It was my turn to Karen Morales, she never answers the phone, you have to call her from another number for them to answer you, they do nothing, you have to do everything yourself, and they dont give you an answer to anything, Im still waiting for my case and they never have answers, I dont recommend them for nothingaaaaaa

It appears Jim Adler lost him hammer when he took my case, because all I was given was I years run around and a load of excuses that this case was ok and then all of a sudden became complicated because I would need to file a lawsuit against the insured . You see the only time all Lawyers cash in are when the Insurance companies are willing to pay. After that chicken out on what actually really needs to be done is go to court isn t that what lawyers are trying to go and do is fight for their clients?

Worst experience I ve ever had hands down. Please find a different law office because I wish I did. Never even spoke to the attorney managing my case so it s no wonder I got minimal compensation. They refuse to help me with anything related to the case after the case had settled. I never leave reviews but I felt like I had to on this one. So I got into an accident involving a 18 wheeler and immediately called Jim Adler same day I left hospital they immediately got working on the case everything moved very fast but of course I had all the right information and documentation right away I d like to personally thank my awesome lawyer & team Thomas Mayes, Carla, and Nicole Govnor they were always on the ball they kept me updated throughout the process I never had to call them my advice to people who need a lawyer for a incident would be make sure you have all your documentation pics photos license plates and information from everybody involved and call immediately or as soon as you can the faster you do that the quicker things will go I was able to get a very large settlement when it was all said & done! anna or Hannah ( whoever answers the calls) is very impolite and impatient. I felt rushed when asking to speak with my lawyer about my case. She didn t even know my name and told me my lawyer wasn t in the office when I didn t even give her information on who i was. Also, I asked to be transferred so I can personally leave a message with them and NOT her. Maybe someone should listen in on the calls being made into that office because that type of behavior isn t acceptable.

This organization took a lot of my time getting details of the personal injury, reviewed the case, and later called me and said we dont handle those kinds of cases. Hmmm. Do the people who answer your phones and wasted my time know what kind of cases you take, or do you just enjoy wasting the time of those who need REAL representation? I urge potential clients NOT to waste time talking to Adler. When my call was returned, the lady referred me to the Texas Bar as if it was an actual legal firm. When I said, youre not referring me to anyone; youre just referring me to another referral source Ive already called. The lady (if she was a lawyer Im shocked at how someone so mentally dense can obtain a law license) kept insisting the Texas Bar was an actual law firm that represented clients. If you want to jump into the ADLER CLUSTERF***, dont claim you werent warned.

I was involved in a drunk hit and run last year, 2023. Police apprehended the individual. It wasnt until a week or so later that I began feeling extreme neck pain. I am assuming the adrenaline and shock of the situation delayed recognition of the pain. I really felt at a loss because I was unable to turn my head fully. I finally gave in and decided to call Jim Adlers office. They reviewed my circumstance and deemed that I was in fact owed medical compensation. Jim Adlers associates helped me every step of the way- from assigning doctor appointments, chiropractic therapy, and routinely following up on the status of my case. I am disabled and use via transit to go dialysis. On October 5 2023 . I was involved in a hit and run. I was being transported to North Central Dialysis Center . I called Jim Alder . I was sent to chiropractor 4 or 5 weeks and then told that I didnt have a case . I dont believe that tried to find the car or to see if the vehicle had insurance. Via has audio and visible cameras inside and outside of their vehicles so Jim Alder office didnt do anything to assist meanwhile I was hurt and had to terminate chiropractor services . So I wouldnt refer anyone to this law office .

I dont know what to think about this. Ive seen bad reviews, but I cant make an accurate judgment call for myself. I guess depending on the final answer, the stars will go up or down. Ill give an update. After i was in a four car pile-up, i knew i needed to get a lawyer. Im still waiting almost a year later, and in the process Ive lost clients and my business lost all of its momentum. Thats not because of Jim Adler though. My husband was involved in an accident 4 months ago. He was hit by a Ford F250 with a grill guard, pulling a trailer with who knows what (he was an employee of a concrete contractor). The other driver admitted fault. My husband was out of work for 2 months due to his injuries. When my husband calls to get updates, he is told that they will call him once a month to provide him with updates. That has only happened once and it was to tell him his case manager had been changed. I guess Jim Adler is only the Texas Hammer if you re hit by an 18 wheeler. Still waiting to see if my husband will ever be compensated for his pain, suffering, loss of wages and financial burden our family has endured due to the negligence of a distracted driver.

I am very dissatisfied with their service s. We have been waiting for 2 years now and every time we call they say they re in the process of completing the case. I had to go and pick up files from a home health agency because they never went to get them. They don t ever return your calls or they state who ever is over the case is working from home. DO NOT waste your time with this office. No communication from case managers. They lost my vehicle for a week. It takes days to hear back from the case manager, if youre lucky. Im doing more work than the case manager and attorney are doing. All around terrible customer service and would definitely not recommend to anyone. Extremely disappointed in the whole experience. Edit: Within 24 hours of posting this review I FINALLY got a call from my attorney, Debora Paiz, she proceeded to tell me my case manager, Alejandra Medina, has been in constant contact with me. Which is a flat out lie. I had called the supervisor, Ana Leon, at least 2 times before this due to lack of communication from the office. Mrs. Paiz was extremally rude to me telling me I was being vague when explaining I had sent my case manager an email and left 2 messages without contact from her. Note Alejandra was my 2nd case manager because my first one, Angie De La Cruz, was the one was couldnt find my truck and wouldnt call me back about it. Within 20 minutes after talking to Mrs. Paiz and telling her to call me back I got a call from the therapist Jim Adler sent me to saying that they dropped my case. I still was not given a reason on why my case has been dropped. Almost a week of trying to get information from this office and all my messages get ignored. This firm has wasted weeks of my time to do the bare minimum, if anything at all for me, and they are expecting me to pay them interest on my case. They waste my time, I do all the work, and they expect to get interest on my case. Update: After getting the reply to call the office and talk to someone I have left multiple messages with the number they provided to call. Still no contact has been made and no resolution. Again would strongly discourage anyone who wants to use the office to find a different attorney. Not worth the waste of time you will put into it. Update as of September 4th- Almost a year since my accident and reaching out to Jim Adler. Multiple voicemails left with Robert and still no one has contacted me. This has been the most unprofessional lawyer office I have ever came in contact with. Lazy, rude, waste of time. They dont care about anything other than getting paid. No concern for the people that reach out to them in a time of need.

Hes definitely overhyped in his commercials are ridiculous. My husband case was going on for 2 years before it was settled. So the fact that hes saying that he can get people all this money and that he can do it quick if lying to anyone who hires him for his service. Extremely Horrible communication from lawyers, they dont even fight to help you to win your case just allow you to take a loss, huge waste of time dont waste your time with this firm its a joke. Work night shift asked them to contact me after 1p.m so I can get rest they still called me early morning hours. TERRIBLE!! I was in an 18 wheeler accident and Jim Adler did nothing to settle my case in my best interest. They never contacted accident witness, no mediation, never contacted my employer for lost wages yet somehow had grounds to offer a very mild settlement that wouldnt even cover my medical but would put a quick several thousand in their pockets! After I refused and they did all they could do they referred me to a decent attorney who at least got all my medical paid and then some. Then Adler comes back and demanded 33% of the settlement. UNBELIEVABLE! UNSCRUPULOUS! JUST PLAIN WRONG!!!! Go anywhere else!!

They weren t helpful in finding the 18 wheeler who hit and ran me, despite there being traffic cams, or getting me to a hospital to get checked out with attorney referral. I found their initial line of questioning insulting, asking me my SSN, annual salary, my employer and boss with contact info, if I was bankrupt, whether I was white or Hispanic, if I was married, if I had kids, etc. Had to send them all my info then they keep harassing me with nonstop calls, texts and voicemails by multiple different associates day and night.

Hispanic people please read this Terrible service. The truth is, I was very disappointed. My case was a simple case. A truck didnt stop and hit me from behind and the driver fled but he accidentally left the license plates because his bumper fell off and thats how I found the information and insurance myself. the other driver, Jim Addlers lawyers took most of the money for compensation... pay attention to the contract and explain where they will collect the 35%, whether from the total amount or from the amount given by the insurance or of what is left after paying the medical bills that makes a lot of difference... In the end, since the other drivers insurance company paid, they asked me to sign to accept the offer and Manager Andrea treated me the worst just for asking and defending my rights. Hard case, almost 2 years, they did not communicate with me. In the end, I wanted everything to be over. They promised that by signing the offer everything would be over, but it was a lie. Jim Addlers lawyers are not on the clients side. They make a deal with the other insurance company to not take them. to trial and win for the client and for the other insurance company, never trust a lawyer...
