Came in with a family member to buy triple sec and the checker Andrea was very rude and unprofessional asking ids before we could fill out all our items up on counter. I have no problem giving an idea we re all 30& up. Tell your staff to be nice and can get possible more sales. Because i wante to know bout a bundle deal but she was so rude we didn t want to spend more money

Terrible experience. Some old white hair dog lady was giving me attitude for no reason. At the register I Handed her my ID & she just throws it back on the counter while mean mugging me the whole time. Tell her to keep her negative attitude to herself, customers aint tryna see that

Placed a order for curbside pickup. Checked in when I parked and was told my order would be out shortly. After 10 minutes and no response, I texted the number on the sign letting them know I ve arrived. After waiting a few more minutes I decided to go in. The lady at the counter looked at me up and down and proceeded to give me my order with an attitude. I explained I checked in twice with no response received. No apology was given or anything, she just simply responded, oh yeah. Wont return again.

The customer service here is terrible!! It is apparent that the SPECs Corporation does not value thier customers, because they allow employees to demean thier customers in ways that border on humiliation and ridicule. This is the second time I have been to this store, and ran into the same issue. I encountered an older woman who is extremely rude. She is ubrupt with zero Customer service skills. The first time I thought maybe she was having bad day, the second time I realized, that this was her personality. My friends have also had the misfortune or running into her and we all agree its best to just drive the extra minutes and go somewhere else.

The only reason i came to this store was because its vloser to my office. But i will take an extra 10min and go down the road for better customer service. I was looking for a wine and ask for help. The gentleman assisted me.. when i went to check out they had samples. I tried it..didnt care for it and asumed i thru it in trash that was there. Well it come out that tge trash was more half filled samples. The older lady told me out loud that I was nasty! I have NEVER been so offended! She needs to find a place to work where her customers service skills are not needed. She was RUDE and very dismissive. I apologized for my error, she just rolled her eyes.. The other guys there were quite..but she was a tyrant! Last time I go to the location.

Great place, especially being half a mile from my office but... There is an elderly lady there that feels so cold and talks to you in a short and rude type of way (honestly, not sure if it is intentional). However, it impedes on an otherwise great day. Detrell provided the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I am a frequent shopper of specs and have never encountered such poor service. When approaching the counter she didnt greet us, just took a deep breath and said yall ready? She had a very bad attitude, rolled her eyes often while servicing us. Cody was assisting another customer and she rolled her eyes as that customer was speaking to Cody. We picked up the wrong item, she got mad because we asked her to remove it, Cody had to come help. When bagging our items she was throwing them in the bag and the items were glass. When paying she rudely asked how are you paying. We said credit, she says you need to use debit because you save 5% but its your choice. We couldnt even decide if we wanted to change the method of payment because she was so rude. If it werent for a special family occasion we would return all $98.00 with of items purchased. We will NEVER visit this specs again. Detrell need to go enjoy her retirement. Customer service is not for her. She is in the wrong job.
