Really bad receptionist bad bad rude!! arrogant, terrible service from the person, they personally recommended the lawyer and I couldnt make a good appointment...sorry, I never saw him

Im not sure why a payment to take a claim is needed for consultation whenThune bottom line should reflect financial gain towards the end. $20-60 just to talk about what should be collected towards the resolution.

Im already getting discouraged with negative messages from this law firm, but I hope that my case is not just another one, I dont know how long it takes to negotiate with a collection agency, but Ive been there for 15 days and they havent told me anything and I talk to them and they dont answer me... but I trust that everything is going well ..... I will wait 15 more days, see what happens...

Overall experience was fair. My mother had a consultation with this law office regarding review of her real estate closing documents. Over all the consultation was rushed with the attorney mentioning to my mother that he had some court call pending. Unfortunately, my mother left a bit more confused than when she arrived. I think its a great skill being a bilingual attorney spanish and english, but unfortunately as i stated before my mother will be seeking another law firm that will give her the explanation and attention to detail she needed. The consultation fee was not bad at all but the consultation itself was not the greatest.
