Saw Sara for a toddler boy cut - out little guy HATES hair cuts, but Sara spoke to him so kindly, and was so fast working! She worked around his crying and head jerking, and was overall a miracle worker. The salon and waiting area was super clean - we recently tried another local (HV) kid s salon and we re disgusted by the grime on the toys and kids car chairs. Stylist: Sara

We love coming here! I take my daughter to get sparkle strands put in her hair - my son asked to come today to get his hair washed / cut/ glitter tattoo for his birthday they both had a blast and love coming here! The owner Jennifer is so nice and personable and Lesly was the hairstylist for my son and she did an amazing job! Highly recommend this place!

Amazing experience! I had never been there before - called ahead and they fit me in the same day. My 2 year old son had screamed through 2 previous haircuts at the salon I go to. Right when we walked in Sit Still he ASKED to sit in the car chair and was completely chill the whole time. Didn t want to leave. His hair cut was well done and it was a 10/10 experience for both of us. Worth every penny!!!

Weve gone to Sit Still for my sons first and second cuts. My son doesnt do well with new experiences and has hair that grows like a weed. Shanice has been absolutely incredible both times with him, getting down on the floor to cut his hair since he refused any chair. Its the only place we will ever take my son at this point. Overall, great experience ! My son did NOT want to sit in the cute chairs but we quickly switched to him sitting with me. Our stylist was so fast and did a fantastic job on his fade. Even though his hair is still baby fine hair she did a great job cleaning all the edges and kept the top how we wanted it. We will go back for sure!

I took my son here after a few mediocre haircuts at Sharkey s, and I ve been very happy with the results. I saw two different stylists and both listened to exactly what I wanted and were great with my son. The salon is decorated adorably and has a calm feel to it. They have glitter tattoos they can apply after the haircut that lasted for days. Highly recommend!

We visited the salon for my daughters first haircut. She has short, fine hair that is still growing, and needed assistance in giving it a more layered and even look. From the moment we walked in, we received a warm welcome from everyone, including the owner. The salon has a charming boutique style setup. Our stylist was exceptionally patient and did an incredible job. She offered great suggestions but allowed us to decide if we were satisfied with the current look or wanted further adjustments. At the end, our daughter received a sweet little goodie bag and a fun Polaroid photo such a sweet touch. Well definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

Took my son into sit still today. We were both nervous to cut his very long hair for the first time. The owner and our stylist Leslie were so calm and welcoming. They made him feel comfortable and even let him pick a colored spray for his hair after his cut which made his day. we did a total transformation on him and absolutely love his haircut! Amazing staff friendly calm environment. We will definitely be bringing my son back. My favorite kids salon by far. The owner is amazing and offers so much for your little ones.

Got to chat to the owner of this place and Jennifer as a former teacher is so keen and attentive to what kids need to feel comfortable for a hair cut and she s created the atmosphere just for that! Amazing service from making the phone call to make an appointment through to the actual haircuts of my boys. We will certainly be back. They listen with care, extremely considerate and have the world of patience with kids. Both my boys agreed to go back. This is a massive step as they ve refused to go to any hair salon for 3 years. Great service! My 3 years old - who hates getting a haircut - did not want to leave this place at the end. It is designed for kids, with cute car style seats, ipads with kids content and lollipops. We had a wonderful experience at Sit Still in Flower Mound. When I originally called, Jennifer answered the phone and was pleasant, helpful and got me scheduled quickly! Upon arrival, the salon was beautiful! It is a kids dream. I loved the variety of chairs, the displays and the open space. Shanice was our stylist and was so attentive. My husband and I decided to try a new hair salon for our son. We settled on Sit Still kids and are very happy we did. From the start, the whole experience was great. the website was easy to use and allowed us to book a time. Upon arrival, we were kindly greeted and directed to log in. The facility was very clean and they had sesame street playing. Our stylist was Shanice and she did a fantastic job. this was actually the first time our two year old sat on his own! He felt comfortable and came out looking great! We would highly recommend for any kid stylings.

Such a cute spot! Everyone was SO friendly. The owner was great and the stylist was awesome with my son. I ve been to pigtails and crewcuts locations as well and this feels like a cleaner, brighter Montessori version. Cute wood cars to sit in, very clean and bright, and even a cute gift section. If you re like me and put off buying birthday party gifts until last minute, you could also just pop in for a quick last minute gift for a kiddos birthday from their little gift section. I saw plenty of items the 3-7 ish age range would all love and the owner said they have bags and tissue paper!

She was so good with him, fast, and she continued to check with me to make sure I was happy with her work. I d come back for Shanice alone! But the salon itself is awesome, too! My daughter has curly hair and I was nervous to get her hair trimmed just by anyone. I seen this new salon and did some research and found that they specialize in cutting curly hair! I was so excited. I booked an appointment. We went in and were greeted by friendly faces. Shanice took my daughter back to the cutest chair. She trimmed her hair and I couldn t be happier. She was gentle and kind towards my daughter. After her hair was trimmed she got a glitter tattoo. Which was probably my daughter s favorite part. Took my daughter and son. Son s haircut was fine. Daughters was supposed to be a straight across trim, and was completely uneven- I m talking at least 1.5 inch difference in some spots. They include a mandatory 20% gratuity. So for two kids haircuts (and wash for girl) it was over $100. I called to express my disappointment, and never got a call back. Tried calling several other times, no answer. Finally reached owner who was very argumentative and didn t make it right. We definitely won t be back.
