 20 minutes for each other meals logistics is completely shot. I will not be participating in nonsense where somebody tries to deceive the system stating they are better than what they are.

Called this store five times and no one answers. Arrived at the store on Judge Ely at 2125. The doors were locked but there were people eating inside. We were motioned to go through the drive thru. Tried to order thighs with a meal and were told Im not selling you all thighs we said wed pay extra to get all thighs. We were refused so asked to talk to the manager who stated his name was Richard. My husband asked why the inside was locked but people were inside eating and we were told I dont have to tell you. My husband also inquired about getting thighs and we were told he couldnt sell us all thighs when questioned further he finally admitted he only had two thighs left. My goodness, this is no way to run a business unless youre trying to run it into the ground. We finally were told they were short handed and had to close the inside. If you just level with people instead of trying to mislead them you wont get bad reviews. I wonder if the owner of the store knows how this store is being run tonight and how the manager speaks to customers.

Check your order before you leave. Especially if you use the drive thru. We used to go there for lunch where I work. After continuous missing orders, completely wrong orders, and bad tasting fountain drinks. We have decided not to spend our money there anymore. Our last trip there we had 4 lunch orders. One was missing and two were completely wrong. These kinds of things happen about every other time. There are plenty of other options close by. I recommend you go to one of those.

Forgot my tenders in the 30 dollar fill up employees were all talking in a circle. Had to drive 15 miles back to KFC to get the 12 tenders. Very disappointing!
