Friendly service through the drive-thru. The meat on my burger was cold and small. I ordered a Daves single and it was the size of a Jr burger. So disappointing because I was really hungry. I only gave three stars because the French fries were so good, hot and fresh. No drink. Wasted 3/4 of my $9. How about giving people their hard earned moneys worth. It will go a long way for your business ratings.

You really cannot go wrong with Wendys especially this location. With that said why would I rate this 4/5 then? Its because of my weird exchanges with this location, if you dine in it is EASILY 5 stars but if you do drive through you may have a bit of rough experiences if they are even slightly busy. I dont know if it is due to lack of employees or maybe even equipment is outdated but expect to wait up a minimum of 20 minutes depending on your order vs inside where it may take 5 to 10 minutes at most. Again great place but I recommend eating indoors if you get a chance but since it is fast food I have to rate it 4/5 for people who truly want great food fast while not having to wait forever

This was my first time stopping here for breakfast. I was skeptical, but Im glad I stopped! I order the #6, bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal. It was soooo good. The eggs ARE REAL!!!! and the potatoes reminded me of breakfast in the country with my family... Definitely will be back. Thank you to the lady that took my order she was super nice!

The whole team in the night shift 07/31/2024 sucked horribly. I had to go back thru the line several times for them to finally get it right. The young man with the locs in his head was VERY RUDE & he smelled like weed. He told me I didn t know how to place an order. I have my receipt. They don t know how to take an order. I get allllllll the way back home after they finally got my burgers right & the sweet teas I ordered with my meal are unsweet. They all should be fired.

3540 Gus Thomason in Mesquite TX. 8.02 pm 05/25/2024. My wife and I stopped by for a quick burger meal tonight. BIG MISTAKE! Front counter was filthy with food crumbs. We ordered 2 simple burger combos. Food was old and cold. The burger wrapping was actually cold, like refrigeration cold. The meat looked grainy and looked funky. We didnt eat much of it. Trashed it and left. If youre thinking of going here on a Saturday night, please dont go.

Its pouring down rain on Mothers Day today and I have a DoorDash that I was going to pick up at this Wendys and I went through the drive through because there was nobody in the drive through and because it Would save me from getting wet and also I wouldnt have to wait in the drive through since there was nobody in the drive through the lady told me I have to come inside which I just felt was wrong because its pouring outside and Id have to get wet. 2 out of 5 stars

I went inside for breakfast and was greeted then served by Donn E. He was smiling the entire time and took the time to explain the 2 for $3 deal and it was fun. He treated me as if I was the only person there and explained the deal that I ended up buying two deals without him upselling me. Great place, clean and friendly. I appreciated his service. I also watched him do the same thing to the next customer. I recognize that Fast Food Restaurants provide fast-food service... everyone can cook burgers, fries and serve up drinks. But not everyone can serve up a smile and great customer service. Donn E. took the time to make me smile and provided great customer service along the way. This is the type of person you want working alongside you and on your teams.

I gave this location a 5 star rating. Usually I would not because previously, they are usually pretty rushy and give you want they want. But the other day I went through drive through and everything was quick, easy and freshly made. Most importantly Jeffrey attended me at the window. He gave us the most amazing customer service. He took the time to apologize for the wait, (which meant so much). And made sure everything we asked for was in the bag before we left. He deserves a raise and much more. Had a great visit at this location one day and I went back the next day. Had a coupon from the receipt survey from previous day. I was told that I could not use it. A lead/manager stated the same thing. I questioned them and then another manager came and entered in my discount. I proceeded to pickup window for a long wait. I finally received my food . Both fries and nuggets were cold. This could have been because the evening shift has a different crew. However, people don t want cold food after being in line for an extremely long time.

I ordered the Cobb Salad. I understand that we have an inflation and things have gotten smaller for a larger price. But we should not suffer quality for quantity. My salad was horrible for what I paid. Wendys can do much better. I did not receive what I paid for. They shoe you a menu of the item to order. When I got it, OMG, nothing like the menu picture. I know some kids that can put a salad together better than what I got. My tomatoes were slivers of skin, my chicken was not chopped, my bacon was a whole piece broken into two, my cheese was a finger tip portion, and the bowl was shallow meaning less than two cups of lettuce. Disappointment to me and the name. I spent too much money for something I could have prepared and enjoyed at home. Remember, your eyes like what they see, but your soul is what wants to be satisfied. Took awhile to get through the drive thru. Food was cold when we received it, and when we asked for napkins and condiments, the lady handed me like two napkins and three packets of ketchup. I was told they were out of a lot of things, so I guess that explains the condiments and napkins. I assume the food was cold because there were only two people working from what I saw. So as my father used to say is riddle me this Batman... the food was great as always but the reason for the 3 stars is because I put the order in the app and told the cashier that I had an app order and I was told that I had to come inside to get my order just to find out that it was never prepared and the lady at the register had to hunt down my order and the receipt for it. I could have sworn that the reason for the app is to have it ordered, paid for and people wouldnt have to go inside. The way everything went down makes me wonder what the purpose of the app??? If I wanted to go inside then I wouldnt have prepaid for my order and select drive thru. Im going to say that there may have been a computer glitch I dont know but to tell me to come inside and then finally finding my ticket and putting the order in. Sadly, I have to post a sincere review. The drive thru staff...super, polite and friendly. Unfortunately, I would have rather been in line waiting for 3 or 4 more minutes...in exchange for a delicious hot burger. My burger was cold, from the bread to the cheese all cold...my burger had no letuce or tomatoes and just one ring of an onion. Wont be coming back for a long time. Food is inedible. Chicken patty was hard as a rock. The company doesnt care either. I reached out to them and didnt hear back because customer service and putting out a good product means nothing to them. Dont waste your money or time at this location. Furthermore, Wendys food as gone down overall. The nuggets which arent real used to taste decent, now they are nasty and as hard as the chicken patty they served me. very nasty attitudes with the black bald fry dude with his coworkers and another women with glasses. Both seemed to be flirting with each other while making my food and service delayed. has to wait 10 mins for a 5$ biggie bag.
