The positive reviews are fake.. This attorney is a scam artist. He collected almost 10,000 dollars from me and instead created so much issues for me. He sent out a NOTICE TO VACATE to my tenant and didnt include the reason for the NOTICE TO VACATE. I ended up getting sued by the tenant and lost the case as a wrongful eviction because the Judge stated that I needed to always give reasons for a notice to vacate. Please avoid this attorney as much as you can or you will be the next person writing a negative review warning others to avoid after taking a huge loss.. Expect an invoice diligently but good luck getting him to respond to your questions or requests (he plays the game of filing motions to continue this way he can bill you at least 500 - 1000 a month minimum plus other expenses.) I reported him to the State Bar and no action was taken against him. Dont be the next victim, pay attention and read the negative reviews and not the fake paid positive reviews, or sadly you will be next.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

This is the absolute worst law firm to hire. They lack communication and will call multiple times for the same thing charging you. It took me almost a year to get back my unused retainer and also he is very rude. Started to cus at me over the phone throwing a tantrum. Read the negative reviews and give them a lot of weight. The 5 star reviews have to be fake. This was the worst year of my life dealing with this law firm. So stressful.
