Came to watch the Astros game with a few friends and the bartender was super unfriendly and never came up to the table to ask if we needed refills or food. We had to flag her down or go to the bar top to get service. There were also maybe 10 people in there so it wasn t busy. She made us feel like an inconvenience for being there. Food was decent. Got pizza, wings and the pretzel. Most likely won t be returning.

1/28/24 - update - food remains good and staff does its best. But, seriously, clean the bathrooms. The mens room is covered in stale urine, causing the room to reek of an ammonia smell. The ladies room was okay, but needs toilet paper. You have a gem here but the restrooms need attention. Review - 3 years ago - Great pizza, cold beer, nice patio, fun staff. Wish I could rate it higher. This was our neighborhood watering hole forever. Sad what they ve done to the place. The food has become second rate and they don t serve it past 9pm. The new management decided to invest a bunch of money into the bathrooms and bar top but could care less about the patrons that actually live near by and keep the place open. Will be surprised / shocked if Bullpen makes it another couple years. Just left. $11 for a single McCormacks scotch. May the peace be with you.

Would be a 4 1/2 or 5 star but went and dude who at least seemed super drunk and loud would not stop. Kept bumping into my wife and so loud was obnoxious then found out he worked there if you want loud annoying employees while they were off work then go there. Otherwise food and bartender and everyone else was amazing

Love this place! The staff is awesome! Hunter, Darcy and the manager Larry really make you feel like family. Lots of TVs, NFL package, pool tables, the back patio is a hidden gem and one of the best parts of the place. If you love sports and getting into the game, this place is a blast!

Noon 8/02/2022 Nice atmosphere, service, and food were good. Was disappointed when person began blowing outdoor dining area with an electric blower while patrons were trying to eat and drink. Had to cover food and drinks with napkin to prevent debris from contaminating drink and food. Owner may consider doing this before opening.

Thursday. My wife and I walked in and grabbed a table. Waited 14 minutes with no service or even an acknowledgement. Bartender ignored us as well. If youre not a regular then dont expect good service. Too bad, we liked their remodeling and their pizza was always pretty good. We left and went to the Fountains. Received much better service there. When we walked out of Bullpen, not a single employee said anything. Obviously, they dont care.

Best kept secret in Sugar Land. Great bar with an awesome patio and view over the water. The pizza was amazing and the drinks were poured strong. Idk how it took us this long to find this place. We will be back for sure!

Hands down, they have the best tasting food here! Appetizers are bomb! Pizza is delicious didnt order any today but Ive had in the past! Bartender Alexis makes best bloody Marys, as well as her attentive service! They have outdoor patio that is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommended WATCH OUT FOR THE ALLIGATOR!

First when I call they let hold for more that 15 minutes then hung up the phone. Second when I go there the guy said first the machine is broken, fortunately whe he ask it was okay and now I have to wait 35 minutes that it was to try acid when I call to make my order. This is sort of an institution in the sugar Creek area in sugar Land its a great place for wings absolutely amazing and the drinks and atmosphere are definitely old school but very very friendly highly recommend going there having a drink dont expect confetti golden chairs It is a older place however it is very very nice in terms of the people the food and drinks are great Good job guys!

This is a magical place. Excellent service. Excellent food. Drinks are unbelievably cheap. Gorgeous woman everywhere. The balcony/deck has an awesome view. I highly recommend this bar and grill for day drinking. I found only one problem. They charge a $25 preapproval charge on your debit card. Which is insane but not enough to lose a star. I hope they read this and do some sort of compromise. If you love sports, gorgeous women, and a beautiful view then youd be a fool not to at the very minimum go and check this place out. Its a hidden GEM.

Went here for my husbands work Christmas party. Okay atmosphere. I expected the pizza to be better given the name, however it wasnt good at all. Way to cheesy! The wings were tasty. Now as for service, wow is all I can say. The bartender/ server( Natalie) , tall thin woman must be related to the owner, or is his wife. Her attitude and smart remarks were awful. She was taking shots, and even got into a screaming match with one of the regulars. Needless to say I wont be going back, or recommending this place to anyone!!

It was 12:50 am and the bartender said they only serve food until 1:00am. I told him it is 12:50, then he said his clock (pointing out the one shown on the picture) marked 7 minutes past 1 am. I told him I didnt know that Sugarland has another time zone different to Texas, so he gave me the menu and I left.

Its ten minutes before one am when we try to order food. The big sign on the door says kitchen is open till one am. The bartender says kitchen is closed and then references a clock that is ten minutes ahead. We drove all the way here for a pizza and wound up leaving disappointed.

Service was kind of slow. We got there and the waitress had just left so we had to go to the bar to order everything. Definitely disappointed that there was no waitress there, but I kind understand that there wasnt a lot of people there. It took a while to get our drinks in. We might have been in the corner but we should still get some attention not just the locals. Ive been here before with better service. Could just be the time of week that you go. Wont be going back for a while though. When I do go back it will be on the weekend with better service.
