We had an extremely complicated case. Not easy at all. Also, timing was a factor. There were only a few days left before a deadline when we hired Mr.Tracton. He made sure all of the proper paperwork was filed immediately. We made the deadline. As grandparents, you don t automatically have rights. It s important to have representation that is very knowledgeable in all aspects of law. You will def get this with Mr. Tracton. He represented us in several motions and ultimately in a trial. He was 100% emotionally invested in our case. He does care about the safety of children. Our verdict exceeded our expectations. We will forever be grateful.

Legal family issues are very stressful and getting *SOLID LEGAL ADVICE* is irreplaceable. You will need a specialist who does nothing but family law and *this is the firm* you can count on! They will take the time to *FULLY* understand your case, so the proper determinations can be made. This is very important otherwise you are just another client. This firm and staff will treat you like family; someone who listens and cares, with the experience to give the correct legal advice to met YOUR needs. Make the call early for some real help, and dont get caught off guard!

Michael is a lawyer of the highest caliber. He represented me in a custody case in December of 2017, and I couldnt have had a more prepared advocate. He took the time to learn the ins and outs of the case and was meticulous in his representation of me, remembering details and having the savvy to know which details mattered and which did not. His preparation was top notch when we went to trial, and his court room experience was evident--to both me and the opposing counsel. In addition, his staff was highly responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and caring. During my divorce process I had to change lawyers mid way. I was very worried to make the switch, but it has been the best decision I ever made. I wish I would have chosen Michael Tracton from the beginning. He is very passionate about what he does and it shows with all of his hard work and attention to detail. His staff is wonderful to work as well and have been there every step of the way.
